학습 포트폴리오를 통한 '학습전략과 진로탐색' 교과목의 개선 효과 - A대학교 교양필수과목 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was focused on finding out the effect of "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes for first year student. To this end, I developed the learning portfolio based instructional method, textbook, learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials. For the study, I conducted literature reviews, analysis of domestic and international best practices, expert advices and survey researches. This study implemented on 3,200 freshman and 72 professors of A university that is located at Gyungbuk. The results of applying research findings show that learning portfolio based instruction in "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes is useful to improve first year students' competency of learning strategies and career search. And instructors can use the learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials, therefore they are satisfied with the materials. 본 연구는 신입생들이 대학생활에서 실제적으로 필요한 학업수행과 진로탐색을 중심으로 이에 대한 방법적인 지식을 습득할 수 있는 교과목의 운영방법을 개선하고 그 효과를 탐색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 A대학교에서 신입생들을 대상으로 교양필수로 개설, 운영 중인 ‘학습전략과 진로탐색' 교과목을 학습 포트폴리오(Learning Portfolio) 활용 중심의 교수-학습법으로 개선하여 운영하고 그 효과를 측정하였다. 연구를 위하여 문헌연구, 국내외 우수 사례 분석, 전문가 자문, 교수자 및 학습자 설문조사 등의 연구방법을 통해 학습 포트폴리오를 활용한 ‘학습전략과 진로탐색’ 교과목을 2011학년도 1학기의 수업에 전면적으로 운영하고 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 활용결과, 담당 교수자와 과목 수강생들이 학습 포트폴리오 활용 교수-학습방법에 대해 만족하였으며, 과목 수강생 대상의 사전-사후 설문조사 결과 본 교과목의 수강이 학습전략과 진로탐색에 도움이 되었다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the integrated management system of curriculum-extracurriculum at Daegu Catholic University which can enhance the core competencies through the curriculum and extracurricular activities throughout the university life, and to examine the current state of operation and its performance. To do this, I introduced the core competency-based curriculum- extracurriculum construction and evaluation system, extracurricular management system of Daegu Catholic University. As a result of the operation of the Integrated Management System for curriculum- extracurriculum in the 2016 academic year, the number of extracurricular programs opened 1,057 in the first semester and 1,576 in the second semester, and the number of participants was 44,008 and 61,770 respectively. In order to manage the quality of extracurriculum, I analyzed the “true talent growth index(Stella)” according to background variables of the students and a survey on the satisfaction of the extracurricular program was conducted and used as data for improving the operation. The case of Daegu Catholic University will be useful for establishing a development plan for competency-based extracurriculum, and for systematic management of extracurriculum.

