        『新編諸宗敎藏總錄』 所收 現存本의 調査現況과 DB 活用方案

        이 논문에서는 『신편제종교장총록』의 집성 천년을 바라보는 시점에서 구축된 DB의 가치와 조사현황에 대해 살펴보고 그 결과물이 활발하게 쓰이며 후속 작업에 힘을 보탤 수 있도록 활용 방안을 살펴보았다. 우선 현존 『신편제종교장총록』 유통본 조사 현황을 보면 초기 조사 보다는 수치적으로 증가했지만 아직도 찾지 못한 장소가 많다. 『신편제종교장총록』 DB는 실전(失傳)자료의 지속적인 발굴을 통해 고려 종파 불교 및 불교체계 연구의 메타데이터로 한국불교학의 응용과 불교문화에 영향력을 미칠 수 있는 콘텐츠가 될 것이다. 국내를 비롯한 중국, 일본 등 각 기관에 소장되어 있는 자료의 실증적 조사가 지속되어야하며 수집된 간본을 통해 동아시아 나라별 간행본 대조 연구, 불교사상과 판본유통, 시기별 간행본의 불교서지학 연구의 확장도 가능해질 것이다. 조사를 통해 구축된 『신편제종교장총록』 DB의 활용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동아시아 여러 종파[諸宗]의 불교체계 연구를 위한 새로운 지침서로 대안이 될 수 있다. 둘째, 불교기록유산의 보존, 문화 공공재로써 문화생산을 위한 집단 지식의 전수와 공유, 불교문화유산의 보존, 유관 연구자에게 유용한 자료를 제공할 수 있는 한국불교학의 새로운 콘텐츠로 활용할 수 있다. 셋째, 수집된 유통본과 학술연구는 오픈아카이브Open Archives와 오픈액세스 Open Access를 통해 공공재로 다각적인 활용이 가능하다. 이후 정본화, 원문입력, 해제, 한글화 작업 등 후속 작업이 이루어진다면 동아시아 불교체계 연구를 비롯하여 불교 주석서의 한글화, 대중화 등 다양한 불교플 형성의 새로운 기반이 되는 콘텐츠가 될 것이다. In this article, the value and research status of the DB that was built at the time of the millennium of the “Shinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chongnok” was reviewed and the utilization methods were explored to ensure that the results could be used vigorously and it could become the base of follow-up works. First, the survey of the current status of distribution of the “Shinpyon-jejong -kyojang-chongnok” shows that the number of copies discovered has increased comparing to the initial survey, but there are still many places where the copies have not been found. The “Shinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chongnok” DB can be the contents that can influence the application of Korean Buddhism and Buddhist culture as meta data of denominations of Buddhism in Goryeo Dynasty and the Buddhist system in Korea through the continuing excavation of the actual data. It is necessary to continue the empirical investigation of the materials stored in the institutions in Korea, China and Japan and it is also possible to make a comparative study of East Asian countries through collected texts, and to expand the study of Buddhist biblical studies of Buddhist thought, editions, and periodicals according to the times. The applications of the “Shinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chongnok” DB can are the like the followings. First, it can be an alternative as a new guideline for studying the various Buddhist denominations in East Asia. Second, it can contribute to the new contents in Buddhism in Korea that can provide useful materials to those who transfer and share collective knowledge for culture production, preserve and research Buddhist cultural assets and create contents as public assets for the preservation of Buddhist cultural heritage and culture. Third, the collected editions and the academic studies can be utilized diversely through Open Archives and Open Access as public assets. With following works such as computerization, text input, interpretation and annotation, and translation into Korean, it will become a new basis to form a Buddhist platform for the study of Buddhism in East Asia and translation of Buddhist commentaries into Korean for the popularization of those commentaries.

        일선 간호관리자의 통제범위에 대한 연구

        Purpose: Span of Control defines the scope of the managers" responsibilities to manage nursing staff. This study was done to measure span of control of front-line nurse managers (FLNMs) in Korea hospitals resulting in improvement in their work efficiency. Methods: A sample of 203 FLNMs from five tertiary hospitals was recruited and completed the questionnaires. Data were analyzed using x<SUP>2</SUP>-test, Fisher"s exact test, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: FLNMs had ‘narrow’ (n=8, 4.3%), ‘appropriate’ (n=161, 87.0%), and ‘wide’ (n=16, 8.6%) span of control. Span of control had significant correlations with the number of nurses (r=.63, p<.001), the number of non-nurses (r=.53, p<.001), units (r=.52, p<.001), staff (r=.83, p<.001), and programs (r=.67, p<.001). Conclusion: The research findings indicate that attention should be given to unit complexity, program diversity, total staff, and skills. Moreover, administrators of hospital and nursing departments need to provide systematic support in accordance with FLNMs’ wide span of control.

