The purpose of this study is to analyse the strategy of KBS World Cup Broadcasting in 2014 pertaining to its commentator and sportscaster in leading its broadcasting to the best program with the highest audience ratings. It is also assessed as to how KBS World Cup commentator and sportscaster was selected and why they could have a magnetism to successfully attract the TV viewers In the run up to the 2014 World Cup, KBS have employed a new commentator with expertise and experience as former South Korean football international and choose a relatively young sportscaster who could fit in well with the commentator. This strategy carried forward by KBS struck a chord with the TV viewers: Young-Pyo Lee, the KBS commentator was praised for his expertise and ability to predict the outcomes of important World Cup matches, a style that was in stark contrast with more frivolous and entertaining broadcasting of MBC. Also KBS could put SBS with the established commentator into the shade by virtue of Lee’s exceptional capabilities in analysing World Cup games. It is safe to say that the success of KBS World Cup broadcasting greatly relied on the ability of its commentator as a football analyst. It is a reassurance that the expertise of commentator is the most important factors in dictating ratings of the World Cup broadcasting.

구조적 명세를 이용한 래피드 프로토 타이핑에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 구조적 명세서의 요구사항을 명세하기 위한 요구명세 언어를 설계하고, 구조적 명세로 부터 프로토타입을 생성하여 명세된 소프트웨어의 적합 여부를 사용자에게 인증(Validation) 받는 프로토타이핑 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 프로토타이핑 시스템은 요구 명세 편집기, 요구 명세 분석기, 요구 명세 변환기 프로토타입 실행기로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 이 프로토타이핑 시스템을 구현함에 있어서 논리 프로그래밍언어인 프롤로그를 사용하였다.

The most important and primary endpoint in oncology research is overall survival. However, other endpoints such as time-to-progression, time-to-recurrence and response rate have their roles in oncology trials and these endpoints are assessed by the imaging evaluation of tumor burden. Recently published the revised version (version 1.1) of response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST) is now the standards for the tumor response evaluation after treatment, and especially for cytotoxic agents. However, the problems are more complicated for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). RECIST are mainly used for the response evaluation of chemotherapeutic agents. However, for the treatment of HCC, there are some locoregional treatments and molecular targeted agents, and after these treatments, tumor necrosis remains as non-enhanced tumor areas, whereas viable tumor parts can be noted by the enhanced areas. However, these necrotic areas should be included as being tumor when we adopt the pure anatomical criteria such as RECIST and this can distort the results of the response evaluation. For overcoming this problem, some new criteria were introduced and their principle is the measurement of enhancing portion of the tumor only. However, these new criteria still have limitations and functional imaging is thought to be the future problem-solving tool for the evaluation of response for molecular targeted agents.

간세포암의 병기체계

Staging systems of HCC are very complex and disunited because multiple variables, including residual liver function, performance of patients and treatment modalities, can have influence on the survival of the patients and therefore, there is no united and generalized staging system of HCC. Staging systems of HCC can be classified as two categories; Anatomical staging systems and clinical staging systems. In anatomical staging systems, tumor factors are main elements that determine the stage of the patients and LCSGJ systems and AJCC/UICC systems are included in this category. Practice guideline and General rules of HCC by the Korean Liver Cancer Study Group adopted LCSGJ system. In clinical staging systems, not only tumor factors but also clinical factors such as liver function, performance of the patients and treatment modalities are considered to determine the stage of the patients. The BCLC system is the only system that provides treatment recommendations for each of the assigned stages based on the best treatment options currently available. Criteria for liver transplantation are on the way of expansion because of the widespread of living donor liver transplantation and several researchers presented various expanded criteria over Milan`s criteria with comparable survival data to those of Milan`s criteria. Upcoming researches of molecular biology and imaging can help the establishment of more precise and united staging systems for the patients with HCC.

