        Maya 데이터와 SEDRIS STF 데이타간의 자동변환기 설계 및 구현

        모델링 및 시뮬레이션 분야에서 이미 모델링되어 있는 환경 데이터를 재사용하고 확장할 수 있는 방법은 매우 중요하다. 이에 환경데이터의 공유 필요성을 만족할 수 있도록 확장될 수 있는 환경 데이터 표현 및 교환 메카니즘이 절대적으로 필요하다고 할 수 있다. SEDRIS의 STF(SEDRIS Transmittal Format)는 이러한 목적을 가능케 하는 표준으로써, 환경 데이터 사용자 및 생성자에게 명료하게 정의된 교환 명세를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 SEDRIS의 표준 교환 포맷을 이용하여 상용 포맷(Maya)을 정보 내용의 의미 손실 없이 교환 포맷으로, 교환 포맷을 상용 포맷으로 변환하기 위한 자동변화기를 설계 및 구현하였다. The method of reusing the environmental data which is previously modelled in modeling and simulation is very important. So, we need an environmental data representation and interchange mechanism which satisfies the requirements of sharing. The SEDRIS STF(SEDRIS Transmittal Format) provides environmental data users and producers with a clearly defined interchange specification. In this paper, We design and implement an automatic converter which converts commercial data(Maya) format to standard interchange format and vice verse without losing semantic of information content using SEDRIS standard interchange format.

        뇌동맥류 수술에서의 일시성 결찰과 유동성 저혈압

        In order to find out the effect of induced hypotension and temporary clipping during aneurysmal surgery on postoperative patients, we analysed 143 cases who had received surgery from September, 1982 to April, 1988. We divided these surgical cases into two groups, those without temporary clipping and those with temporary clipping during surgery, excluding cases of definite surgical complications. Of the patients in the non-temporary clipping group, we evaluated the relationship between the degree of the mean blood pressure (MBP) during surgery with the postoperative condition of the patients according to the preoperative clinical grade. Of thoese in the temporary clipping group, we also evaluated the relationship between the degree of the MBP, sites and duration of the temporary clipping during surgery with the postoperative condition of the patients according to preoperative clinical grades. The rate of temporary deterioration, delayed sequela and death, possibly from induced hypotension or the temporary clipping procedure, was higher in those whom the MBP was lowered to 60 ㎜Hg during surgery than in those whom the MBP was maintained at 80㎜Hg and 70 ㎜Hg(temporary deterioration: 27.3% vs. 23.1% vs. 13.3%, delayed sequela: 4.5% vs. 0.0% vs. 0.0%, and death: 9.1% vs. 0.0% vs. 3.3%, respectively in nontemporary clipping group and temporary deterioration: 33.3% vs. 22.2% vs. 21.1%, and death : 22.2% vs. 0.0% vs. 10.5%, respectively in temporary clipping group). In the non-temporary clipping group, preoperative clinical grades 1, 2 and 3 patients did not deteriorate until after 20 minutes of hypotension(MBP: ≤60 ㎜Hg). However, patients of preoperative clinical grade 4 and 5 showed temporary deterioration after 10 minutes of hypotension(MBP : ≤60 ㎜Hg). There was no deterioration in patients whom the duration of the temporary clipping was within 15 minutes at an intracranial internal carotid artery and a middle cerebral artery at various MBP's, but, in the cases who had a temporary clipping at the anterior cerebral artery, the safety duration of the temporary clipping was 15 minutes at 80 ㎜Hg, 7 minutes at 70 ㎜Hg and 3 minutes at 60 ㎜Hg of the MBP. Induced hypotension during aneurysmal surgery had some risk and it increased in hypertensive, poor clinical grade patients, and when the MBP was lowered to 60 ㎜Hg. The safety duration of a temporary clipping might be increased with the raising of the MBP or administration of a brain protective agent at the time of the temporary clipping during surgery.

      • 컴퓨터 통신망을 위한 암호화 프로토콜의 고찰 및 개선방안

        정보화 사회가 전개되면서 대규모컴퓨터 네트워크를 통해 정보나 자원을 서로 효율적으로 공유하는 것이 가능해졌고 이러한 정보나 자원의 공유현상으로 인하여 개인의 권리침해와 보안문제가 크게 대두되었다. 따라서 컴퓨터 통신에서는 이러한 정보나 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 암호화 정책 및 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 암호화 시스템에서 사용하는 암호화 방식과 사용자를 인증하기 위하여 사용되는 암호화 프로토콜을 비교분석하여 새로운 암호화 프로토콜을 제안하였다.

