4개 응급센터에 내원한 비만치료제 중독 환자들의 다양한 임상양상 경험: 16례

Purpose: In Korea, few studies have examined the acute toxicity of anti-obesity drugs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the general characteristics and clinical aspect of acute anti-obesity drug intoxication. Methods: We retrospectively investigated patients admitted to the emergency department after anti-obesity drug intoxication between March, 2004 and February, 2012. The medical records of these patients were reviewed for demographic data, toxicologic history, time elapsed to presentation, clinical symptoms and signs, treatment, and outcome. Results: There were a total of 18 anti-obesity intoxication cases during the study period; of 16 which were included in our study. The purchasing route of the anti-obesity drug was mainly through a doctor’s prescription (68.8%), however, some were obtained through the internet and the pharmacies. The mean time to The most commonly ingested antiobesity drug was sibutramine (31.3%) and many of the cases (62.5%) were multi-drug ingestions. The most common clinical manifestations were gastrointestinal symptoms (94%), but, CNS symptoms (75%) and cardiovascular symptoms (75%) were almost equally present. 13 patients (81%) were discharged after clearance of toxic symptoms and signs with a mean observational period of 7.0 hours. 3 patients were admitted for observation and treatment; of which 1 patient died due to fatal complications. Conclusion: Most anti-obesity intoxications show mild toxicity and a nonfatal clinical course. However, the recent trend toward prescribing psychostimulant anti-obesity medication, which can be fatal after an acute overdose, calls physicians’ attention to treating of anti-obesity intoxications.

양궁경기방식에 따른 남자 실업선수의 긴장상황 및 대처전략 분석

목적: 양궁 남자 실업선수가 예선 싱글라운드와 본선 올림픽피타라운드 경기방식에 따라 느끼는 시합 전, 중의 생각을 심도 깊게 비교분석하여 각 경기방식에 따른 긴장상황 및 대처전략의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 이를 위해 제 20회 한국실업연맹회장기 양궁대회에서 각 경기방식별 상위에 랭크된 선수 14명을 대상으로 반구조화 질문지를 적용하고 심층인터뷰를 실시한 뒤 귀납적 분류분석을 통해 비교하였다. 결과: 분석 결과, 첫째, 싱글라운드 방식에서는 ‘첫 발을 슈팅 할 때’와 ‘마지막 엔드를 남기고 메달획득 기대감이 들 때’ 긴장 및 불안이 유발되며, ‘자신 있게 슈팅하기’와 ‘연습 시 잘 될 때를 생각하기’의 대처전략을 활용하였다. 둘째, 올림픽피타라운드 방식에서는 ‘점수차가 많이 나지 않을 때’ 긴장 및 불안이 유발되며, ‘자신 있게 슈팅하기’와 ‘내 것만 신경쓰기’의 대처전략을 활용하였다. 셋째, 두 가지 경기방식에 따른 긴장상황에는 다소 차이가 있었으나 공통적으로 자신감을 가지고 생각과 자세를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 대처전략으로 활용하였다. 결론: 경기방식별 다양한 긴장상황에 대한 차이를 분명히 인식 및 분석하고 효과적인 대처전략을 선수 스스로 선택 및 활용할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 이는 양궁경기력 유지 및 극대화시키는데 필요한 훈련 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in tension and coping strategies according to each method of competition by comparing the thoughts of archery male athletes according to the method of competition. Methods: A semi-structured questionnaire was applied to 14 athletes, conducted in-depth interviews, and compared. Results: First, In the single-round approach, tension and anxiety were triggered at the ‘first shot’ and ‘last end’. and uses coping strategies such as ‘shoot confidently’ and ‘think when things go well’. Second, In the Olympic FITA round, tension and anxiety were triggered ‘When the scores are similar’ and It uses coping strategies such as ‘shoot confidently’ and ‘care only about myself’. Third, There was a difference in the tension between the two ways of playing. However, they used in common coping strategies that have confidence and maintain constant thinking and posture. Conclusion: It should be able to recognize the differences in tension according to the way the competition is played and choose effective coping strategies. This could be used as data to maximize archery performance.

