        비소화합물에 의한 A549 폐암세포의 증식억제에 관한 연구

        Recently, arsenic compounds were considered as novel agents for treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia and malignant tumors. However, it showed severe toxicity effect on normal tissue at the same time. In this study, to investigate the possible molecular mechanism (s) of arsenic compounds as candidate of anti-cancer drugs, we compared the abilities of two arsenic compounds, tetraarsenic oxide $(AS_4O_6)$ and arsenic trioxide (diarsenic oxide, $As_2O_3$), to induce cell growth inhibition as well as apoptosis induction in A549 human non-small cell lung cancer cells. Both $As_4O_6\;and\;As_2O_3$ treatment declined the cell growth and viability of A549 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, which was associated with induction of G1 arrest of the cell cycle and apoptotic cell death. However, $As_4O_6$ induced growth inhibition and apoptosis in A549 cells at much lower concentrations than $As_2O_3.\;As_4O_6$ down-regulated the levels of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein, however, the levels of Bax, a pro-apoptotic protein, were up-regulated in a dose-dependent manner. In conclusion, $As_4O_6$ might be a new arsenic compound which may induce apoptosis in A549 cells by modulation the Bcl-2 family and deserves further evaluation.

        무인항공기 자동착륙을 위한 활강궤적 추종 알고리듬 성능분석

        Automatic landing of UAVs receives increasing interest these days, with increasing number of the developed UAV systems. In this paper, a glidepath tracking algorithm of the subscale UAV was proposed and the performance was analyzed. Flight data analysis shows that the existing autolanding flight control algorithm has a classical type glidepath control. This paper presents an alternative glidepath tracking strategy based on embedded flight control law. The performance of the proposed strategy was investigated through the TDP(Touch Down Point) error analysis with regard to various flight environment: steady headwind, atmospheric disturbance, communication transfer delay. It was verified that the proposed glidepath tracking strategy can be successfully applied to the practical autolanding of UAV systems.

        「겨울왕국2」의 콜라보레이션 패션제품에 대한 소비자 리뷰 - 의미 네트워크와 감성분석 -

        This study aimed to analyze the performance of Disney-collaborated fashion lines based on online consumer reviews. To do so, the researchers employed text mining and network analysis to identify key words in the reviews of these products. Blogs, internet cafes, and web documents provided by Naver, Daum, and YoutTube were selected as subjects for the analysis. The analysis period was limited to one year after for the 2019. Data collection and analysis were conducted using Python 3.7, Textom, and NodeXL. The research terms in question were as follows: 'Disney fashion collaboration' and 'Frozen fashion collaboration'. Preliminary survey results indicated that 'Elsa's dress' was the most frequently mentioned term and that the domestic fashion brand Eland Retail was the most active in selling Disney branded clothing through its own brand. The writers of reviews for Disney-collaborated fashion products were primarily mothers with daughters. Their decision to purchase these products was based upon the following factors; price, size, stability of decoration, shipping, laundry, and retailer. The motives for purchasing the product were the positive response of the consumer's child and the satisfaction of the parents due to the child's response. The problems to be solved included insufficient quantity of supply, delay in delivery, expensive price considering the number of times children's clothes are worn, poor glitter decoration, faded color, contamination from laundry, and undesirable smells immediately after the purchase.

        Drosophila melanogaster 에 미치는 제초제의 생리변이적 영향에 관한 연구

        Glyphosate (isopropylamine salt of N-(phosphono methyl)) and glufosinate ammonium (ammonium 4-[hydroxy(methyl) phosphinoyl]), the herbicides, were fed to Drosophila melanogaster in order to compare their physiological toxic and mutagenic effects. These herbicides were highly toxic on the development of D. melanogaster, resulting in lowering the viabilities from larvae to adults and prolongation of the developmental times, and glufosinate ammonium was slightly more toxic than glyphosate. As to the sex ratio of adult flies fed these herbicides during the development, there was no differences between the control and the treated groups. We also tested the somatic cell mutageneic potencies of these herbicies using a Drosophila wing hairs spot test system (mwh/flr system). The frequencies of small single mwh spots due to terminal deletion or gene mutation on chromosome 3 in the transheterozygouse (mwh +/ + flr) larvae treated with these herbicies were 3∼4 times higher than those of the control group. These results seem to suggest that glyphosate and glufosinate ammonium may exert their mutagenic properties.

        Drosophila melanogaster 에 미치는 Kojic acid 의 독성에 관한 연구

        The present experiment was carried out to detect the basic toxic effect of kojic acid (5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-γ-pyrone), a fungal metabolite produced by some species of Aspergillus and Penicillium, in Drosophila melanogaster. Kojic add was highly toxic on the developmental and adult stages, resulting in prolongation of the developmental time and lowering of the viability from larvae to adult, and high mortality of adults as dose increased. The LC_50 value at 72 hr i.e., the concentration at which 50% of treated flies died within 72hr, was about 4.8㎎/㎖. As to the sex ratio of flies fed kojic acid during the development, there was no differences between the control and the treated groups. And, kojic acid gave no a significant mutagenic effect on the induction of the sex-linked lethal mutagenesis by the attached-X method used in this study.

