In this paper, we developed a system for measuring new parameters of stage accuracy in measurement images using image-processing technology in machine vision facilities. Through control technology, that links the system with Fault Detection Classification (FDC) technology, realtime trends can be managed and preemptively dealt with to prevent loss and quality accidents. In addition, it is intended to be an opportunity to generate and monitor various parameters using measurement images.

We must check the general condition and the history of structures throughout a close measuring about both physical properties and various behavior of structure materials. Computer's programs for a structure design apply simplified and generalized conditions. But it can't make accurate explanation about a behavior of the real-living structure. And Maintenance of structure with the design load is unscientific method. In order to overcome these problems, the Smart Structure is introduced. In this study, we manage measured information systematically, and we introduce a good measuring system in contemplation of a measuring method against a joint of technology information, a standardization of diagnosis method and a database of material.

This paper proposes an AI-based welding robot 3D vision module and manipulator control system for welding automation. With conventional welding robots, welding is performed only at the designated welding points through robot teaching; however, the difficulty with this method is that the position of the welding point changes due to the tolerance (gap) of the welding object. To solve this problem, we automatically recognized the welding points using a deep learning-based object detection model called YOLOv4. The time required for labeling was thus reduced through a deep learning labeling tool that uses an existing learned weights file. To control the robot with the recognized welding point, a hand/eye calibration method calculating the homogeneous transformation matrix between the robot and the camera was adopted. Additionally, to correct the final robot control error caused due to calibration and camera depth errors, the control precision at the welding point was improved through interpolation method. The system has been verified by conducting sufficient number of experiments in a non-destructive formwork welding environment.
