Rockey slopes adjacent to railways are disclosed from severe weathering and hazard of failure of themselves. Consequently it causes directly rockfall or landsliding on the railway. Conventional solutions-rigid system-like rock sheds, shotcrete, retaining walls, etc to these causes are limited to protect train, rail, our properties and lives from the harmful attack - rockfall, debris flow and sliding. Flexible concept for solutions with passive and active type method based on Euro Code 7 capable of high energy absorption and light materials are rapidly replacing the rigid systems with natural friendly, early installation, cost and time saving and reducing danger in works all over the world.

본 논문은 인간의 보조 역할을 하기 위해 자율적인 명령을 내리고 사용자가 직접 제어할 수 있는 지능형 주행 판단 시스템(Judgment System for Intelligent Movement; JSIM)에 대한 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 제어 대상은 이동 로봇으로 한정 한다. 이동 로봇은 지능형 주행 판단 모듈을 휴대한 사용자에게 영상정보와 초음파 센서 정보를 제공하고 가이드 역할을 수행한다. 그리고 PDA와 센서박스로 구성된 지능형 주행 판단 시스템은 이동로봇으로부터 얻은 정보와 사용자 명령을 입력으로 사용하는 소프트 컴퓨팅 기법을 이용하여 이동로봇의 속도와 방향을 결정하고 다양한 기능을 수행하도록 로봇을 원격으로 제어한다. 본 논문에서는 몸에 착용하고 주변장치들과 통신을 하며 지능적 판단을 할 수 있는 지능형 주행 판단 시스템을 구성하고 실제 환경에서 지능적 판단 알고리즘 적용과 이동로봇을 제어하는 시스템을 구현하여 제안한 시스템의 실현 가능성을 검증한다. 지능 알고리즘은 계층적 퍼지 구조와 신경망을 융합한 구조이다. This research is to introduce about Judgment System for Intelligent Movement(JSIM) that can perform assistance work of human brain. JSIM can order autonomous command and also it can be directly controlled by user. This research assumes that control object is limited to Mobile Robot(MR). Mobile robot offers image and ultrasonic sensor information to user carrying JSIM and it performs guide to user. JSIM having PDA and Sensor-box controls velocity and direction of the mobile robot by soft-computing method that inputs user's command and information that is obtained to mobile robot. Also it controls mobile robot to achieve various movement. This paper introduces wearable JSIM that communicates with around devices and that can do intelligent judgment. To verify the possibility of the proposed system, in real environment, the simulation of control and application problem for mobile robot will be introduced. Intelligent algorithm in the proposed system is generated by mixed hierarchical fuzzy and neural network.

This study was performed to determine the status of native herbaceous plants in selling online that the public can easily access to purchase the plants, as a basis research for popularizing the garden culture. Results in June 2015, companies that sell native plants online were 130points (built its own blog or homepage were 50points, and 80 points were companies registered in two places aggregator). The public was able to purchase 75families 468genera and 248species of native herbaceous plants online including 31families 66genera 87species of endangered species of rare plants (CR), endangered species (EN), and Vulnerable species (VU), and 10families 13genera 14species of naturalized plants. This study surveyed the extent and accuracy of the information that plant’s dealers provide to purchasers since the online distribution of plants is based on the information given to purchasers who have not seen the actual dealers. As a Result, 74% plant’s dealers were selling cultivar and foreign species in wildflower category, and 60% plant’s dealers recognized herbaceous plants with wildflowers. Also, it is expected that the detailed classification categories of wildflowers listed without a rank will give buyers confusion and inconvenience. More than 50% of the plant’s dealers were providing only literature information of plants such as visual characteristics and use properties, but it is also required for dealers to give practical information such as how to plant and manage plants. Furthermore dealers need to provide accurate information in fact that 74% of companies showed an error in naming of plants in their information sections. In order to activate distribution of native plants online based on this study which investigating the current situation of native herbaceous plants in selling online, there are things to consider as follow. First, the construction of portal site specialized in the Native Plants is needed for small quantity batch production of small companies. Second, it is required for relevant authorities to improve existing law or legislate for conservation and distribution of rare plants sold indiscriminately. Third, precise definitions, names and a detailed classification for native plants should be systematically placed so that the public can easily get useful information.

