Purpose: This study was designed to examine existing research on service marketing in nursing and identify the results by analyzing research trends in medical and nursing service marketing over the last 15 years. Methods: Electronic databases were searched, including RISS, Korea Citation Index. The papers were classified by criteria, focusing on research topics, research design and statistical analysis method. Results: From 2002 to 2016, 221 research articles on medical or nursing service marketing were published in local academic journals. Most of the articles were about service quality and satisfaction. Generally questionnaire surveys were used. There were 34 papers related to nursing service marketing. Most of them were about satisfaction and had used a questionnaire survey. Conclusion: Further research needs to be done with nursing service marketing topics including a variety of themes such as personal services and customer behaviors.

간호대학생의 코로나19 예방의도에 미치는 영향 요인: 확장된 건강신념모델 적용

Purpose : This study was carried out to provide basic data for the enhancement of COVID-19 prevention intention by determining the effects of the health belief variables(perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers), shame, and fear of nursing students on the COVID-19 prevention intention. Methods : Data collection was conducted from November 1 to 30 using an online survey of nursing students at one college institute, and the final 274 survey responses were statistically analyzed using the SPSS program. Results : The research results of the regression analysis that controlled the variables that exhibited statistically significant differences in the general characteristics of the nursing students revealed that perceived benefits, perceived susceptibility, and fear were variables that have statistically significant impact on the COVID-19 prevention intention, and the explanatory power was 41.9%. Conclusion : Therefore, the timely provision of accurate knowledge regarding COVID-19 and information on the social infection situation as well as emphasis of the benefits gained from the preventive behavior of nursing students will necessary when establishing a COVID-19 education program for nursing students.

의료서비스 내 서비스 커뮤니케이션이 신뢰와 고객만족, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

Domestic beauty medical market becomes increasingly competitive due to the increase of practitioners as well as the increase of the non-insurance beauty medical service. Previous studies related to existing communication are mainly centered on nonverbal communication. The studies on hospital where verbal and nonverbal communication occurs at the same time are mainly focused on general hospital or university hospital. In this sense, attention on beauty medical market is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of verbal as well as nonverbal communication on trust, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty in cosmetic surgery and beauty medical market. According to the empirical analysis, verbal communication of medical service providers showed positive effects on trust. Kinesics and proxemics also showed positive effects on trust. However, paralanguage and physical appearance failed to show a positive effect on trust. Trust is the factor that affect customer satisfaction. The higher customer satisfaction is, the higher positive effect on customer loyalty is.

미용의료시장에서 관계혜택이 고객만족과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 -관계빈도 조절효과를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 미용의료시장에서 고객과 장기적인 관계를 유지하는 하위 요소들을 확인하고 이를 극대화 하는 효과적인 전략을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 관계혜택이 고객만족과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 관계혜택, 고객만족, 관계지속의도 요인 사이에 관계빈도 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 응답된 설문지 중 247부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 실증분석은 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 기술적 분석 및 신뢰성 분석 등을 실시하였고 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 확인요인분석, 경로분석, 조절효과 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관계혜택의 하위차원에서 확신적 혜택과 고객화 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 사회적 혜택과 경제적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 고객만족은 관계지속의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 관계빈도에 따른 조절효과 검증에서 경제적 혜택과 고객화 혜택은 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며 고빈도 방문 집단에서 고객만족에 유의한 영향이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. The market of cosmetic medicine is characterized as interactive relations between workers and customers through which beauty products and services are provided and transacted. In that market, customer satisfaction and behaviors may vary depending on what perceptions customers have in making those relations. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of relational benefits on customer satisfaction and relational continuance intention in the market of cosmetic medicine, providing basic information to identify factors ensuring long-term relationships with customers in that market and set up effective strategies to maximize those factors. Besides, this study examined the mediating effects of relational frequency between relational benefits, customer satisfaction and relational continuance intention. Participants of this study were users of the dermatology department or the private clinic specializing in beauty care who have ever visited the medical department or that clinic more than 3 times. Those participants were selected through the convenience sampling method. This study conducted a questionnaire survey. Of 280 surveyed, 247 respondents were considered to be reliable and used for the final analysis. Data from the survey were analyzed empirically using the descriptive analysis and the reliability analysis with SPSS 19.0. In addition, the confirmatory factor analysis and the path analysis were conducted using AMOS 21.0. The mediating effects of relational frequency were also investigated. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, some sub-areas of relational benefits like confidence benefits, customization benefits were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction. social benefits. Economic benefits were found not to positively affect customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction brought by relational benefits was found to have positive influences on relational continuance intention. Third, the mediating effects of relational frequency were examined to find that for customers who visited the dermatology department or the private beauty clinic, some sub-areas of relational benefits like economic benefits and customization benefits had significant effects on customer satisfaction.

