다문화 대상 국가 외국인 교사와의 접촉이 한국학생의 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 다문화 대상 국가들과의 교사교류 프로그램이 한국 학생들의 다문화 수용성에 미치는영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 두 가지 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 한국 학생들의 다문화 수용성 수준은 학생의 개인 배경과 외국인 교사의 배치 여부에 따라차이가 있는가? 둘째, 외국인 교사와의 접촉이 한국 학생들의 다문화 수용성을 증가시키는가? 연구방법의 일환으로 다문화 대상 국가 외국인 교사가 배치된 37개 초·중등학교와 미배치된 37개학교에 재학중인 학생 총 2,000명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 해당 응답결과를 토대로t-test, F-test, 위계적 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 여학생의 다문화 수용도가 남학생보다 높았고, 초등학생의 다문화 수용도가 중등학생에 비해 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 다문화 대상 국가 교사들과의 접촉은 학생들의 다문화 수용성을 증가시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로, 다문화 대상 국가와의 교사교류 프로그램의 중요성을 확인하는 한편, 한국의 주류 문화 학생들의 다문화 수용성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 도출하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the Asia-Pacific Teacher Exchange Program on multicultural acceptance of Korean students. Two research questions are set forth to achieve the goals of this research. First, does the level of cultural acceptance by Korean students differ depending on their individual backgrounds and the placement of foreign teachers? Second, does contact with foreign teachers increase multicultural acceptance of Korean students? Based on the placement of foreign teachers fro m the Asia-Pacific region, a survey was conducted on a total of 2,000 elementary and secondary school students enrolled in 37 schools with foreign teachers and 37 schools without foreign teachers. The responses were analyzed using t-test, F-test, and hierarchical linear regression analysis. The findings suggested that female students had a higher multicultural acceptance level than males, while the elementary-school students showed the highest multicultural acceptance. In addition, it was found that students contact with teachers from multicultural countries increased the level of students multicultural acceptance. This study is significant in reaffirming the importance of the teacher exchange program between Korean teachers and foreign teachers from the Asia Pacific region. Also, based on the findings, the implications necessary to increase the multicultural acceptance of Korean mainstream culture students were presented.
KOMPSAT-3·3A 위성영상 글로벌 융합활용을 위한 다중센서 위성영상과의 정밀영상정합

Arriving in the new space age, securing technology for fusion application of KOMPSAT-3·3A and global satellite images is becoming more important. In general, multi-sensor satellite images have relative geometric errors due to various external factors at the time of acquisition, degrading the quality of the satellite image outputs. Therefore, we propose a fine-image registration methodology to minimize the relative geometric error between KOMPSAT-3·3A and global satellite images. After selecting the overlapping area between the KOMPSAT-3·3A and foreign satellite images, the spatial resolution between the two images is unified. Subsequently, tie-points are extracted using a hybrid matching method in which feature- and area-based matching methods are combined. Then, fine-image registration is performed through iterative registration based on pyramid images. To evaluate the performance and accuracy of the proposed method, we used KOMPSAT-3·3A, Sentinel-2A, and PlanetScope satellite images acquired over Daejeon city, South Korea. As a result, the average RMSE of the accuracy of the proposed method was derived as 1.2 and 3.59 pixels in Sentinel-2A and PlanetScope images, respectively. Consequently, it is considered that fine-image registration between multi-sensor satellite images can be effectively performed using the proposed method.
핵 활동 탐지 및 감시를 위한 딥러닝 기반 의미론적 분할을 활용한 변화 탐지

Satellite imaging is an effective supplementary data source for detecting and verifying nuclear activity. It is also highly beneficial in regions with limited access and information, such as nuclear installations. Time series analysis, in particular, can identify the process of preparing for the conduction of a nuclear experiment, such as relocating equipment or changing facilities. Differences in the semantic segmentation findings of time series photos were employed in this work to detect changes in meaningful items connected to nuclear activity. Building, road, and small object datasets made of KOMPSAT 3/3A photos given by AIHub were used to train deep learning models such as U-Net, PSPNet, and Attention U-Net. To pick relevant models for targets, many model parameters were adjusted. The final change detection was carried out by including object information into the first change detection, which was obtained as the difference in semantic segmentation findings. The experiment findings demonstrated that the suggested approach could effectively identify altered pixels. Although the suggested approach is dependent on the accuracy of semantic segmentation findings, it is envisaged that as the dataset for the region of interest grows in the future, so will the relevant scope of the proposed method.
