        맥문동(麥門冬)의 재배기술개선(裁培技術改善)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) III. 종자(種子)의 발아촉진방법(發芽促進方法)과 실생묘(實生苗)의 묘령(苗齡)이 생육(生育) 및 괴근수량(傀根收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        맥문동(麥門冬)의 발아촉진방법(發芽促進方法)과 실생묘(實生苗)와 분주묘(分株苗)의 생육(生育) 및 수량성(收量性)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)코자 시험(試驗)을 실시(實施)하였던바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 맥문동(麥門冬)은 실내(室內)$(25^{\circ}C)$에서 발아율(發芽率)이 濃黃酸(농황산)과 $GA_3$ 처리(處理)가 각각(各各) 100%, 층적저장(層積貯藏)이 98%로 가장 높았고, 발아기간(發芽期間)은 층적저장(層積貯藏)이 11일(日)로서 가장 빨랐으며, 포장(圃場)에서는 층적저장(層積貯藏)이 발아율(發芽率)은 93%, 출아기간(出芽期間)이 76일(日) 로서 가장 빨랐다. 2. 신초출현기(新梢出現基)는 실생묘(實生苗) 1년차(年次), 2년차(年次), 3년차(年次), 분주묘(分株苗), 4년차(年次) 처리(處理) 순(順)으로 빨랐고 개화기(開花期)는 반대(反對)로 실생묘(實生苗) 4년차(年次), 3년차(年次), 분주묘(分株苗), 2년차(年次) 순(順)으로 빨랐으나 1년차(年次)는 개화(開花)되지 않았다. 3. 지상부(地上部) 생육상황(生育狀況)은 생육최성기(生育最盛期)(11. 20)와 수확기(收穫期)(4. 10)가 비슷하였으나, 괴근수(塊根數)는 수확기(收穫期)가 2배정도(培程度) 많았고, 처리별(處理別) 생육상황(生育狀況)은 실생묘(實生苗) 3년차(年次), 4년차(年次), 분주묘(分株苗), 2년차(年次) 순(順)으로 좋았다. 4. 건괴근수량(乾塊根收量)은 분주묘(分株苗)에 비(比)해 실생묘(實生苗) 3년차(年次)가 25%, 실생묘(實生苗) 4년차(年次)가 10%, 실생묘(實生苗) 2년차(年次)에서도 5% 증수(增收)되었다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)로 맥문동(麥門冬) 재배시(裁培時) 분주묘(分株苗)를 계속사용(繼續使用)하는것 보다는 실생묘(實生苗)를 이용(利用)하므로서 4년차(年次)까지는 증수효과(增收效果)가 있을 것으로 사료(思料)된다. Treatments, in vitro, of sulfuric acid(2%), $GA_3$(100ppm), and stratification were most stimulated the germination of L.platyphylla. Among them the stratification was also the most effective for emergence in field and was shortened the days to germination in vitro and in vivo. Plant height and the number of leaves and tillers per plant in the sulfuric acid and the vinyl mulch treatments were the poorest, but those in other treatments were highered without any differences. Seeding of L.platyphylla was taken 66 days to emerge and the growth of that was more decreased than that of the seedlings. The younger seedling, the shorter the day of emergence of a new shoot. The olders were bloomed earlier and more increased the growth than the yongers and the divided seedlings, but the tuber yield was most increased in the 3 years seedling.

        미국의 입장에서 바라본 한미동맹: 강대국 간 국제정치 부활시대 한미동맹의 중요성

        이번 연구는 한국의 입장에서 안보와 생존이라는 프레임에 집중한 한미동맹에 관한 기존연구와는 달리 냉전 이후 중국의 부상에 따른 강대국 간 경쟁이 심화되는 시기에 미국의 입장에서 한미동맹의 중요성을 분석했다. 냉전 직후 미국 중심의 단극체제 시기와는 달리 중국을 비롯한 미국의 경쟁국들이 미국 주도의 국제질서를 위협하고 있는 시대에 미국의 입장에서 동맹의 중요성이 다시 한 번 부각되고 있다. 對 중국 견제를 위한 한국의 군사적 가치, 미국 외교정책의 성공사례로서 한국의 상징성, 미국 외교정책 지원국으로서 한국의 가치 등으로 강대국 간 국제정치 부활의 시대에는 미국에게 한미동맹이 더욱 중요해지고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 한미동맹은 과거와 달리 한국의 일방적인 필요가 아니라 미국에게도 중요한 동맹이 되었고, 이는 한미동맹을 바라보는 근본적인 시각의 변화를 요구하고 있다. Unlike previous literature which analyzes the ROK-R.S. alliance from the perspective of South Korea by focusing on security and survival of South Korea against North Korean threats, this research investigates the importance of the alliance from the perspective of the other side, the U.S., in the resurgence of great power politics. As opposed to the U.S.-led unipolar moment since the end of the Cold War, the alliance has played more essential roles for the U.S. foreign policy as competitors, such as China and Russia, has threaten the U.S.-led international system. As the strategic competition between the U.S. and China has intensified, the strategic and diplomatic significance of South Korea to respond to the rise of China has increased. This means that the ROK-U.S. alliance exists not only for South Korea to defend its territory against threats from North Korea but also for the United States to maintain its leading position in the world by deterring its strategic competitors, especially China. This situation requires a transformation of perspective to study the ROK-U.S. alliance.

