모터로 구동되는 전기자동차에서 발생하는 소리의 특징은 일반적으로 내연기관 자동차보다 음압이 낮아, 보행자에게 접근하는 차량을 인지 못하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 따라서 전기자동차에 추가적인 경고음이 필요하다. 잘 들리는 경고음을 개발하기 위해, 이번 연구에서는 화성학 이론과 신호처리를 기초로 제작하였다. 도로에서 측정된 배경소음은 합성된 신호에 추가되었다. 주관적 평가로 이 경고음의 인지성을 측정하였다. 심리음향 이론과 주관적 평가를 통해 인지성과 관련된 요소를 조사하였다. 라우드니스, 샤프니스, 러프니스 등 알려져 있는 심리음향 지표는 인지성과 낮은 상관성을 가졌지만, 반대로 음의 지속구간에 높은 상관성이 있음을 발견하였다. Generally, the sound emitted from a vehicle powered by an electric motor is lower than that of internal combustion engine vehicles. Therefore, pedestrians often cannot detect approaching electric vehicles. Therefore, a certain additional warning sound is required for these types of automobiles. In this study, to develop an audible warning sound, nine warning sounds are designed based on signal processing and chord theory. The background noise measured on the road is also added to these synthetic sounds. The detectability of these warning sounds is evaluated by subjective tests. The sound metric is correlated to detectability and is investigated through psychoacoustic theory and subjective evaluation. It is determined that known psychoacoustic parameters such as loudness, sharpness, and roughness have a low correlation with detectability. However, it is found that the interval of harmonic sound correlates well with detectability.

The teeth present at birth are called natal teeth, while the teeth that appear within the first thirty days following birth are called neonatal teeth. Approximately one in 2,000 to 3,500 infants experiences the eruption of teeth at birth or within the first few weeks postpartum. Many contributing factors have been suggested for the premature eruption of primary teeth. It has been suggested that upon eruption these teeth are of normal structure according to their developmental age, but after eruption, lateral movement in the cervical area leads to disturbance of the dentin and premature degeneration of Hertwig's root sheath. In most cases, they have immature, aborted structures consisting only of caps of enamel, dentin, or a combination of both. A radiograph can show the presence or absence of enamel, dentin, or root structures, as well as supernumerary teeth. These teeth may be aspirated or swallowed during feeding. Discomfort from mobile and erupting teeth often causes the infant to refuse to feed. In addition, a nursing mother's nipples may become lacerated and infected. Extraction is the indicated treatment if these neonatal teeth cause discomfort or demonstrate mobility or incomplete, immature development. Treatment decisions must be made on an individual basis from both clinical and radiographic findings. We report four cases of neonatal teeth in complete cleft lip and palate patients.

디지털 헬스케어 서비스 활성화에 따라 디지털 의료 데이터의 양은 매년 급속하게 증가하고 있으며, 의 데이터의 상호 교환과 연동을 위한 다양한 CDM(Common Data Model)이 개발되고 있다. 그러나, 의료 데이터 교류에 대한 요구가 증가하면서, 기존 레거시 시스템의 데이터를 CDM으로 변환하기 위한 추가적인 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OMOP CDM (Observational Medial Outcomes Partnership Common DataModel) 기반 의료 데이터 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) 툴을 개발하였다. OMOP CDM ETL 툴은 기존의 레거시 데이터베이스 정보를 CDM으로 변환할 수 있는 효과적인 료인터페이스를 제공함으로써, 디지털 의료 데이터 공유와 관리 및 분석의 효율성을 증대할 수 있을 것이다.

Although there are numerous reviews of clinical and epidemiologic data, there has been no critical analysis of silicone immunology. The purpose of this study is to identify human celluar immune reaction to silicone through mononuclear cell blastogenesis as well as by measuring IL-1βand TNF-α released from human monocyte/macrophage incubated with silicone in vitro. In the study, total 14 healthy volunteers participated in the experiment as blood donors. in the peripheral blood mononuclear cell blastogenesis assay, one control group and three experimental groups were designed. The three experimental groups were composed of a silicone treated group, a silicone/phytohemagglutinin treated group, and a phytohemagglutinin treated group. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated with the Ficoll-Hypaque gradient method, and they were incubated for 72 hours. The proliferation of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells was measured with the [³H]-thymidme uptake. In the cytokine assay of monocyte stimulated by silicone, human monocyte was isolated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells through the magnetic cell sorting(MACS) method. One control group and three experimental groups were designed also in the experiment. The experimental groups were composed of a silicone treated group, a silicone/lipopolysaccharide treated group, and a lipopolysaccharide treated group. The monocytes of each group were incubated for 1,3,6,24 and 48 hours. The supernatants were preserved at -20℃ to measure IL-1βand TNF-α with ELISA. Statistical analysis was done by two-way ANOVA and Scheffe test(p < 0.05). In the peripheral blood mononuclear cell blastogenesis study, no statistical difference was found either between the silicon treated group and the control group, or between the silicone/phytohemagglutinin treated group and the phytohemagglutinin treated group. The silicone treated group had higher IL-1βlevel than the control group 1 hour and 3 horus(p < 0.05), and the silicone/LPS treated group and had higher IL-1βlevel than the LPS treated group at 1 hour(p < 0.05). However the TNF-αlevel had shown statistical difference neither between the silicone treated group and control group nor between the silicone/LPS treated group and the LPS treated group at any time. In conclusion, IL-1β was released from the human monocyte/macrophage induced by silicione, and silicone did not induce peripheral blood mononuclear cell blastogenesis. It has been known that IL-1βcan induce the chemotaxis of T lymphocyte-subpopulation and T cell infiltration in tissue. Therefore the results of this experiments are regarded as an evidence of silicone-induced inflammation and tissue destruction such as rheumatic disease.
