        금속 이온이 다중기포 Sonoluminescence 스펙트럼에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구에서는 액체 내에서 초음파에 의해 빛이 발생하는 현상인 Sono-Luminescence (이하 SL)에 대해 연구하였다. 알칼리 금속과 알칼리 토금속 화합물을 녹인 용액에서의 SL을 관찰 하였으며, 금속 이온 농도, 금속이온의 종류를 바꾸어 가며 SL에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이 때 각각의 SL에서 나오는 빛을 사진으로 찍어 RGB 성분 분석을 통해 금속 이온을 녹인 용액의 SL이 증류수에서 SL과 금속 불꽃 반응 색 또는 선스펙트럼에서 강한 세기로 방출되는 색의 합성으로 표현될 수 있는지 연구하였다. 알칼리 금속의 경우 두 색의 합성으로 잘 표현되었으나 알칼리 토금속의 경우는 그렇지 않았다. 그 이유로 SL 방출시 온도가 그리 높지 않아서 알칼리 토금속의 선스펙트럼에서 에너지가 큰 단파장의 빛이 SL에서 잘 방출되지 않기 때문인 것으로 추론하였다. Sonoluminescence (SL) is the light emitting phenomenon accompanied with ultrasonic cavitation in liquid. It attracts many interests because physics behind it remains uncertain and few applications have appeared. It has been known that the color of SL changes in solutions which include metallic ions. In the present work, colors of SL in alkali metallic and alkaline earth metallic ions were considered. RGB component was used to analyze the color of SL. By using RGB component, it was found that color of SL in metallic solution can be resolved into color of SL in pure water and flame color of metal which is different from high intensity color of line spectrum of alkaline earth metal. From this result, influence of metallic ion on SL and the temperature on violent collapsing of cavitation bubble was discussed.

        Outcomes of Anterior Cervical Fusion Using Polyetheretherketone Cage with Demineralized Bone Matrix and Plate for Management of Subaxial Cervical Spine Injuries

        Objective: We evaluated the usefulness of a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) cage flled with demineralized bone matrix(DBM) and plate fxation in anterior interbody fusions for subaxial cervical spine injuries. Methods: A retrospective review of 98 patients (58 women, 40 men; mean age, 49.7 years; range, 17-78 years) who underwent single-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) using a PEEK cage flled with DBM and plate fxationfor subaxial cervical spine injuries from March 2005 to June 2018 was conducted. Bone fusion, interbody height (IBH),segmental lordosis, and adjacent segment degeneration (ASD) development were assessed with plain radiographs and computed tomography. Clinical outcomes were assessed using a visual analog scale (VAS) for pain and the Frankel grade forneurologic function. Results: The mean follow-up period was 27.6 months (range, 6-142 months). Twenty-one patients (21.4%) had an improvement of at least one Frankel grade. The mean preoperative and fnal follow-up neck pain VAS scores were 8.3±0.9 and2.6±1.5 (p<0.05). All patients showed solid fusion at the fnal follow-up. The mean preoperative and fnal Cobb’s angleswere -3.7±7.9° and 1.9±5.1° (p<0.05). The mean preoperative and fnal IBHs were 36.9±1.7 mm and 38.2±1.8 mm (p<0.05). Five patients (5%) showed ASD. Conclusion: ACDF using a PEEK cage flled with DBM and plate fxation yielded high fusion rates and satisfactory clinicaloutcomes without donor-site morbidity. This procedure is safe and effective for single-level subaxial cervical spine injuries

      • 중증 천식 환아에서의 23가 다당질 폐구균 백신의 면역성 및 안전성 연구

        The prevalence of pneumococcal infections has been markedly reduced due to developments of antibiotics, but pneumococcus is still one of the improtant pathogen in systemic or focal infections due to its antigenic diversity and multiple drug resistance. Thus we must consider that this infection will be controlled by vaccination. We performed the study to fine out the efficacy and safety of a 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccaride vaccine among severe asthmatic children those who might be risk in recurrent lower respiratory infections. 25 severe asthmatic children who received long term steroid therapy were involved in this study. Antibody levels just before vaccination and at 1 month after vaccination to the six serotypes (6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F, 23F) were measured by using ELISA. Also systemic and local side effects were observed for three days after vaccination. The results were as following: 1) The comparison of geometric mean titers before and after vaccination revealed almostly above 2 fold increases in all studied pneumococcal serotypes. 2) Especially, remarkable antibody response to subtype 9V (52% four fold increase) and 18C(52% four fold increase) were observed. 3) Transient fever(4), chilling(1), fatigability(1) and myalgia(1) were developed and relieved within 1 day after vaccination. 4) Local pain(6), redness(3) and heatness(1) were visible and disappeared within 2 days after vaccination.