        There are thyroid lymphoma and thyroid papillary cancer in thyroid disease which can happen being associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Thyroid lymphoma is a rare disease consisting of less than 1% of lymphoma and of 5% of thyroid cancer. It occurs with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in 75%, and the cause is the immune reaction in which autoantibodies originated from thyroid are exposed B-cell continually. Also, the incidence of thyroid cancer, especially thyroid papillary cancer, increases in Hashimoto's thyroiditis. The reason is that the genetic change-RET/PTC mutation- of Hashimoto's thyroiditis is specific to thyroid papillary cancer than to other cancer. Patients usually complain neck nodule or sudden neck mass growing, hoarseness and respiratory difficulty. FNA, USG, Neck CT, MRI, and RI scan can be used for diagnosis. We can choose radiation, operation, and chemotherapy in single form or combined form according to the stage and the location of disease. If a patient who has neck mass, the pathologic finding of it is similar to that of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and it is resistant to thyroid hormonal therapy, we should consider that it can be thyroid lymphoma or thyroid papillary cancer associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. We report a case of thyroid MALT lymphoma combined with occult papillary cancer which was resistant to thyroid hormonal therapy and which was successfully treated by operation and radiation therapy.         Drosophila melanogaster 에 미치는 DDVP 의 생리변이적 영향에 관한 연구

        DDVP(dichlorvos, 2, 2-dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate), the organophoso phorus pesticide, was fed to the Drosophila melanogaster complex in order to investigate its toxic capacity at development of D. melanogaster larvae and four species adults of the D. melanogaster complex(D. mauritiana, D. simulans, D. mauritiana, and D. sechellia). And the potency of DDVP for the induction of the X-linked lethal and somatic chromosomal mutations of D. melanogaster was studied. For these purposes, an attached-X method for germinal cell level and a wing hairs spot test system(mwh/flr system) for somatic cell level were appllied. DDVP was highly toxic on the development of D. melanogaster, resulting in of lowering the viability and in prolongation of the developmental time. The order of mortality causing adult stage feeding to DDVP in the D. melanogaster complex was like this; D. simulans, D. mauritiana, D. sechellia and D. melanogaster. The effect on the sex-linked lethal mutagenesis using an attached-X method was found to be negative. But the frequency of small single mwh spots due to terminal deletion or gene mutation on chromosome 3 in the transheterozygouse(mwh +/+ flr) larvae treated with DDVP were slightly higher than the control group.

        디미트리스 파파이오아누 작품에 나타난 그로테스크 이미지 연구

        서양 예술에서 이성적이고 고전적인 순정미(純精美)에 반발하기 위한 돌파구의 일종으로 종종 등장하였던 그로테스크(Grotesque)는 현대 예술에서 자주 목격된다. 그리고 그로테스크는 추(醜)라는 개념과 더불어 문화, 예술 그리고 사회 전반적인 층위에서 무한히 확장된 형태로 나타난다. 특히 신체의 탈형식화와 탈정형화를 통한 변용된 신체 이미지는 정형화된 미를 탈피하고자하는 강력한 거부로 해석된다. 본 연구는 디미트리스 파파이오아누의 작품에 나타난 신체의 변형과 왜곡, 그리고 결합을 통해 재생산된 신체가 그로테스크 범주 안에서 어떻게 해석될 수 있는지에 주된 목적을 가진다. 이를 위해 작품 해석의 근거가 되는 그로테스크 담론과 현대적 의미를 살펴보고, 그의 작품에 적용함으로써 현재 무용계에서 활발하게 논의되고 있는 분열되고 확장되는 신체가 그로테스크와 어떻게 상호 관계를 갖는지 규명한다. 신체의 왜곡과 변형이 주요한 작동 요소로 나타난 <Nowhere(2009)>, <Primal matter(2012)>, <Still life(2014)>, <The great tamer(2017)>를 분석 대상으로 선정하고 그로테스크의 주된 속성인 익숙함과 낯섦, 삶과 죽음, 미(美)와 추, 혐오와 매혹 등 서로 양립된 의미를 충돌시키는 것에 중점을 두고 고찰한다. 이를 근거로 컨템포러리 무용에서 신체 부위의 해체와 임의적인 결합을 통해 재구성된 신체가 비현실적인 허구의 세계를 표현하는 것이 아닌 은폐된 것들을 드러내고, 기존의 미적 시각을 재고하게 할 뿐만 아니라 경계를 넘어서는 새로운 가능성을 모색하고 있음을 확인하고자 한다. Grotesque, which has often emerged as a breakthrough in Western art to protest rational and classical pure beauty, is often seen in modern art. Grotesque, along with the concept of pendulum, appears in infinitely expanded forms across cultures, arts, and society. In particular, transformed body images through deformatization and deformatization of the body are interpreted as strong rejections that seek to break away from formalized beauty. The main purpose of this study is how the body reproduced through body deformation, distortion, and bonding in Dimitris Papaioannou's work can be interpreted within the grotesque category. To this end, he examines the Grotesque discourse and modern meaning underlying the interpretation of the work and identifies how the fragmented and expanding body, which is currently actively discussed in the dance world, has an interaction with Grotesque. It selects <Nowhere(2009)>, <Primal matter(2012)>, <Still life(2014)>, and <The great tamer(2017)>, which are the main attributes of the grotesque, focus on conflicting familiarity, life, hatred, and beauty. Based on this, we would like to confirm that in contemporary dance, the reconstructed body reveals concealed things rather than expressing an unrealistic fictional world, and seeks new possibilities beyond boundaries as well as reconsider existing aesthetic views.