랠프의 무장소성 개념으로 바라 본 한국프로야구경기장

본 연구는 급격히 줄어들고 있는 프로야구의 관심의 원인을 분석하기 위해 랠프의 무장소성 개념을 한국사회 프로야구장에 적용하여 비판적 관점에서 분석한 연구이다. 이를 알아보기 위해 프로야구 팬 8명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 수집된 결과는 다음과 같다. 랠프가 제시하는 무장소성 개념 중 국내 프로야구장에 적용할 수 있는 요소는 매스커뮤니케이션, 타자 지향 장소, 중앙권력, 경제체제가 있었으며 이들 요소를 활용해 분석한 결과물의 핵심은 획일성이다. 즉, 국내 프로야구팀들이 공통적으로 미국프로야구장을 모방하여 지은 경기장, 해외구단 마케팅 기법을 그대로 들여와 국내에 적용함으로써 잠깐 프로야구에 대한 관심도가 높아지긴 했다. 그러나 이는 각 구단만의 개성을 잃게 만들었으며 결국 모든 구단 운영이 획일화 되었다는 의미다. 또한, 더 이상 팬은 소비자일 뿐 그 이상도 이하도 아니었으며 잠깐의 정량적 팬증가와 수익의 증가에 취한 프로야구단에 팬들은 더 이상 관심을 보이지 않는 것이다. 이는 야구장을 과거와 달리 진정성이 없는 무장소적 공간으로 변모시켰으며, 단지 야구장을 상업적 공간에 불과하게 만든 것이다. 따라서 향후 구단은 획일적 운영에서 벗어나 각 지역, 각 구단별 개성을 갖춘 운영이 필요하며, 이러한 노력들이 경기장에서 발현됨으로써 진정성 있는 공간으로 경기장의 개념이 변화될 필요가 있다. This study was aimed at analyzing the rapidly decreasing interest in professional baseball. Accordingly, this study applied the concept of Edward Relph's Placelessness to the professional baseball stadium in Korean society and analyzed it from a critical perspective. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 professional baseball fans. The following are the findings collected in this study. The elements of Edward Relph's Placelessness applicable to domestic professional baseball stadiums are mass communication, other-oriented place, central power, and management system, and uniformity is the key of the findings analyzed through these elements. Domestic professional baseball teams commonly imitated the professional baseball stadiums in the United States and the marketing techniques of overseas clubs and applied it in South Korea. As a result, the interest in professional baseball increased for a short time. However, this deprived the unique traits of each club and eventually standardized the operation of all the clubs. In addition, the fans are nothing less or more than consumers, so fans are no longer interested since the professional baseball teams are only focused on the momentary increase of fans and profit. This transformed baseball stadiums into an insincere placelessness space that is commercial. Accordingly, the club has to evade the standardized operations and operate with the unique traits of each club. These efforts should be manifested in the stadium to transform the concept of the stadiums into sincere spaces.

스포츠 서비스 조직 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 종업원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향 -조직몰입과 서비스 품질의 매개효과 중심으로-

The purpose of study is to suggest the importances of transformational leadership of sports service leader. Recent day, a person who live in our society is spending there time for sports or leisure often. So sports industry align this trend to communicate with customer and survive in industry. To adopt and make sustainable organization, there are needs to be more efficient and effectiveness. The transformational leadership can motivate employee to have organizational commitment and service quality that can increase organization s efficient and effectiveness. So researcher focus on casual relationship among transformational leadership, organizational commitment and service quality by using empirical method. For empirical study, the data was gathered from 280 people in Seoul, Gyungki-do. Result of empirical study show us leader s transformational leadership has positive effect on organizational commitment, service quality and job performance. And organizational commitment and service quality has intermediate effect between empowerment and job performance. In last, researcher insistence base on empirical study, transformational leadership can effect on performance by motivation and change management. 본 연구는 산업의 발달로 인해 늘어난 현대인의 여가 활동에 의해 발전하게 된 스포츠 산업에서 고객과 상호작용 하게 되는 종업원의 직무성과를 설명하기 위해 조직 내 리더의 역할을 수행하고 있는 직원의 변혁적 리더십을 선행요인으로 선정하고 조직몰입과 서비스 품질의 매개효과를 실증 적으로 분석하여 보았다. 측정을 위한 문항 구성을 위해 선행연구를 탐색하여 19개의 문항을 도출 하고 설문의 대상으로서 문화체육관광부에서 스포츠 서비스업으로 분류된 스포츠 교육기관을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 회수된 280부의 설문을 통해 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 경로분석을 실시하여 가설 검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과 모든 가설이 지지되었으며 종업원의 직무성과에 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었으며 조직몰입과 서비스 품질은 부분 매개 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 토대로 하여 경영적 시사점을 결론에 제시하였으며 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 기술하였다.