은유분석을 통한 영유아기 부모의 창의성에 대한 인식

This study aimed to examine how parents with young children define creativity based on metaphor analysis. In this paper, we investigated the metaphorical expressions and their reasons among 204 parents with young children. According to the results, four categories and 14 core concepts of the perception of creativity were identified. The categories and their relevant percentages are as follows: Person-52.0% (originality, autonomy, flexibility, fluency, imagination, curiosity, pleasure, adventure); Process-10.8% (problem solving); Product-3.9%(creative product); and Press-33.3%(environment for creativity, needs for person and society, creativity through play). The results indicate a variety of creativity concepts according to parents’ awareness. However, Parents with young children have many concepts of creativity related to psychological factors and press but do not give much consideration to the thinking process and product. This study suggests that the results will be discussed with relation to implications for a parents education program regarding the concept of creativity. 본 연구는 영유아기 부모들의 창의성에 대한 인식을 은유분석을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 영유아기 자녀를 키우는 부모 204명이 제시한 창의성에 대한 은유표현이며, 연구방법은 이를 바탕으로 체계적인 은유분석을 실시하였다. 영유아기 부모들이 인식하는 창의성의 의미를 은유를 통해 알아본 결과, 개인적 특성, 문제해결, 산출물, 환경과의 관계라는 4가지 대분류로 범주화되었다. 4개의 대분류는 13개의 하위내용유형으로 분류되었으며, 개인적 특성은 독창성, 자율성, 융통성, 유창성, 상상력, 호기심, 즐거움, 모험심을 포함하는 8개의 내용유형, 문제해결이라는 대분류는 문제해결 과정으로 대표되는 1개의 내용유형, 산출물은 창의적 산물로 대표되는 1개의 내용유형, 환경과의 관계는 잠재력 발현에 필요한 환경, 사회적 필요, 교육활동이라는 3개의 내용유형으로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 나타난 창의성에 대한 인식은 영유아기 부모들의 창의성과 관련된 부모교육프로그램의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Design Principles and Application of the Visual Organizers for the electronic text design Han, Ahn-Na (Educational Research Institute, SNU) The purpose of this study is to prepare design principles and utilization strategies of the visual organizers, which enables learners to comprehend the text and to understand text structure better in the electronic document space. For the theoretical underpinnings of the visual design of electronic text, a variety of principles and strategies, techniques were examined, and then visual organizer's conceptual identification, design principles and a prototype were developed. In the process of identifying the principles of designing the visual organizers, wide range of relevant literatures were reviewed and analyzed. Four design elements were immerged to develop the Visual Organizers Prototypes : information representation styles(pictorial or verbal), degree of abstraction(concrete or abstract), visual verbal relationships(visual dominated or verbal dominated), dimension of visual intelligence(interpretation or operation). The results of this study seemed to demonstrate the positive potential of visual organizers in designing electronic text. By reflecting structural attributes, by arranging text structures, and by providing the information of location, form and length the visual organizers seemed to provide vital information to the learners in e-learning situation. The research suggested design principles of electronic text in regard to the visual organizers. Five specific recommendations for future research were suggested. 전자 텍스트의 양적 증가에 따라 웹 상에 제시되는 전자 텍스트의 풍부한 표현 가능성을 살리면서 효율적인 정보 처리를 위해 인간의 시각 지능과 시각적 정보 처리 능력을 반영한 설계의 가능성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 가능성을 확인하기 위한 하나의 시도로서 웹 기반 학습에서 전자 텍스트 문서를 시각화하여 구조적 지식 획득에 도움을 줄 수 있는 시각적 조직자(Visual Organizer)의 설계원리 및 활용 방안을 탐색하는데 주 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 이론적 탐구를 통해 시각적 조직자의 유형을 분류하였고, 시각 지능 및 시각적 추상화 이론에 기반하여 시각적 조직자의 개념, 설계 원리를 체계화하였다. 그리고, 전자 텍스트 설계에 시각적 조직자를 적용하기 위한 방안을 탐색하기 위해 정보의 표상 양식, 정보의 추상화 및 압축 정도, 시각-언어의 관계, 시각 지능의 차원 등 네 가지 설계 요소를 준거로 하여 시각적 조직자의 프로토타입(prototype)을 구안하고, 이를 적용한 다섯 가지 시각적 조직자의 유형을 개발하였다. 시각적 조직자는 전자 텍스트의 구조적인 속성을 반영하는 시각적 단서를 제시함으로써 텍스트 문서 집합을 공간적인 속성으로 인식할 수 있게 하여 텍스트의 구조파악에 효과를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

예비교사의 학습성향이 e-포트폴리오 활용에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to find out how pre-service teacher’s learning style can affect the e-portfolio application including usability of e-portfolio, reflective thinking, share of learning experience and satisfaction. The instruction which applies the learning of portfolio style is performed to 66 students of 3 classes in a subject of Educational Technology. Contents of the subject is composed of instructional design and development. The results of research findings show that utilizing e-portfolio for pre-service teachers brings a positive effect on usability of e-portfolio, reflective thinking, share of learning experience and satisfaction. In addition pre-service teacher’s learning motivation and learning strategies can affect the usability of e-portfolio, and reflective thinking. 본 연구는 예비교사의 학습성향이 e-포트폴리오 활용에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 3개 학급 66명의 예비교사를 대상으로 수업설계 및 개발 능력 함양을 위한 교과목을 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 교수학습방법으로 운영하고, 예비교사의 학습성향을 설명하는 학습전략, 학습동기, 내적 통제 정도가 e-포트폴리오 활용에 대한 유용성 인식, 반성적 사고활동, 학습경험 공유 정도, 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보았다. 연구결과 예비교사의 학습동기, 학습전략, 내적 통제 정도는 e-포트폴리오의 유용성 인식과 반성적 사고 활동에 유의미한 영향이 있었으며, 학습동기는 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
