        급성 전벽 심근경색증 환자에서 심전도 하벽 유도 ST 절 하강의 임상적 의의

        N/A To determine the significance of inferior ST segment depression during the early stages of acute transmural anterior myocardial infarction, we examined cardiac enzymes, in-hospital complications and indices of ST segment elevation in 51 patients presenting with acute anterior myocardial infarction. The patients were allocated to two electrocardiographic groups. Group I consisted of 19 patients (37%) with a 1 mm or more ST segment depression in at least two of leads II, III, and aVF, Group II consisted of 32 patients without this finding. Compared with group II, patients in group I had a higher peak creatine kinase and lactic dehydrogenase and experienced congestive heart failure, shock, arrhythmias requiring treatment, and death more frequently. Indices of ST segment elevation did not show a significant difference in both groups. The degree of inferior wall ST segment depression correlated weakly with the magnitude of the anterior ST segment elevation(r=0.63, p<0.01). Thus, the inferior ST depression during acute anterior infarction is a reliable marker of more extensive myocardial damage and an adverse hospital course. Such an inferior ST depression might reflect not only reciprocal change, but also ischemia in a remote inferior region.

      • GlS 를 이용한 창녕 지역의 지표 환경 분석

        The purpose of this study is to build up existing map into digital map database and find out the adaptability GIS in the analysis of surface space. The software used for this study is OSU MAP(Ohio State University Map Analysis Package), a grid-based GIS. Map data used are 1:25.000 topographic map, geological map and soil map. The size of the map database is 223 rows and 225 columns with the spatial resolution of 125m by 125m. The results of study are as follows. 1) The features of the landform are a lower hill basin, lots of which are under 600m high, under 15 slope, and are predominant in the south-west and north-west aspect. In geological aspects, continental deposits of the Mesozoic Kyungsang series is mainly distributed in the basin under 300m high. Igneous rocks(granite and andesite) is distributed in the mountainous area of north-east and east. Alluvium is distributed in the main and branch streams of Nakdong River 2) The rate of the surface erosion was classified the constants of soil texture and the slope of landform into 5 grades by the correlation variables. The first grade is 30: slope 15 above and sand or sandy-gravel soil texture. The rest grades are 70: reletive safety. 3) In landuse, the cultivated land(paddy field, cropland, and orchard) is concentrated in the surface elevation 20-60m and slope 5 below in the aspect of the landform. And It was implied that the limits to cultivation is surface elevation 300m, slope 25 in this region. 4) The suitability analyses are as follows. D It selected buffer zone that the selection for alternative waste deposit sites is based on the factors of natural environment in surrounding areas. According to it, it was classified candidated sites into 4 grades. And the result drawed the fact that the most suitable grade is class 1. The suitability of landuse is high in the area of the lower elevation, slowly slope and near the road. It was appeared that the pattern of each modeled-landuse was similar to existing landuse in the study area. The suitability of residence and industrial area was similar to distibution and that of agricultural area somewhat differred from above results. This result was showed that the factor of the basin landform affected much on the result of analysis. The digital map of GIS, however, will be appreciated as one of the most useful tools in assessment of the landuse suitability, if thematic map database is constructed systematically.

      • 호계지역의 카르스트 지형 연구

        The Main purpose of this study is to make a scientific investigation on the embryologic steps of karst_ topography in Hoge-area. The distribution of limestone in Hoge region has lead to the development of Karst phenomenon (Uvale, doline, sinkhole, rising) in the region. This paper tried to find out the general landforms in the region of limestone, and analyze the distribution of karst depressions and the characteristics of its formation. In order to study the karst landform in the region, field works have been done and the main results are as follows: Before surveyed, it was assumed a thing that a soluble rock, preferably limestone at the surface in this area must be appeared. As a result, therefore, it has been found a fact that many dolomites which are not so soluble as limestones are discovered in the surveyed area. The Karst phenomena which was noticeabley developed in Hogeri. area contains chiefly Uvale, Doline, sinkhole and rising. The large karst depressions are developed on the top of the area and the sinkholes are located in the center or low level of doline As to topographical progresses around the Hoge Uvale which is the part of low mountain top, it is influenced, in most part, by two each of geological structure lines and fissure lines which run toward at the N-S and N60E direction at the Hoge Uvale. It is discoverd that local heavy rain in July 1998 at Hogeri area (150 mm/h) has caused the direction change of the sinkholes to N60E from NS. Finally it can be concluded that the degrees of relative height of its location, geological structures (N60E) and climatological influences are main factors for the development of this karst landform in Hone area.

      • 연구신천유역의 오염지도

        This study is to make the pollution map of Sincheon river basin on the basis of the measurment values from January to May in 1995. The method is mapping 1) water analysis of river(6 stations). 2) pollution source analysis(3 stations). 3) riverine heigher plant(stations) analysis data in the use of the GIS/Mapping program. The kind of thematic maps is Sincheon river basin map, water quality investigation station map, the distribution map of pH, of COD, of BOD, of NH3-N, of NOs-N, of Phenol, of T-P, of ABS, of Cd, of riverine heigher plant. of hydrophyte plant plankton, and for the stations and analyses of pollution sources. Investigation stations for the quality of water draw in the blue. investigation stations for pollution sources in the brown and investigation stations for riverine heigher plantin the green. The character of water quality was drawn in maps for 6 stations and the character for each station was drawn in the flow map for a class of that. Analysis values for pollution sources were drawn in the semi-log graph for 3 stations"s analysis data. Riverine heigher plant was drawn in the 5 class on the X axis and distribution of hydrophyte plant plankton was drawn in the semi-log graph for each station. There are stations that appear a special value between Naengchoen and Jungdong Bridge. this is relation to the location of the Talsung mine and also appear in analysis value at city center region. In this way, an inflow of pollutants changes the quality of water to become of a dead water. To preventing this pollution, we must awake to a seriousness of that and act rightly. Therefor we think of the relation of natural system and human, and must seek after a human dignity.