자율 농작업을 위한 딥러닝 기반 작업영역 경계 검출

본 연구에서는 무인 농업기계 개발의 기초 연구로써 2D 기계시각 및 딥러닝을 이용하여 농작업 시 작업 영역의 경계를 검출을 목적으로 하며 트랙터의 경운작업 시 정면영상 내 경작 전, 후 영역 검출 기술 개발 및 성능을 평가하였다. 딥러닝 기반 경계 검출을 위해 트랙터 경운 작업의 정면영상을 수집하였으며, 입력된 영상의 구역별 분류 기반 영역 군집화를 통해 경계를 검출하였다. 구역별 영상의 분류는 4개의 합성곱신경망과 1개의 완전연결망으로 구성된 인경신경망 모델을 이용하였으며, 분류기에서 출력되는 경작 후 부류의 확률값을 원 영상에서의 위치를 기준으로 결합하여 2차원의 확률맵이 생성하였다. 분할된 영역은 측면과 상단에서 각각의 경계를 가지고 있으며, 측면이 경작 전 영역과 맞닿아 있는 영역의 경계로, 허프변환을 이용하여 이를 대표직선으로 표현하였다. 성능평가 결과 학습모델의 분류 성능은 F1-score가 약 0.91, 경계 검출 성능은 경작 전, 후 영역의 위치에 따라 횡방향 오차 평균 11~12.6 cm, 각도 오차 평균 8.0~9.8°로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 기존에 수행된 농업분야 자율주행 기술의 성능범위 수준을 보여주었으며, 저가의 2D 영상 시스템 및 딥러닝을 이용한 자율주행 농업기계 기술이라는 측면에서 기존 연구에 비해 높은 실용화 가능성 및 넓은 적용 범위의 장점이 있다고 판단된다.

리얼리티 프로그램 시청자의 놀이성이 아웃도어레크리에이션 의사결정과정에 미치는 영향

최근 국내에서 크게 증가하고 있는 아웃도어레크리에이션 열풍은 여가시간과 가처분소득의 증가뿐만 아니라 대중매체와 대중문화의 상호작용의 효과로 볼 수 있다. 국내에서 대중매체를 통해서 노출되는 아웃도어레크리에이션은 실질적으로 크게 증가하고 있고, 관련 산업분야도 급속도록 성장하는 것으로 나타났다. 리얼리티 프로그램 ‘아빠! 어디가?’의 경우에는 여러 아웃도어레크리에이션을 통해 놀이, 재미, 경쟁, 그리고 일탈적인 특성 등을 사실적으로 노출하고 있기 때문에 관광객의 내재적 특성인 놀이성 측면이 더욱 부각이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대중매체를 통한 아웃도어레크리에이션의 노출이 잠재 아웃도어 레크리니셔트에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자한다. 이러한 의사결정과정을 규명하기 위하여 인간의 행동에 대한 설명력이 높은 계획된 행동이론에 성인의 재미와 놀이의 내재적 특성인 놀이성을 추가하였다. 연구결과, 놀이성은 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제에 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제 또한 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일탈적 행동을 추구하는 아웃도어레크리에이션에서 놀이성이 큰 영향을 미치는 변인임을 규명하였다고 볼 수 있다. The outdoor recreation fever that is drastically increasing in Korea could be the result of the interaction between mass media and popular culture as well as increase of leisure time and disposable income. Thus, the purpose of this study is to specify how the exposure of outdoor recreation through mass media influences potential outdoor recreationists. In order to specify this decision-making process, playfulness, which is the intrinsic characteristic of adults’ fun and play, was added to the theory of planned behavior, which has high explanation power regarding human behavior. As a result of the study, it turned out that playfulness significantly influences attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, and that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control also significantly influence behavioral intention. These results specify that playfulness is a factor that has a great effect on outdoor recreation that seeks deviant behavior.

Intraoperative surgical microscope is an essential surgical equipment. However, it has a restriction to classify the retina layers because of the contrast differences. To solve this problem, operators use surgical instrument such as an intraocular mirror. In this case, it has to amputate the patient's eye. In this study, we developed a probe the intraoperative surgical optical coherence tomography. We expect that the developed OCT probe can overcome the limit of OCT and be applied as a real-time surgical tool. In this paper, we demonstrate applicability of the probe through rabbit's experimentation.

광주광역시내 외국인 유입으로 인한 도시경관의 변화

Residential differentiation is often considered to be one of the social problems that intensify urban inequality. The purpose of the study was to analyze the changes in the Gwangju urban landscape due to foreign inflows after reviewing the different frameworks about the causes of residential segregation and verifying compliance through case analysis. This study analyzed the increase of Gwangju Foreign Population based on the data of the Statistics Korea and derived the concentrated areas of foreign population using GIS program. Then through the field research around the target areas, the changes of urban landscape by the foreign residents was analyzed. The foreign population in Korea recently surpassed 1.5 million is expected to increase further, and has already raised numerous social issues especially in urban area. Therefore, basic and systematic analyses on foreign population and its impacts on urban residential landscape are necessary to resolve the issues. Since Gwangju is also in a similar situation, this research is first, to address the current situation and identify the problem, and then to suggest the directions for resolving them. It is also expected to be helpful provide a basic reference for related further researches.

시스템 가동률에 따른 수리 부속 제품의 재고 수준 결정에 관한 연구

It has been a major issue to repair the broken system quickly for improvement of productivity and utilization. Generally, high utilization of system requires the high amount of spare parts in inventory and inventory cost. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the proper amount of inventory with regard to utilization of system. This study designs a methodology for determining the proper amount of inventory level in a two-echelon spare parts distribution system. The requirements are to satisfy proper customer demands at a distribution center and to maintain over the utilization of the whole system at customers. This methodology minimizes total inventory investment at a distribution center and customers.