CCl₄ 로 독성유발시킨 초대배양 간세포를 이용하여 간세포 보호효과를 나타내는 생약류의 검색

We studied to screen medicinal plants having hepatoprotective activity with the primary cultured rat hepatocytes intoxicated with carbon tetrachloride cyto toxicity. The lowest concentration and treatment time of carbon tetrachloride giving the greatest intoxication to the primary cultured hepatocytes were observed in l0mM and 60 minutes, respectively. GTP and GOT activity of culture broth of the primary cultured rat hepatocytes intoxicated by CCl₄ cytotoxicity at this condition were increased 135.9% and 178.3% compared with that of the primaries cultured hepatocytes not treated with CCl₄, respectively. This increased GPT activity was inhibited by glycyrrizin, which was known to have hepatoprotective activity, and the inhibition activity was dependent on the concentration of glycyrrhizin. Forty species among the extracts obtained from 117 species of medicinal plants were shown to have the hepatoprotective activity. Among these 40 species, Pruuus persica, Scutellaria baicalensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Tribulus terrestris, Caragana chamlagu, Acanthopanax sessiliflorum and Achyranthes japonica were indicated a lower GPT activity than that of Glycyrrhiza uralensis containing glycyrrhizin and GPT activity of these were indicated 75.5%, 70.0%, 59.0%, 77.5%, 60.0%, 75.0% and 79.0%, respectively.

한국여자프로골프투어(KLPGA Tour)의 서비스품질 요인이 재방문 의사에 미치는 영향 분석 연구

본 연구는 스포츠 이벤트가 지역경제 활성화에 기여를 하는 가운데, KLPGA투어를 통해 스포츠 이벤트가 가지고 있는 경제적 효과를 발전시키고 나아가 이벤트 자체가 소속되어 있는 산업의 동반 성장을 위하여 필요한 요인에 대해 분석하여 보았다. KLPGA투어를 활성화를 위해서는 투어 참여 선수뿐 아니라 관심을 가지고 참관하게 되는 갤러리의 만족도가 중요한데, 이는 KLPGA투어 자체에 대한 관심과 더불어 지역, 골프장, 투어 재방문 의사에 영향을 주기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 갤러리 만족도의 선행요인으로 선정된 스포츠 이벤트 서비스 품질 요인과 갤러리 만족도, 재방문 의사에 대한 구조 모형을 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 분석하여 경영적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 총 534개의 설문이 실증분석을 위해 사용되어 졌다. 연구결과 서비스 품질 요인으로 조사된 투어시설, 진행요원, 투어진행은 갤러리 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었으며, 안내 및 접근성은 유의미한 영향을 주고 있지 않았다. 또한 갤러리 만족도는 지역 재방문, 골프장 재방문, 투어 재방문에 긍정적인 영향을, 위 3가지 재방문 의도는 타인에게 투어를 추천하는 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 이와 같이 실증분석을 통해 나타난 연구결과를 토대로 투어 운영의 측면에서 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. In this study, focused on analysis of influence of KLPGA Tour gallery satisfaction factors on willingness to revisit. The empirical analysis using a statistical methodology is conducted to diagnose the adhesion to regions and improvements of service quality, in order to develop the KLPGA Tour with economic values. The findings show the relationship of service quality factor-gallery` satisfaction-intention to revisit-intention to recommend. In the process of empirical analysis, reliability and exploratory, confirmative factor, path, hierarchical cluster, t-test and multi-regression analysis and mean difference test are used, and 534 samples of data are collected and used in the analysis. The results of empirical study that there are differences in service quality factors between one group with high satisfaction and the other group with low satisfaction. The entire results of path analysis show that guidance and access do not have significant effects on gallery` satisfaction, probably because of dual structure: all factors such as Tour facilities, organizers, Tour progression, guidance and access have significantly positive effects on the group with high satisfaction, while only Tour facilities have significantly positive effects on the other group with low satisfaction. It is determined that this should be importantly deal with, in order to enhance their satisfaction and intention to revisit and recommend. Moreover, from the path analysis, it is found that there are effects of co-prosperity among regions, golf course and Tour. The KLPGA Tour has been held while making Tour across golf course that meet certain requirements. In the process, gallery usually visit golf course including round that they have never experienced, or necessarily visit some regions to which they have never went. This results in increase of influx of outsiders who do not reside in the regions, which is favorable for local Tourism. From the empirical analysis, it is also found that the gallery who are satisfied with the KLPGA Tour are willing to revisit the regions. Thus, the KLPGA Tour is can be determined to have positive effects on related industries and also contribute to local effects such as local tourism and publicity. In conclusion, the KLPGA Tour have positive effects on regions, golf course and gallery, which is supported by various results of the empirical analysis.

위성 클러스터의 궤도 의존적 통신 성능 분석
