      • 빗줄기 방향과 강도를 고려한 심층 합성곱 신경망 기반의 빗줄기 제거 기법

        최근 인공지능 기술의 발달로 무인자동차, 무인드론 및 자율운항선박시스템 등이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터 비전 기반의 보행자 검출, 영상분할 같은 기법은 기상 환경에 상당한 영향을 받는다. 특히 비가 내리는 상황에서 영상을 획득할 때 캡처된 영상에서 빗줄기 패턴이 형성되고 이러한 빗줄기 패턴은 컴퓨터 비전 알고리즘에서 사용되는 특징 추출에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 빗줄기의 강도와 방향을 고려한 심층 합성곱 신경망 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 빗줄기 강도와 방향을 구별 짓기 위한 심층 합성곱 신경망과 빗줄기 타입 별 빗줄기 제거를 위한 잔차 네크워크 즉, 두 종류의 서브 네트워크를 학습해서 빗줄기를 제거하고자 한다. 제안한 기법을 적용할 때, 기존의 방법보다 빗줄기 제거와 디테일 보존 성능 측면에서 더 나은 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며 정량적 화질 평가에서도 우위를 달성할 수 있었다. Recently, autonomous cars, autonomous drones, and self-driving ship systems are being developed, thanks to the development of artificial intelligence technologies However, computer vision algorithms such as pedestrian detections and image segmentations, are significantly affected by weather conditions. When capturing images in a rainy day, rain streaks are formed in the captured images, thereby having negative effects on feature extractors used in comaputer vision algorithms. Therefore, this paper proposes the deep convolution neural networks that consider the strength and orientation of rain streaks. More specifically, in this paper, two types of sub-networks are learned for rain streaks removal. One is to detect the strength and orientation of rain streaks and the other is to remove rain streaks via residual networks, which are trained optimally to each type of rain streaks. Experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective in removing rain streaks and preserving details than the conventional methods. Moreover, quantitative image quality assessments also show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to the conventional methods.

        신공예산업분류체계에 의한 국내 공예사업체 기초현황 분석 연구

        Classification system which is defined for craft industry would be preceded, to understanding characteristics and conditions of craft industry. But, there is not standard of classification system authorized by government organ, as of. In the research, I, who carried out 'the new classification system of craft industry' of report that is『Construct for classification system of Korea craft industry』executed as direct investigator and person in charge in 2003, should analyze the basic characteristics & conditions of craft establishments by applying code which is matching KSIC(Korea Statistical Standards Industrial Classification) of KNSO(Korea National Statistical Office). For the first time, the writer classify 'the new classification system of craft industry' as use and material of craft in report that is『Construct for classification system of Korea craft industry』of Korea Craft Promotion Foundation in 2003. Also, The one could prepare foundation analyzing the basic characteristics & conditions of craft establishments by utilizing results for『Census on basic characteristics of establishments』of KNSO by deducing research's result which is matching this and code of KSIC. Now, Korea Craft Promotion foundation have carried out research on the actual characteristics & conditions of Korea craft industry by using 'the new classification system of craft industry' every year. However, the research by it have been not authorized in government organ that is KNSO, research population is not complete enumeration but sample survey because of various problem, so it not has grasped precise scale & characteristics of craft industry. Accordingly, in the research, I analyze such the basic characteristics & conditions of craft establishments as total of craft establishment, number of workers, workers' sex-distinction, situation for kinds of cities and provinces, manufacture & distribution, material, company, types by applying to『Census on basic characteristics of establishments』in detail by classification code that is matching code of KSIC and presume finally to market scale of approximate craft industry by data based on such, as well. While significance is given for the research by using result of 『Census on basic characteristics of establishments』that is authorizing complete enumeration of KNSO as the basic characteristics & conditions of craft establishments is firstly analyzed, code's selection about types of crafts by matching with KSIC and & 'the new classification system of craft industry' by analysis' precondition is considered that censure occur. Consequently, this research could be Korea craft industry is developed rather than there are the right and wrong of survey method. To advance the industry, systematic & continuous statistical task managing change should needed and precisely analyzed for actual condition of craft industry. First of all, standard of government's official classification system should be constructed as quickly as possible and research would be developed so that statistical circumstance is builded, for the purpose of this.