        메르스 대유행 시 코호트 격리된 병원 간호사의 이직의도

        본 연구는 메르스 대유행 시 코호트 격리된 병원 간호사의 이직의도 영향요인을 확인하여 추후 감염병 유행 시 간호사 인적관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 메르스 대유행 시에 코호트 격리된 3개의 병원에서 메르스 확진환자나 의심환자 간호에 직접 참여하였거나, 메르스 확진 혹은 의심환자를 직접 돌보지는 않았으나 이들 환자가 있는 병동 혹은 병원에 근무한 267명의 간호사이다. 원 자료의 수집은 2015년 10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA 및 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 대상자의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 근무기간과 평소 스트레스로 나타났으며, 메르스 확진환자를 직접 간호한 간호사들의 경우 높은 메르스 스트레스를 경험하였음에도 불구하고(p<.001) 이직의도에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구결과에서 주목해야 할 부분은 치명적인 감염을 야기할 수 있는 메르스 환자 간호에 직․간접적으로 참여한 간호사가 경험한 메르스 스트레스보다 평소 스트레스가 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 따라서 간호사의 이직의도를 감소시키고, 성공적인 인력관리를 위해서는 감염성 질환과 관련된 특수한 상황에서의 간호사의 스트레스 관리 뿐 아니라 평소직무특성을 고려한 스트레스 완화에 더 많은 관심을 가질 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to identify factors influencing turnover intention of nurses that were cohort quarantined during the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS) outbreak. Subjects of this study were 267 nurses from three hospitals that came in direct or indirect contact with diagnosed MERS and suspected MERS patients and were group quarantined during the 2015 MERS breakout. The data were collected from October 1, 2015 through November 30, 2015. The collected data were evaluated based on descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA and multivariate regression conducted using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The factors influencing turnover intention were work experience and usual stress levels. While nurses tending to MERS patients had the highest stress levels (p<.001), different types of patient care during the MERS outbreak did not yield to a statistically significant turnover intention. Theresults of this study indicate that work experience and usual stress levels impact turnover intention of nurses and because the stress resulting from the MERS outbreak did not significantly affect the turnover intention, further human resource management is required to reduce the usual stress levels of nurses.

        낙상위험요인 평가 및 낙상예방활동 임상진료지침

        Purpose: Falls are one of the most frequent health events in medical institutions, however, they can be predicted and prevented. The Quality Improvement Nurse Society clinical practice guideline Steering Committee developed the Clinical Practice Guideline for the assessment and prevention of falls in adult people. The purpose of this study was to assess the risk factors for falls in adults aged 19 years and older, to present an evidence for preventing falls, formulate a recommendations, and indicators for applying the recommendations. Methods: This clinical practice guideline was developed using a 23-step adaptation method according to the Handbook for clinical practice guideline developer (version 1.0) by National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency. Evidence levels and recommendation ratings were established in accordance to SIGN 2011 (The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network). Results: The final 15 recommendations from four domains were derived from experts' advice; 1) assessment of risk factor for falls in adult 2) preventing falls and reducing the risks of falls or falls-related injury 3) management and reassessment after a person falls 4) leadership and culture. Conclusion: This clinical practice guideline can be used as a basis for evaluation and prevention of fall risk factors for adults, to formulate recommendations for fall risk assessment and fall prevention, and to present monitoring indicators for applying the recommendations.

        보육시설 이용 어머니의 격리불안 측정 도구 개발 및 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 보육시설을 이용하는 어머니의 격리불안을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고, 개발된 도구의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 도구의 개발은 예비문항 구성, 타당도와 신뢰도 검정을 거쳐 칙종문항을 추출하였다. 예비문항은 문헌고찰과 인터뷰를 통해 구성하였고 내용타당도는 5명의 전문가에게 검정을 받았다. 확정된 설문지를 이용하여 편의추출 방법으로 204명의 보육시설이용 어머니로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석으로 구성타당도를 검정하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석결과 6개 요인으로 수렴되었으며, 최종적으로 도출된 도구는 보육시설 이용 어머니의 죄책감(5문항), 보육시설 안전(5문항), 보육교사 신뢰(5문항), 보육시설 이용 아이의 불안(4문항), 보육시설 이용 아이와의 상호작용 불안(4문항), 보육시설 관리(3문항)의 총 26문항으로 구성 되었다. 본 도구의 신뢰도 Cronbach's a는 .93이다. 결론적으로 본 도구는 타당도와 신뢰도가 검정된 보육시설 이용 어머니의 격리불안 측정에 적합한 측정도구로 볼 수 있다. The aim of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to measure the separation anxiety of mothers who use child care facilities. The scale was developed as follows: initial items generated, validity and reliability tests performed, and final items extracted. The initial items were developed through a literature review and interviews. The content validity was verified by five experts. Using a final questionnaire, the data was collected from 204 mothers who used child care facilities with a convenient sampling method. The construct validity was evaluated by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of confirmatory and exploratory faιtor analyses showed that the separation anxiety consisted of 6 factors: the mother's guilty feelings (5-items), safety of child care facilities (5-items), trust of teachers (5-items), child's anxiety (4-items), interaction with the child (4-items), and management of child care facilities (3-items). The separation anxiety scale for mothers using child care facilities consisted of 26 items. The reliability of the developed scale was examined. The Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.93. These results show that this scale is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the separation anxiety level of mothers who use child care facilities.