        허베이 스피리트호 유류 유출사고에 대한 Trauma Signature (TSIG) 분석

        목적: 이 연구는 2007년 충남 태안군에서 발생한 허베이 스피리트호의 유류 유출사고에 대한 신체적, 심리적, 정신 건강영향에 대한 trauma signature (TSIG) 분석을 시도한 사례 연구이다. 대상 및 방법: TSIG 분석은 유류유출 사고와 관련된 위해 노출의 신체적, 심리적 결과를 검정하는 방법론으로 태안지역 인구에 대하여 노출된 위해 프로필(hazard profile), 노출 스트레스 마트릭스(matrix of exposure stressors), "trauma signature" 요약 등을 분석한 것으로 위해요인, 손실, 변화 요인 등에 대하여 인위적 재난에 대한 분석을 저자들이 구조화된 틀을 활용하여 분석을 시도한 사례이다. 결과: 허베이 스프리트호 유류 유출사고의 특징(signature)은 다원, 다면적이고 한국에서 역사적으로 가장 큰 해양오염 사고로 태안 지역사회 및 인접한 지역에 영향을 준 것으로 요약된다. TSIG 분석결과는 주요한 근거에 따른 신체적, 심리적, 정신적 요인에 대한 영향을 나타내었는데 이는 노출의 정도(exposure severity)에 따른 위해도, 손실, 변화의 범주에 따른 결과였다. 노출의 정도는 낮음(low)에서부터 극심(extreme)까지 그 범위가 다양하였으나 위험요인의 순위는 대부분 낮음에서 중등도(moderate)의 중증도를 보였다. 결론: 허베이 스프리트호 유류 유출사고에 대한 TSIG 분석 사례연구는 재난 상황 등에서의 TSIG 분석방법론의 적용가능성을 경험하였다. This TSIG analysis regarding national actions for marine oil spills could be indicated and suggested improvements in the response system could be made based on the present study.

        Drosophila 수종의 성즐변이에 관한 형태적 비교 연구

        Drosophila 의 수컷 앞다리 부절에 존재하는 성즐의 유무는 Sophophora subgens와 Drsophila sub-genus의 분류기준이 되며, 전자의 경우는 종 특이적인 성즐을 가지나 후자에는 일반적으로 존재하지 않는다. 수종 Drosophila 의 성즐에 관하여 비교 조사한 결과 Sophophora subgens내의 D. melanoga-ster subgroup의 경우는 모두 제 1부절에만 존재하였다. 그중 D. melanogaster complex의 D. mauti-tiana 가 약 12.75개, D. simulans는 평균 8.35정도였으며, D. yakuba complex는 D. melanogaster complex에 비하여 다소 적었다. D. melanogaster complex의 종간 교배에 의한 분석으로는 성즐유전양시겡 대한 뚜렷한 방향성을 제시할 수 없었다. Sophophora subgemus의 D. melanogaster species group에 속하는 다른 3종의 경우(D. auralia, D. lutecens 및 D. suzuki)는 성즐의 분포 양식에서 D. immigrans 및 D. virilis)에서는 성즐이 존재하지 않았다. Sex combs which lack in females are characteristic of some members of the subgenus Sophophora When present, they can be van/ from a single blistle to very extensive structures, but the meianogaster subgroup of the subgenus Sophophora have only on the f~rst tarsal segments of the fore legs. D mauritiona among the melanogaster compler of the melar~ogaster subgroup have significantly more sex comb teeth (mean 12.75) than other specie& and the yakubo complex (range of the mean 6.84-758) have less than the melanogaster complex (range of the mean 835-12.75). In sex comb tooth number of interspecd~ch ybrids among the melonogoster complex, there appeared difference u;ith parental species Thus, analysis of male sex comb tooth in FI hybrid could not exhibit the direction of hereditan/ nature. On the other hand, D auraria (the montium subgroup), D suzuki (the suzuki subgroup) and D, lutecens (the takohashii subgroup) of the melanogaster species have two sex combs on the first and second tarsal segments, and the mean number were different according to the species.