        COX-2 특이적 억제제와 인지기능에 대한 예비 연구

        Objective: New nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) with highly selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibition afford protection against gastropathy, but their acute and long-term effects on the central nervous system are unclear. Our aim was to investigate the influence of COX-2 specific inhibitor (celecoxib) on cognitive function. Methods: Within the context of a randomized controlled parallel trial of NSAIDs for osteoarthitis (OA), we performed a battery of neuropsychological tests in consecutive 10 osteoarthritis patients with celecoxib (200 mg/day) and 13 osteoarthritis patients with diclofenac (100 mg/day) before and after 4 weeks by clinical psychologists who were not involoved in the study and unaware of study protocols and treatment allocation. The tests were performed randomly in sequence in order to minimize learning effect. The examed cognitive domains included memory, reasoning/problem solving, simple and complex attention, visual-spatial processing, and psychomotor speed. Results: Demographic characteristcs (age, sex, disease duration, functional status measured by patient`s and physician`s global assessment and KWOMAC, CES depression score, education level) were not significantly different between both treatment groups. In all cognitive domains, we did not find out significant cognitive decline before and after treatments either with celecoxib or diclofenac. There was no difference in the change of cognitive function between both treatment groups. Conclusion: The short-term use of COX-2 specific inhibitor as well as conventional NSAID may not impair cognitive function. The long-term follow up study using large number of patients is in progress.

        국내 청자 수요조사 및 중장기 마케팅전략 수립 연구

        Although celadon has been sufficient condition as leading art of Korean ceramics and high-price luxury product in overseas auction, it is more insufficient for systematic and practical research of the world luxury product. In particular, it is lack of basic characteristics & conditions of Korean celadon market demand and long-term marketing strategy and implement planning to join its industry for the same of world by integrating traditional technology and superiority of celadon with modern science technology newly. In the 2008 years, meanwhile, this research had started as the consortium of Dankook University and Gangjin-gun was chosen to subject for joint research project of Ministry of Knowledge Economy, 'Joint research project for the world luxury product and technical development of celadon'. Therefore, this research is purpose how to make implement planning & strategy to achieve vision and objective for the world luxury product, study platforms increasing to demand creation of celadon, analyze detail & value by luxury product through basic characteristics & conditions analysis of Korean celadon market demand. The scope of the research was divided into two categories of basic characteristics & conditions of Korean celadon market demand and long-term marketing strategy of the world luxury product. I hope to use to basic information of sustainable business condition and new demand creation realizing the world luxury product of celadon by this research.

      • 담수토양 내 CH<sub>4</sub> 생성 및 양분 유효도에 대한 미생물 연료전지의 영향

        메탄(CH<sub>4</sub>)은 이산화탄소(CO<sub>2</sub>) 다음으로 발생량이 많은 온실가스이다. 논이나 습지토양과 같은 담수토양에서 방출되는 CH<sub>4</sub>의 비율은 전체 발생량의 약 30%를 차지하고 있다. 최근 CH<sub>4</sub>의 저감에 대한 여러 연구가 발표되었지만 효과적인 저감 방법이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미생물연료전지(MFC)를 이용하여 담수토양의 환원상태를 완화시켜 CH<sub>4</sub> 생성 감소 효과와 토양화 학성 변화에 따른 양분 유효도 변화를 구명하고자 하였다. 담수토양의 CH<sub>4</sub> 생성은 무처리구(28.0 mg m<sup>-2</sup>)에 비해 Closed 처리구(24.5 mg m<sup>-2</sup>)에서 감소하였고, Open 처리구(25.3 mg m<sup>-2</sup>)와 Closed 처리구간의 차이는 없었다. 토양 침출액의 pH는 무처리구(7.1)보다 Closed 처리구(6.8)에서 낮았다. Closed 처리구 침출액의 pH가 낮아짐에 따라 총인은 무처리구(8.59 mg P kg<sup>-1</sup>)에 비해 Closed 처리구(9.52 mg P kg<sup>-1</sup>)에서 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 담수토양으로부터 미생물연료 전지를 설치함으로써 CH<sup>4</sup> 생성의 감소와 H<sup>+</sup> 이동에 따른 양분 유효도에 대하여 긍정적으로 작용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