        기관식도 누공에 대한 후두미세수술 접근하 재건술: 증례 보고 및 문헌 검토

        Patients with tracheoesophageal fistula show signs of aspiration, possibly leading to pneumonia, which could be fatal to bed-ridden patients. Tracheoesophageal fistula occurs as a complication of intubation, tracheostomy tube insertion and nasogastric tube insertion. Possible etiology is pressure and ischemic necrosis given by tracheostomy tube and nasogastric tube to trachea and esophagus; or in some cases, larynx and hypopharynx. Meanwhile, for repair of tracheoesophageal fistula, transcervical approach can be considered but takes relatively long operation time and is not appropriate for patients with underlying diseases. We report a case of tracheoesophageal fistula complicated several years after tracheostomy tube and nasogastric tube insertion who came to medical attention with signs of aspiration. Authors successfully performed repair of the fistula under laryngeal microsurgery approach without skin incision and dissection, and thereby report the experience with review of literature.

      • Malachite Green유도체의 합성과 그 항균성에 관한 연구

        Malachite Green derivative bearing butyl group was prepared in the form of Leuco base, 4-butyl-4'. 4"-bis(dimethylamino) triphenylmethane, by the condensation reaction of N,N-dimethylaniline with the formyl derivative of butylbenzene, which had been obtained from butylbenzene by chlormethylation followed by oxidation. The butylbenzene was prepared by the alkylation reaction of benzene with n-butyl choride which had been obtained from n-butyl alcohol and zinc chloride. The antimicrobial and antifungal activity of buty-Malachite Green was evaluated in terms of minimum inhibitory concentration by the dilution method. The butyl-Malachite Green showed considerably increasing activity. This activity was stronger than that of hexyl-Malachite Green. This phenomenon suggested that the activities of the alkyl derivatives increase with decrease in the number of carbon in the alkyl group.

        거대 추체부 경동맥류에 의해 유발된 일측성 재발성 삼출성 중이염 : 증례보고 및 문헌 검토

        We present a case of unilateral recurrent otitis media with effusion and eustachian tube dysfunction caused by a giant aneurysm arising from the petrous segment of the internal carotid artery (ICA). Petrous ICA aneurysms are rare and can present with a variety of signs and symptoms, including pulsatile tinnitus, epistaxis, otorrhagia, cranial nerve palsies, Horner’s syndrome, and middle ear effusion. However, unilateral recurrent middle ear effusion might be presented as the only clinical feature in petrous ICA aneurysms, which necessitates early radiologic studies for accurate diagnosis. Treatment options of petrous ICA aneurysms include close observation, endovascular therapies and surgical trapping with or without revascularization. The authors report one case of unilateral recurrent otitis media caused by a giant petrous internal carotid artery aneurysm including review of literature.

      • 상고(上古) 문자학(文字學)의 기원

        문자(文字)가 고조선 이전부터 비롯되었음은 『단군세기(檀君世紀)』, 『태백일사(太白逸史)』 소도경전 본훈(蘇塗經典本訓)에 “신시(神市)에 녹서(鹿書)가 있었고, 자부(紫府)에 우서(雨書)가 있었으며, 치우(蚩尤)에 화서(花書)가 있었다”는 기록에서 확인된다. 배달국 한웅천황(桓雄天皇)은 신지 혁덕(神誌赫德)에게 명하여 녹도문(鹿圖文: 神誌文字)를 창제하였다. BC 3900 ~ BC 3800년경에 창제된 녹도문 은수메르 설형문자(楔形文字), BC 3000년경의 이집트 상형문자(象形文字) 보다 월등히 앞선 세계 최초의 문자였다. 이러한 문자를 기록하기 위해 만들어 졌던 한민족의 제지(製紙) 기술은 어떠했으며 그 역사적 배경은 어떠했는가?. 찬란했던 문명, 그 광활했던 고조선 역사가 신화가 아닌 바른 역사로 매김하고 앞으로 나아가기를 소망하는 뜻에서 상고사(上古史)를 중심으로 기록을 정리하고자 한다. 이것이 바로 역사광복과 민족중흥의 토대가 아닌가 싶다. The Dangunsegi and the Sodogyeongjeon Bonhun of the Taebaekilsa provide with evidence that scripts were extant even before the Ancient Joseon era by recounting that “there were nokseo (deer’s writing) in Sinsi, wooseo (rain’s writing) in Jaboo, and huaseo (flower’s wrting) in Chiu. The Nokdomun was created by Sinji Hyeokdeok at the behest of Heavenly Emperor Hanwung of Baedal. Invented between 3900 B.C. and 3800 B.C., the Nokdomun was the world’s oldest form of script anteceding even the Sumerian cuneiform character and the Egyptian hieroglyphic script which was around 3000 B.C. How was the then Korean people’s technology of paper-making for the purpose of recording this ancient script? And how was its historical background? In the hope that the history of the great Ancient Joseon which had a radiant civilization be regarded as the authentic history, not a myth, I hereby make a summary of the related historical records centering on its ancient history. I believe that these steps are the basic framework for the Korea’s historical restoration and national revival.

