PWM converter has better power factor and low harmonic components than conventional diode rectifiers and phase controlled rectifier. Also the DC link voltage can be regulated fast and stable against the variation in the load. In order to regulate for DC link voltage, rapid current control is need for source current control. This paper focuses on the improvement of quickness of current controller to know the transient state characteristics of regulated DC link voltage against the variation in the load. To do this, it is adopted to three phase voltage type PWM converter with space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method and synchronously rotating d, q axis current. Each d, q axis current is controlled independently. To control d, q axis current, Current control methods to be applied in system are PI current control and Predictive current control respectively. As a result, Transient response characteristic of Predictive current controller is superior to PI current controller.

피터 드러커는 CEO가 자기 자신이나 조직을 관리하는 데 있어 필수적인 것은 강점을 더욱 강화해서 집중하는 것이라고 했다. “시간은 늘 적자”라는 말이 있듯이, 아무리 시간 관리를 잘 해도 시간의 반 이상은 여전히 자신의 것이 아니다. 하루에 정말 신선하고 에너지 충전한 시간은 한 시간도 채 안되므로, 가장 중요한 일에 집중해야 한다. 그러므로 가장 중요한 일에 초점을 맞추어 쓸모 있는 시간을 한꺼번에 그곳에 투입할 필요가 있다.

Attempts were made to study microbial community dynamics in the biodegradation of waste cabbage recovered from Kimchi preparations on the soil-bed and waste filtrates obtained from the degraded cabbages. On the soil-bed, Gram positive and Gram negative bacterial communities developed and transformed pH to 4.5, and the concurrent putrefaction of waste cabbages were observed for 6 days. In waste filtrates, pH reached 8.5 by the continuous growth of bacterial communities and thereafter algae started the growth. In bacterial communities, dominant species were Erwinia cypripedii, Lactobadllus farciminis and L. fructosus in the soil-bed, and Erwinia salis, Bacillus coagulans, B. cereus and B. subtilis in the aerated waste filtrates. Dominant algae was identified as Scenedesmus dimorphus. The optimal culture conditions of algae were that illumination density, pH and amount of aeration were 16 Lux, 9, and 4 litre per minute, respectively. Through the algal growth in aerated waste filtrates, phosphorus and nitrogen were removed by about 81% and 60%, respectively.

한국교회는 그 동안 전무후무한 양적 성장에 도취해서, 급변하는 시대의 변화를 전혀 읽지 못하고 이제 와서야 허둥대는 비대한 거인은 아닌가? 당장 우리의 차세대 교육만 해도 그렇다. 옛날에는 여름성경학교를 한다 하면 교회 안 다니는 애들도 다 몰려올 만큼, 교회 문화가 최고의 문화이벤트였는데, 인터넷과 '플레이스테이션'과 휴대폰과 각종 엔터테인먼트가 범람하는 요즘 우리의 어린이들과 청소년, 청년들은 썰물처럼 교회에 등을 돌리고 있다. 물론, 교회가 같은 방식으로 그 "경쟁상대" 들과 맞붙을 순 없다. 그러나 적어도 그 유혹들의 실체는 정확하게 파악하여 그 이상의 감동과 비전을 주는 사역을 준비하고 실행하는 꾸준한 노력을 해야 하지 않을까? 복음의 에센스는 목숨을 걸고 보존하자. 그러나 그 복음을 이 급변하는 세상에 전하기 위한 방법은 모든 것을 동원하자. 보트에 끌려가는 수상스키처럼 간신히 세상의 변화를 좇아가는 데 그쳐선 안 되겠다. 우리가 세상 문화 최선봉을 앞서가는 보트가 돼야 한다. 사이버 스페이스도, 블로그도, 채팅방도 하나님의 사람들이 먼저 뛰어들어가 있어야 한다. 심방도 성도들이 일하고 있는 직장 현장으로 뛰어들어가라. 가서 설교만 하려 들지 말고, 그들의 전문분야에 대해 열심히 배우라. 보험업자들의 끈기, 기계공의 장인정신, 광고인들의 창조성, 스포츠 선수들의 자기 절제를 한 번 다 흡수하여 목회 리더십에 더할 수만 있다면...아! 생각만 해도 흥분의 된다. 끊임없이 모든 사람들로부터 배우고, 배운 것을 실천하자. 우리의 목회는 한 차원 높게 비상할 것이다.

잭웰치는 CEO의 사명중 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나는 “모든 직원들의 지식을 한데 모아 중요한 일에 집중시키는 것”이라고 했다. GEO는 스펀지처럼 모든 사람들의 좋은 아이디어들을 흡수하고 그것을 연구하기 위해 노력해야만 한다는 것이다.

拔齒 및 非拔齒 治療症例에서의 治療前後 齒列弓形態의 變化에 關한 硏究

This study was carried out in order to findout the amount of tooth movement, the cahanges arch size and the changes in arch morphology following orthodontic treatment and to provide a guideline for to predict post-treatment arch morphology. The sample group for this study consists of 15 males and 22 females, totalling in 37 persons, who received orthodontic treatment at Orthodontic Department of DanKook Univ. Dental Hospital. They are classified into Extraction Class Ⅰ treatment group (EⅠ), Non-extraction Calss Ⅰ treatment group (NⅠ), and Non-extraction ClassⅢ treatment group (N Ⅲ), according to their pre-treatment malocclusion state and methods of treatment. Following conclusions and averaged dental arch form for each group were obtained by cephalometric linear measurements and dental arch measurements using pre- and post-treatment lateral cephalograms and plaster study models. 1. Intercanine width were reduced in max. of both EⅠ and NⅠ during the period of treatment. 2. Intermolar width were reduced in max. of EⅠ and increased in max. of NⅠ. Therefore although there was no difference between these two groups before the treatment, intermolar width of the max. of NⅠ was wider than that of EⅠ after the treatment. 3. PMV-incisor distance and PMV-canine distance were decreased in both max. and mand. of EⅠ and that of NⅠ, during the period of treatment. PMV-molar distance was decreased in both max. and mand. of NⅠ and in mand. of NⅢ. 4. Items that showed stability during the treatment were: max. & mind. PMV-molar distance, mand. intercanine and intermolar width in EⅠ; mand. intercanine and intermolar width in NⅠ; mand. & max. PMV-incisor distance, PMV-canine distance, max. PMV-molar distance and max. & mand. intercanine and intermolar width in NⅢ. 5. The differences in averaged canine and molar variances to post-treatment dental arch form were present only in EⅠ and in NⅠ. There was no variance between maxilla and mandible in each group.

GE가 세계가 자라하는 것 중에 톱으로 꼽는 것이 바로 뉴욕 주에 있는 52에 이커 부지의 경영개발센터인 크로톤빌(Crotonville)이다. GE의 전 GEO였던 랠프 코디너가 50년대 중반에 세워놓고 곳인데 웰치가 취임하던 무렵 그곳은 GE최고의 인재들이 모이는 장소가 아닌, 일선에서 물러난 사람들의 은퇴지로 전락해 있었다. 참석자들의 수준 또한 천차만별이었다.