        La Mort le Roi Artu, la troisi me partie du cycle triptyque Lancelot-Graal ou bien la cinqui me et la derni re partie du Vulagte cycle, marque en effet la fin de l’histoire du royaume arthurien ainsi que de la litt rature arthurienne. Comment se fait-il que les deux oeuvres pr c dentes du cycle(le Lancelot et La Qu te del Saint Graal), qui montrent respectivement l’apoth ose de la chevalerie terrienne et celle de la chevalerie c leste, se suivent de la chute tragique du royaume? Et comment se fait-il que cette fin de l’histoire se co ncide avec la fin de la litt rature arthurienne elle-m me? Car apr s cet ach vement du cycle, il n’y a gu re que de radotages de ce qui fut d j relate . Pour r ponder ces questions, nous avons d’abord examine comment les texts arthuriens avant La Mort, depuis l’Historia Regum Britanniae jusqu’ La Qu te, con oivent la fin du royaume arthurien. Et puis, la lumi re de ces donn es ant rieures, nous avons relev les raisons pour lesquelles la cour arthurienne s’effondre: d’une part, la disparition des aventures apr s l’accomplissement du Graal lui fait perdre son pouvoir r gulateur des relations entre la soci t des chevaliers et l’Autre Monde surnaturel; d’autre part, la d ch ance de l’id al courtois, y entra nant le monde arthurien s’ croule parce que le syst me des valeurs qu’elle repr sente n’op re plus comme la norme de l’Autre Monde surnaturel ni du monde int rieur qu’est la cour. Etant donn que ce syst me des valeurs correspond celui que les gens de cette poque, surtout la classe chevaleresque, se donnaient pour id al, il est vident que son d clin tient au changement foncier de la conscience. En conclusion de notre tude, nous avons recens les id ologies concurrentes de l’ poque pour en d montrer les n cessit s et les d fauts. L’id ologie courtoise, qui se veut tre l’alternative l’id ologie f odale ainsi qu’ l’ide ologie eccl siastique, essaie de poser la morale s culi re qui puisse contr ler les forces brutales dans la soci t des guerriers sans recourir aux normes th ologiques. Mais son autonomie s’av re pr caire: par manque de la dimension spirituelle, il s’agit plut t d’un id tique que de l’id ologie positive, C’est pourquoi la litt rature arthurienne, l’expression par excellence de l’id ologie courtoise, arrive son terme.

        중환자실 간호사와 중환자가족의 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도 조사

        Purpose: This research conducted a survey of 101 intensive care unit (ICU) nurses and 88 families of intensive care unit (ICU) patients in one university hospital to study their principles and attitudes towards terminating life-support for patients with no chance of recovery. Method: Data were collected by using the questionnaire developed by Park-Gyeseon(2000) and modified by the author. With the help of SPSS for PC/win 10.0, the author took the statistics of Frequency, Percentage, Means, Standard devation, t-test and ANOVA with the collected data. Result: Both ICU nurses and family members gave a high average score (4.2 points) to the fact that both objective and ethical guidelines were needed in making the decision to terminate life support. ICU nurses and family members of ICU patients felt that nurses played the most important role in the decision-making process by providing emotional support, utmost nursing care to the end and objective, professional and necessary information and felt that the nurses' judgement should be respected. Conclusion: Given the fact that there was insufficient research on the attitudes of ICU nurses and family members of ICU patients on the subject of life support termination, comparison was difficult and a repeat study is necessary. In addition, because this research was limited to ICU nurses and family members of ICU patients, it is proposed that following studies be performed to include patients and doctors. Currently, ICU nurses are excluded from decisions regarding life support termination. However, based on the results of this study, there was a need to make provisions in the system to include ICU nurses, who play a central role in the care of ICU patients, in this decision-making process. As mediators of nursing care, ICU nurses can enhance understanding of life support termination and further investigation is needed to determine the type of nursing care and support that ICU nurses can provide to ICU patients and family members throughout this process. It is also proposed that a qualitative research be conducted on direct and subjective experiences with life support termination.
