        한의약건강증진사업의 예산편성여부에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 전국 226개의 기초자치단체를 대상으로 2020년 기준 지역사회 통합건강증진사업 내 한의약건강증진사업 예산편성여부의 관련 요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 2020년도 지역별 예산서를 활용하여 지역사회 통합건강증진사업 내 한의약건강증진사업 예산편성여부를 파악한 후 예산편성여부의 관련 요인을 분석하고자 기술통계 및 차이검정과 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 한의약난임치료지원 예산편성여부, 한의사수, 65세이상 인구수, 고령인구비율의 변수 차이는 다르게 나타났고, 한의약난임치료지원 예산편성여부, 고령인구비율, 건강도시가입여부에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 향후 한의학관련 정책 및 사업예산을 편성하는데 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to determine the relating factors of the Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program as of 2020 targeting 226 basic local governments nationwide. Descriptive statistics, Difference tests, and Binary logistic regression analysis were conducted to analyze the factors relating Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program in local communities using regional budgets in 2020. As a result of the analysis, the difference in the Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Number of Korean Medicine Doctor, Number of Population people over 65 years old, and Aging Population Percentage. And there was a influencing factors, Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Aging Population Percentage, Whether to join a healthy city, so expected to be used as a reference in organizing policies and business budgets related to Korean Medicine in the future.

        수도권 건강도시 가입지역의 시기변화에 따른 가입 전후의 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference before and after and the influencing factors health status according to the change in the timing of joined in the healthy city area, centering on the metropolitan area. The subjects of this study were divided into two areas. Using the Seoul Survey on Household Members, difference tests and multiple regression analyses were conducted to analyze differences according to timing changes and influencing factors on health status as of 2020. The difference in variables between regions 4 to 5 years and 1 year after joining the healthy city was different, and the factors affecting their health status were also different between regions 4 to 5 years after joining and regions 1 year after joining, so it is necessary to implement policies in consideration. 본 연구는 수도권 지역을 중심으로 건강도시 가입 지역의 시기변화에 따른 가입 전후 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상지는 2015년과 2016년에 가입한 강북구와 서초구, 2019년에 가입한 노원구, 광진구, 마포구 두 지역으로 구분해 진행하였다. 서울서베이 가구원조사를 활용하여 2020년을 기준으로 시기변화에 따른 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하고자 차이검정과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 건강도시 가입 전과 가입 후 4 ~ 5년이 지난 지역과 1년이 지난 지역의 변수 차이는 다르게 나타났고, 가입 후 4 ~ 5년이 지난 지역과 1년이 지난 지역의 자신의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인도 차이가 나타나 시기변화에 따른 요인을 고려하여 정책을 추진할 필요성이 있다.

        히비스커스 추출물이 인간 각질 형성 세포의 밀착 연접 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향 연구

        Objectives : Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids and anthocyanins and is known to have anti-inflammatory activity and anti-aging function of the skin, but there is no study on its effect on the skin barrier. This study aim to investigate the positive effect on the skin barrier by confirming the effect of water extracts of Hibiscus sabdariffa L. (WEHS) on the tight junction-related gene expression. Methods : The antioxidant efficacy of WEHS was investigated through ABTS and DPPH assays, and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium was performed to examine the effect on cell viability. quantitative Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and immunoblot analysis were performed to confirm the effect of WEHS on the expression of tight junction-related genes, and immunofluorescence microscopy was used to confirm the movement of Claudin 1 protein into tight junctions. Results : WEHS showed strong antioxidant activity and induced an increase in both mRNA and protein expression levels of Claudin 1 among tight junction-related genes. The strong localization of Claudine 1 protein increased by WEHS to the tight junction was confirmed by immunofluorescence microscopy. Conclusions : Hibiscus was confirmed through this study to show antioxidant activity and the function of promoting the expression of the tight junction Claudin 1 gene, suggesting that Hibiscus can be used as a material for the prevention and treatment of skin moisturizing and atopy, which have an important influence on tight junction.

        망고 잎 열수 추출물의 모유두 세포에서 탈모 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향 연구

        Objectives : Mangifera indica leaves are well known for having a variety of benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic vasculosis. However, the effects of Mangifera indica leaves on hair loss inhibition have not been studied. In this study, we investigated to find out the activity of Mangifera indica leaves on hair loss. Methods : 2,2'-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid(ABTS) analysis was performed to confirm the antioxidant efficacy of the water extract of Mangifera indica leaves (WEML). To examine the effect of WEML on cell viability in dermal papillar (DP) cells, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl) -2H-tetra Zolium (MTS) analysis was performed. The changes in the mRNA expression level of the hair loss and hair growth-related genes in dermal papilla cells by WEML treatment were confirmed by quantitative RT-PCR. Results : In dermal papilla (DP) cells, ABTS analysis and MTS analysis of WEML showed antioxidant efficacy and low cytotoxicity. As a result of gene expression analysis through Quantitative RT-PCR, no changes in hair growth-related genes BMP6 and CTNNB1 was confirmed. but inhibitory activity of WEML on hair loss-related genes EGR1, SGK, DKK1, SRD5A1 and SRD5A2 was confirmed. Conclusion : We confirmed that WEML has excellent antioxidant efficacy and a inhibitory activity of hair loss-related genes including 5α-reductase genes. These results suggest that Mangifera indica leaves have a potential activity as a hair loss treatment for hair loss and hair growth. Biochemical or molecular biological research on hair loss is needed.

        자초(紫草) 열수추출물이 각질형성세포 HaCaT의 세포 연접 관련 유전자의 발현에 미치는 영향 연구

        Objectives : The aim of this research was to determine the diverse effects of Lithospermi Radix Water Extract (LR) on human keratinocyte HaCaT cells, and to examine whether those effects could be applied to the human skin. Methods : We examined effect of LR on the cell viability of using the MTS assay in human keratinocyte HaCaT cells. The antioxidation effect of LR was analyzed relative to the well-known antioxidant resveratrol, using an ABTS assay. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis revealed that, in HaCaT cells, LR influenced the mRNA expression of tight-junction genes associated with skin moisturization. Furthermore, a wound-healing assay demonstrated altered cell migration in LR-treated HaCaT cells. Result : The cytotoxicity was confirmed to be higher in LR at a concentration of 800 ㎍/㎖ using the MTS assay in HaCaT cells. In comparison to 100 μM resveratrol, 1,600 ㎍/㎖ LR showed either a similar or superior antioxidation effect. LR treatment in HaCaT cells reduced the mRNA expression levels of claudin 3, claudin 4, claudin 6, claudin 8, and ZO-2 to less than 0.80-fold, whereas JAM-A and Tricellulin mRNA expression level increased more than 1.33- fold. In addition, HaCaT cells migration was decreased to 83.9% by LR treatment. Conclusions : LR of antioxidation activity will have an anti-aging effect on the skin by reducing oxidative stress. Further studies are required to address the implications for human skin, given LR`s effects of altering mRNA expression of tight junction-related gene and decreasing cell migration of HaCaT cells.