        The derivatives of 2-amino-4-chloro-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidne containing methoxy, ethoxy, isopropoxy, phenoxy, amino and anilino groups at 6-position on the pyrimidine ring were prepared from 2-amino-4,6-dichloro-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine. The structures of the compounds have been studied by spectroscopic methods.

      • 『단군세기』에 기록된 ‘경당’과 ‘천문역사’ 고찰

        이 글의 목적은 고조선의 교육 체계는 어떻게 이루어 졌는지? 그 의의는 무엇이었으며 고구려, 백제, 신라의 교육 변화와 조선으로 들어와 선인들이 백정(白丁)으로 추락, 오백년 한(恨)을 쌓은 경로를 살펴보고자 하는데 있다. 지금까지 경당은 고구려 초기 지방 촌락을 중심으로 평민들의 미혼 자제들을 모아 교육했던 ‘사설 교육기관’으로만 인식되어 왔다. 또한 유학을 교육하고 군사 양성기관으로 보아온 측면이 보인다. 그러나 『한단고기(桓檀古記)』를 면밀히 검토해 보면, 경당은 고조선 초기 국가 주요지역에 소도(蘇塗)를 두고 설립, 계급 구분없이 평민, 귀족 자제가 함께 교육을 받았던 것으로 파악된다. 이들은 육예(六藝)를 연마, 문(文) 무(武)를 겸전하고 ‘삼신일체(三神一體)의 도’를 일깨웠음을 알 수 있다. 행촌(杏村) 이암(李嵒 이 『단군세기(檀君世紀)』에 경당에 대한 기록을 남긴 이유는 무엇 이었을까? 그 서문에 “사학( 史學 )이 밝지 아니하면 사기(士氣)를 펼 수 없고, 사기를 펼 수 없으면 나라의 근본이 흔들리고 정사(政事)와 법령(法令)이 갈라진다(史學不明則 士氣不振士氣不振則國本搖矣政法 )”라 하여 후세에 경고의 메시지를 주었다고 보는 것이다. 행촌의 사상과 이념이 함께 묻어나는 부분이다. 그러나 신생 조선이 성립되면서 경당의 이념은 서서히 사라졌다. 고사서의 분서(焚書)를 통해 그 흔적을 지웠다. 또한 1만년 고조선의 찬란했던 천문(天文) 기록마져 사대(事大)에 맹종하면서 둔갑되고, 왜곡되고 말았다. 이제 다시 시작이다. 1만 년을 꽃피울 토대가 마련되어 가고, 한밭에서 시작된 한류 열풍 기상이 일어나고 있지 아니한가. 소도(蘇塗)의 시발점이다. 여기에서 어아가(於 阿之樂)를 하고, 천경신고(天經神誥)를 통해 신성(神性)을 찾아야 할 것이며 이렇게 함으로써 부도(符都)의 세상이 열리리라고 본다. The purpose of this study is to examine the educational system of Ancient Joseon and its significance, the changes in the three kingdoms’ (Goguryeo, Baekje, Silla) educational system, the spiritually immortal persons’ fall to the lower social class since the founding of Joseon Dynasty, and the process of their consequent grief being accumulated throughout Joseon era. So far, Gyeongdang has only been known as a private educational institution based on regional villages, where unmarried young men of the general public were educated. It has also been understood as an institution of Confucian classics and military training. A close examination of the book Hwandangogi, however, reveals that Gyeongdang was already founded in the early days of Ancient Joseon in local centers where the sodo was established, and that young men of both the public and the nobility were educated together in Gyeongdang. They cultivated the six arts (etiquette, music, archery, horsemanship, calligraphy and mathematics), thus having both literary and military accomplishments and promoting the dao of becoming one with Samsin. Why did Yi Am (honorific name: Haengchon) leave a record of Gyeongdang in his Dangunsegi? It is highly likely that he sent a warning message to the future generation through the passage in the preface of the Dangunsegi: “If history is not clearly established, the courage of scholars will remain uninspired. If the courage of scholars is not inspired, the foundation of the state will waver and fissures shall emerge in the ruling codes of the country.” His ideas are well reflected in this passage. Since the founding of Joseon Dynasty, however, the educational ideals of Gyeongdang gradually vanished. Its traces were erased through the burning of ancient historical works. In addition, the splendid 10,000-year astronomical records of Ancient Joseon became changed and distorted under Joseon’s sycophantic policies. It is time to begin anew. The foundation is being laid for the cultural blossoming of coming 10,000 years, and the “Korean wave”, whose spirit having originated in Daejeon, is sweeping many parts of the world. It is indeed the starting point of the revival of the sodo. Here, we should sing the Eo-a-ga, and search divinity by way of the Cheonbugyeong and the Samilsingo. In doing so, a world will be brought forth, the one in agreement with the will of heaven.