        뇌동맥류성 지주막하출혈 환자에서의 혈중 Antithrombin Ⅲ와 뇌척수액내 섬유소/섬유소원 분해산물

        본원 신경외과에 입원한 뇌동맥류성 지주막하를 출혈환자 29례를 대상으로 혈중 antithrombin Ⅲ를 측정하고 뇌척수내 섬유소/섬유소원 분해 산물들을 측정하여 뇌혈관 연축 증상의 발현과의 관계를 조사한 바 혈중 antithrombin Ⅲ의 측정치는 대조군과 실험군 및 연축군과 비연축군간에 차이가 없었다. 따라서 뇌혈관 연축 증상의 발현 여부는 개개인의 혈중 antithrombin Ⅲ의 차이에 의하지 않는다는 것을 알았다. 뇌척수액의 섬유소/섬유소원 분해 산물들의 측정치는 대조군보다 실험군에서 높았으며 비록 통계학적 유의성은 없었으나 연축군에서 비연축군보다 높았고 또한 섬유소/섬유소원 분해 산물들이 40㎍/㎖였던 예들에서는 38%의 환자들이 뇌혈관 연축증상을 보인 반면 10㎍/㎖ 혹은 그 이하인 예들에서는 22%에서만 뇌혈관 연축 증상을 보였으므로 plasmin 혹은 섬유소/섬유소원 분해 산물들과 뇌혈관 연축 증상의 발현과 관계있지 않나 추측된다. 또한 향후에는 뇌척수액내에서 antithrombin Ⅲ를 측정하여 뇌혈관 연축 증상을 보이는 환자들에게서 낮게 측정되거나 혹은 경시적 변동에서 조기에 뇌척수액에서 감소하는 것이 확인된다면 뇌혈관 연축 발생의 기전을 밝히는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. It is known that antithrombin Ⅲ is a potent vasodilator and plasmin is a vasoconstrictor, and some patients with a subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) develop clinical vasospasm and some patients do not Under the hypothesis that the development of clinical vasospasm might depend on the difference of the blood level of antithrombin Ⅲ in each patient with a SAH and that the plasmin might have a role in the development of clinical vasospasm, we repeatedly checked the levels of blood antithombin Ⅲ with a single radial immunodiffusion method and CSF fibrinogen degredation products(FDP : indirect indicator of plasmin activity) with a latex-test(ThromboWellcotest®) during the period between 1-4,5-11 and 12-24 days after a SAH in 29 patients. 10 patients with diseases except those with a SAH were selected as a control group. First, we analyzed the difference of the average levels of blood antithrombin Ⅲ and CSF FDP between aneurysmal SAH patients and control patients and then, between patients with clinical vasospasm(8 cases) and patients without clinical vasospasm(21 cases). Secondly, we also analyzed the difference of these data between patients with clinical vasospasm and patients without clinical vasospasm according to the sampling day after a SAH. As a result, there was no statistical difference between the average blood level of antithrombin Ⅲ in control and m SAH patients(29.06±3.04 vs. 25.61± 6.95, respectively), and in patients with clinical vasospasm and in patients without clinical vasospasm(26.59±7.65 vs. 23.67±7.40,respectively). The average CSF levels of FDP is higher in SAH patients than in control patients(18.16±14.36 vs. 1.00±3.16, respectively: p<0.01). It is also higher in patients with clinical vasospasm than in patients without clinical vasospasm. However, there is no statistical significance(28.75±9.91 vs. 21.75±12.07, respectively: p>0.05). In the analysis of the average CSF levels of the FDP according to the sampling day after a SAH, even though the average level is higher in patients with clinical vasospasm than in patients without clinical vasospasm(l-4 days : 31.43±14.64 vs. 27.33±1624, 5-11 days : 23.75±17.68 vs. 18.10±16.32, 12-24 days : 32.50±13.89 vs. 18.82±16.54, respectively), a statistical significant difference was noticed only in levels which were checked between 12 and 24 days after a SAH(p<0.05). This study concludes that the blood level of antithrombin Ⅲ shows no difference between the control and SAH patients, and patients with clinical vasospasm and patients without clinical vasospasm. Although it suggests a causal relationship between the FDP itself or plasmin in CSF and the development of clinical vasospasm, it does not justfy any valid conclusion.

        The purpose of this Paper is development of RIMES(Remote Infant Music Education System) which is composed of multimedia data. RIMES is efficiently used to the infant before entering school and the elementary school student. RIMES provide various music education information such as a children's song, classic, a musical instrument, and a musical note through the Internet or Information Super-Highway. Remote infant music education information which is stored in database server is conveniently accessed through the web based internet browser. Also, the infant who is computer beginners with a little technical knowledge can use a graphical user interface of RIMES conveniently. To organize and manage of multimedia data in RIMES, we used various technologies about such as construction of multimedia database using SQL server, search engine using CGI programming, sound guess game using JAVA script, guest book and bulletin board using ASP, video data processing in AVI and MPEG-I, dynamic HTML, IIS server and HTML editor.