문제분석을 이용한 웹 기반 평가시스템

정보사회와 컴퓨딩환경의 발전으로 언어, 학력, 인지도 등의 평가도구로서 컴퓨터기반의 평가환경이 보편화되었다. 특히 컴퓨터기반의 학력평가 환경을 위해서는 문항의 난이도와 변별도 등 문항의 특성을 정확히 분석하는 것이 필수적이다. 문항분석은 컴퓨터기반의 평가를 위한 양질의 문제은행 구성 및 문항과 수험자 능력의 정확한 추정과 체계적이고 과학적인 평가를 위한 전제조건이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고전평가이론의 문제분석을 적용한 문제은행 시스템을 구현하였으며 수험결과를 분석하여 각 문제의 곤란도나 변별도, 문항분포도를 통하여 문제를 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수험자가 각 문제를 푸는데 걸린 시간을 기록하여, 수험자의 문제에 이해도를 정확히 분석하고 수험자의 추측, 랜덤 선택 등으로 인한 정답을 맞힐 가능성과 한 문제를 읽고 이해하는 시간이 너무 오래걸린 이유에 대해서도 추정하였다. 문제분석 및 수험결과의 평가 및 분석으로 교사들은 문항의 양호도를 높일 수 있고 문제은행에 저장되어 있는 문항들을 수정하고 보완하여 양질의 문항을 출제할 수 있도록 하였다.

Alloy 600TT 증기발생기 전열관내 일렬 원주방향 표면 일차수응력 부식균열 성장에 미치는 균열 간격의 영향 고찰

일차수응력부식균열 개시 모델과 거시적 현상학적인 손상역학 접근론에 기반한 유한요소 손상해석을 수행하여 Alloy 600TT 로 제작된 원전 증기발생기 전열관에 발생하는 일렬 원주방향 표면 일차수응력부식균열의 성장에 미치는 균열 간격의 영향을 고찰하였다. 기존 연구 결과와의 비교를 통해 손상해석 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 검증된 방법을 일렬 원주방향 표면 일차수응력부식균열에 적용하였다. 적용한 결과, 단일 균열에 비하여 일렬 균열의 경우 보다 빠른 합체시간과 관통시간을 보이며 균열 간격이 증가할수록 합체시간과 관통시간은 증가함을 확인하였다. 또한 일정 간격이상으로 두 균열이 떨어지면 합체 이전에 관통될 수 있음을 확인하였다. The study investigated the effect of the distance between two collinear circumferential surface cracks on the primary stress corrosion crack (PWSCC) growth in alloy 600TT steam generator tubes using a finite element damage analysis based on the PWSCC initiation model and macroscopic phenomenological damage mechanics approach. The damage analysis method was verified by comparing the results to the previous study results. The verified method was applied to collinear circumferential surface PWSCCs. As a result, it was found that the collinear cracks showed earlier coalescence and penetration times than the a single crack, and the times increased with the distance. In addition, it is expected that penetration may occur before coalescence of two cracks if they are more than a specific distance apart.

청소년의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 기본심리욕구와 희망의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among adolescents" school adjustment, basic psychological needs, and hope. The subjects were 607 middle and high school students. Specifically, the study examined the impacts of satisfaction with basic psychological needs perceived by adolescents on their hope, the effects of hope on school adjustment, and the mediating effects of hope on relations between basic psychological needs and school adjustment. The study also looked into the impacts of basic psychological needs and hope on the subareas(relationships with teachers, peer relationships, school rules, and school lessons) of school adjustment. As a result, first, basic psychological needs turned out to have positive impacts on school adjustment. Second, basic psychological needs had positive influences on hope. Third, hope functioned as a mediating variable in relations between basic psychological needs and school adjustment. That is, the satisfaction of basic psychological needs had direct effects on school adjustment and also indirect effects on it via hope, which demonstrates the partial mediating effects of hope. Finally, there were some differences among the paths of the sub-areas of school adjustment and the paths of overall school adjustment.

The tensile test is required to determine the mechanical properties of a material. Finite element analysis is performed with true stress-strain curve which is obtained from tensile test results. In this study, a commercial program, ABAQUS<SUP>TM</SUP> was used to simulate the test of the standard tensile specimen. From the analysis, a slight difference in the shape of specimen models during the tensile test simulation was confirmed that the specimen shape affected the simulation results. Therefore, an appropriate model shape for finite element analysis was determined by the results.