        맥문동의 (麥門冬) 재배기술개선에 관한 연구

        형광분광법에 의한 Eu(Ⅲ)의 정량

        리간드 증감 유발 형광을 이용한 형광 광도법으로 수용액 중의 Eu(Ⅲ) 이온을 Eu(Ⅲ)-terephthalic acid(TPA) 착이온의 방출 세기를 측정함으로써 정량하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 들뜸 파장, pH, TPA의 농도 및 방출 파장의 방출 세기에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. Triton X-100에 용해시킨 Trioctylphosphine oxide(TOPO) 용액을 Eu(Ⅲ)-TPA 용액에 첨가하였을 때는 방출 세기가 현저히 증가함을 관찰하였다. Eu(Ⅲ) 이온검정 곡선의 직선 감응 범위와 검출 한계는 TOPO를 첨가하지 않았을 경우에는 들뜸 파장, pH 및 TOPO의 농도가 각각 284nm, 4.4 및 $1.0{\times}10^{-4}M$였을 때, 각각 $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M{\sim}4.0{\times}10^{-4}M$ 및 $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M$였다. TOPO를 첨가하였을 경우에는 들뜸 파장, pH, TPA의 농도 및 방출 파장이 각각 256nm, 5.6, $3.5{\times}10^{-4}M$ 및 615nm였을 때, 각각 $1.0{\times}10^{-7}M∼1.0{\times}10^{-7}M$였다. Eu(Ⅲ) 이온을 본 방법으로 정량할 때의 방해 이온 효과에 대해서도 조사하였다. Methods to determine EU(Ⅲ) ion in aqueous solution by fluorescence spectrometry based upon the ligand sensitized fluorescence of Eu(Ⅲ)-terephthalic acid (TPA) complex ion have been studied. The effects of excitation wavelength, pH, concentration of TPA and emission wavelength on the fluorescence intensity were investigated. The fluorescence intensity of the Eu(Ⅲ) complex ion was further increased with addition of trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO). In this case Triton X-100 was used to dissolve TOPO in aqueous solution. The calibration curve for Eu(Ⅲ) was linear over the range from $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M\;to\;4.0{\times}10^{-4}M$ and the detection limit was $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M$ under the experimental conditions of 256 nm, 5.6, $3.5{\times}10^{-4}$M$ and 615 nm for excitation wavelength, pH, concentration of TPA and emission wavelength, respectively. When TOPO was added to the Eu(Ⅲ)-TPA system, the concentration range of linear response and the detection limit were $1.0 {\times}10^{-9}M\;to\;1.0{\times}10^{-4}M,\;1.0{\times}10^{-7}M,$ respectively under the experimental conditions of 284 nm, 4.4 and $1.0{\times} 10^{-4}M$ for excitation wavelength, pH and concentration of TOPO, respectively. Effects of interferences from various cations for the determination of Eu(Ⅲ) ion were also investigated.

      • Purge & Trap-GC/MS 에 의한 금호강 수계의 휘발성 유기물 분석

        Improved sample introduction system has been investigated for the determination of 54 volatile organic compounds(VOC) in the Kumho river using purge & trap preconcentration apparatus and capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. To solve the problems such as improper separation of peaks due to the adsorption of water and contamination of purge & trap system, the purge & trap apparatus was directly connected to the gas chromatograph. A carbopack B/car6oxen 1000 and 1001 trap were used for the purge & trap procedure and a custom made dimethyldiphenylpolysiloxane crosslinking moiety capillary column was used for the separation of compounds. The optimum analytical conditions were investigated and the method detection limits for the 54 VOC were obtained using these conditions. The present method was applied to the analysis of samples collected from 13 sites of the Kumho river. Among the 54 VOCs only dichloromethane, trichloromethane. trichloroethene. toluene, xylene and naphthalene were detected.

      • 동위원소묽힘 유도결합플라스마 질량분석법에 의한 물 중의 Pb 정량

        Analytical method to determine trace Pb in water by isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been investigated. A magnetic sector type high resolution mass analyzer was used for this work. The aPb was prepared from NIST SRM 991. The spike calibration solutions were prepared by quantitatively weighing and mixing an aliquot of the spike solution with an aliquot of the gravimetrically prepared natural solution. The mass bias correction for the mass spectrometer used in this work was carried out by using measured isotopic ratios and the certified ratio of NIST SRM 981 standard of known isotopic ratio, which is close to the natural isotopic one. The atomic weight of Pb in the water sample calculated using isotopic abundances of four Pb isotopes was 20.21457. The concentration of Pb in the sample deternuned by the present procedure was 10.394 a g/g. This concentration is then equivalent to 0.050159 u mol/g. The measured isotopic ratio of Pb/Pb in the sample was 17.88. This result indicates that the relative lead 206 abundance in the sample is higher than that in nature.