In the July of 2006, devastating rainfalls ravaged the terrain in the province of Kangwon. These rainfalls resulted in debris flows, landslide and overflow over the habitat. Following these events, the urgent field study and countermeasures were to be needed and several methods were indicated. At each site, field observations were made and the properties of the channel and debris flow were broadly characterized. Debris flows are a natural hazard which looks like a combination of flood, land and rock slide. The same goes for that case, debris flow has been reported frequently overseas and the extent of damages has been increased. But the hazards "debris flow" is still insufficiently researched and futhermore debris flows are very hard to predict. In this paper, the general overview of the debris flow problem and the mitigation method will be presented.

The hazard "debris flow" is still insufficiently researched Furthermore debris flows are very hard to predict. In this paper, a general over view of the debris flow problems along the highway, a generic way for the design and dimensioning of flexible barrier systems will be presented. A brief description of the various unique barrier types will be provided, too. The future for these barrier concepts looks promising because these barriers represent the state of art for such applications and are superior to many other available options.

The hazard "debris flow" is still insufficiently researched. Furthermore debris flows are very hard to predict. Flexible Ring net barriers are multi-functional mitigation devices commonly applied to rock fall or floating wood protection in floods, snow avalanches and also mud flows or granular debris flows, if properly dimensioned for the process or processes for which they are intended. Overtopping of the barriers by debris flows and sediment transport is possible, supporting the design concept that a series of barriers may be used to stop volumes of debris larger than are possible using only one barrier. The future for these barrier concepts looks promising because these barriers represent the state of art for such applications and are superior to many other available options.
정원 문화 확산을 위한 국립수목원 ‘정원놀이터’의 시설 및 프로그램 만족도 조사

본 연구는 국립수목원 내 어린이정원에 정원문화 확산을 위해 조성된 ‘정원놀이터’의 시설 및 프로그램 만족도를 성인 57명을 대상으로 조사하여 앞으로의 어린이정원 기능 증진을 위한 개선 방안을 찾고자 수행하였다. 정원놀이터 만족도 개선을 위한 시사점은 첫째, 관람객은 정원놀이터에서 휴식하기보다는 실제적으로 체험하는 공간으로 이용하므로, 실제적으로 체험할 수 있는 정원 도구들이나 재료의 양을 보충하여 만족도를 높여야 하며, 둘째, 교육 공간으로서 정원놀이터를 활용하기 위해서는 정원도구함 터널과 같이 생활 속에서 이용할 수 있는 정보를 주는 공간의 확대가 더 필요하다. 셋째, 식재 요구도 조사 결과, 정원놀이터에 열매를 먹을 수 있는 과일 식물이나 꽃이 예쁜 식물, 향이 좋은 식물을 충분히 식재하여 정원놀이터의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 식재 계획이 필요할 것으로 시사된다. 이러한 시사점을 바탕으로 정원놀이터를 개선해 나간다면 정원놀이터에서의 환경 교육 효과를 극대화하여 공·사립 식물원과 수목원의 모범이 될 수 있다고 판단되며, 이를 위한 테마 개발을 위해 지속적인 연구와 노력이 요구된다. This study was conducted to survey the satisfaction with the facilities and programs of a playground created to promote gardening culture by conducting a survey of 57 adults at Childrens Garden within Korea National Arboretum and seek ways to improve the functions of Childrens Garden for the future. The implications of improving the functions of Childrens Garden are as follows. First, visitors satisfaction should be improved by installing more substantial tools and materials to the playground as they prefer to use it as an experience space rather than rest area. Second, to utilize the playground as a space for education, it is required to install more spaces, such as a garden tool box tunnel, which provides information that may be made available in their daily lives. Third, as the results of the survey on food materials suggest, it is necessary to make food material plans by preparing more food materials, such as plants bearing edible fruits or pretty blossoming flowers and aromatic food materials. Results showed that garden the playground will be a model for other botanical gardens by maximizing the effect of environmental education based on the findings, and further studies about the development of a theme based on the garden playground would be required.
