        Walker와 Avant 방법에 근거한 여성의 성 주체성 개념분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of female sexual subjectivity. Methods: Walker and Avant's concept analysis process was used to analyze 27 studies from the current literature that relates to female sexual subjectivity. A systematic literature review of women's study in sociology, psychology, theology, law, health science, and nursing was reviewed. Results: The defining attributes of female sexual subjectivity were sexual self-awareness, sexual decision making, sexual desire, and good sexual communication with partner. The antecedents of female sexual subjectivity were social environment, sexual education, sexual experience, and interpersonal relationship. The consequences of female sexual subjectivity were safe sex, prevention of sexual victimization, and sexual satisfaction. Conclusion: Female sexual subjectivity is defined as sexual self-awareness, sexual decision making, sexual desire to seek sexual pleasure and safety, and effective communication with partner in terms of sexual behavior, sexual experience and sexual health. Based on these results, a scale measuring female sexual subjectivity is needed.

        This study used the quantitative method by Hedonic Price Model and the qualitative method by AHP in analyzing the importance levels of residential environmental factors, and compared the results. This enabled the importance analysis and economical valuation of residential environmental factors more concretely. The quantitative method is the analysis of the residents at the present point, and the qualitative method is the analysis of the residents at the future point. Therefore, the result of these two methods has more practical meanings as it can be flowed back to a housing complex plan.

        페루 일개 정글지역 학교 비만관리 현황 및 개선방안

        Purpose: This study presents the current state of school based obesity management of youth in jungle regions of Peru and its implications for strategic development. Originality: The number of youth obesity has been rapidly increased around the world. School-based health management is effective to control youth obesity. Methodology: Data was collected through observation, in-depth interview of students, teachers, and health workers, and expert consultation. State and strategies regarding school-based obesity management was presented by five school health components. Result: This study identified the problems of school-based obesity management such as insufficient evaluation of school health policy, absence of obesity management programs, unsystematic health education, unsanitary and unsafe environment, and lack of parents participation. To overcome these obstaclesand strategically expand school based obesity management, strategies were suggested. Conclusion and Implication: Not only each component of school health intervention, but also integrated intervention should be considered to implement school based obesity management. Schools need their own strategy to manage and prevent obesity for youth.

        공동주택 가격요인의 특성에 관한 연구

        Under the premise that the housing market is not fixed, but changes organically according to social and systematic environment, it has important meaning as the object of this study to identify the recent housing market's movement by deducing the changed characteristics of the factors to compose the recent new houses. By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

        공동주택가격에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요소의 중요도 평가에 관한 연구

        The structure of today's housing market focuses on how to fulfill not only the physical characteristics of living environment, but also the social and economic desires. As one of the goods provided to consumers in the housing market, the price of house can be the barometer of resident's satisfaction. By evaluating the economic values of factors in housing environment, this paper aims to deduce the factors which are recognized and evaluated as important by consumers, and to capture the importance of each factor. There are four steps involved as analysis method: 1. Analyze the correlation between the factor composing living environments and the housing price. 2. Segment the housing market in Seoul by the price, and compare and analyze the differences between sub-markets. 3. By using Hedonic Price Model, deduce the economic importance of each factor in each sub-market. 4. Capture the recent trend of housing environment factors for the sub-markets segmented by the time of completion. In conclusion, there are critical differences of living environment factors between sub-markets in Seoul housing market, and the factors affecting the price appears differently between groups. The proportion of the environmental factors to the physical factors, composing the comfortable living environment, is increasing in recent housing complexes.

        간호대학생을 위한 가상 시뮬레이션 기반 협동학습 프로그램 운영

        Background: Online platform-based nursing practicum education has increased since the Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) out- break. Virtual simulation-based learning helps enable students’ self-directed and repetitive learning. However, most virtual simulation-based learning focuses on clinical practicum, despite the need to apply biological nursing education. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of a clinical pharmacology course applying virtual simulation-based learning needs, learning competency, clinical reasoning ability, and self-regulated learning ability among nursing students. Methods: A one-group pre-and post-test design was used in this study. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2021, and 35 nursing students participated in this study. A collaborative learning program based on a cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) model using virtual simulation-based learning was applied to a clinical pharmacology course. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests with SPSS 25.0. Results: The findings indicated that virtual simulation-based learning needs (t=-4.40, p<.001), learning competency (t=-5.21, p<.001), clinical reasoning ability (t=-6.15, p<.001), and self-regulated learning ability (t=-2.79, p=.008) significantly increased after participating in the program. Conclusion: It was found that applying virtual simulation-based learning in a clinical pharmacology course affects students’ learning needs, learning competency, clinical reasoning ability, and self-regulated learning ability. Therefore, it is suggested that more virtual simulation-based learning (programs) be conducted in nursing education.

        세월호 이후 학교와 교사의 역할 : 학교 재난안전 체계에 대한 제도적 문화기술지

        이 연구는 2014년 세월호 참사 이후 학교 재난안전 체계의 조직화 과정을 제도적 문화 기술지 방법론으로 분석하고 대안적인 교사의 역할을 모색한다. 세월호 참사 이후 증 가된 안전 담론과 자성의 목소리에도 불구하고, 이 연구의 결과는 위계화되고 관료화된 방식으로 구축된 학교 안전교육 및 재난 안전체계가 되레 교사의 주체성과 자율성을 위축시키는 방향으로 진행되는 역설적 국면을 드러내 보여준다. 이로부터 우리는 현재 학교 구조의 문제점을 인지하고 성찰적으로 실행하는 교육과정 ‘이론가로서의 교사’와 ‘조정자로서의 교사’의 역할을 비판적 교육학의 관점에서 재구성하였다. 이윤이나 전문 성의 틀을 넘어 학생을 중심으로 총체적인 구조의 변화를 이끄는 ‘유기적 지식인’으로서의 교사의 상(像)은 교사의 주체적이고 적극적인 역할 모색을 통해서 실현될 수 있다.
