일병원에서 나타난 간이식 환자들의 섬망 양상-후향적 연구

연구목적 : 본 연구는 국내 일병원에서 시행된 섬망을 경험한 간이식 환자의 임상적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : DSM(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders)-IV-TR(Text Revision)에 따른 섬망의 진단기준에 의해 섬망으로 진단 받은 29명의 환자에 대하여 후향적인 의무 기록 평가를 통하여 섬망의 기간과 임상 양상간의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 결과 : 국내 일병원에서 시행된 간이식 환자들 중 섬망을 보인 환자에게 수술 전 섬망의 존재 유무, 수술 이전 간성뇌병증의 횟수, 중환자실 재원 기간이 섬망 기간과 통계적으로 유의한 상관 관계를 보이었다. 결론 : 여러 제한점이 있지만 국내 간이식 환자들 중 일병원의 일부 환자들에게 나타나는 섬망의 특징을 알아보았다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면 수술 전 간성뇌병증이 간이식 이후의 섬망에 영향을 주는 것으로 보여진다. Object : This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of delirium in liver transplanted patients in a hospital in Korea. Method : We reviewed the medical records of 29 liver transplanted patients who were confirmed as delirium by psychiatrists with DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria. We estimated the correlation between delirium and clinical conditions of liver transplantations. Result : Post-operative delirium duration was significantly correlated with frequency of hepatic encephalopathy, pre-operative mental status, and stay of intensive care unit. Conclusion : Although there were many limitations of this study, it seemed that pre-operative hepatic encephalopathy affected post liver transplantation delirium.

In this paper, the changes in the electrical characteristics (arc energy, contact resistance, and bouncing phenomenon) due to the deterioration of the contact are analyzed. The results are generally consistent and can be analyzed for contact deterioration. The results of the experiment demonstrate that the arc energy is linearly related to the current when the contact samples and the voltage conditions are the same. The contact resistance varies due to multiple factors, but is generally within a certain range, and the contact deterioration can be determined. Contact stabilization can be detected by the decrease in the bouncing phenomenon due to deterioration (the change of the shape of the contact).

The vegetable insulating oils are substitute for the mineral oil in power transformer. Vegetable insulating oils has higher flash/fire point and biodegradability than conventional mineral oils. In this paper, we investigated the dissolved gas analysis of vegetable oils. In the experiment, I had to accelerated aging under the same conditions mineral oil and vegetable oils. Accelerated aging proceeded to about 100% of the life of oil-filled transformer. In addition, we performed gas analysis of insulating oil of accelerated aging progress. The experiment results of the five gases was measured with the exception of Hydrogen and Acetylene. The mineral oil and vegetable oils gas is generated in a similar tendency depending on the accelerated aging. As a result, vegetable oils, can be dissolved gas analysis by method such as mineral oil.
Chicory ( Cichorium intybus L. ) 급여가 재래산양의 발육 및 육질에 미치는 영향

In order to investigate effect of chicory as a roughage source for Korean native goat, studies on growth rates and carcass qualities of 21 male Korean native goats fed chicory have been conducted for 6 weeks. For the investigation, their feed intakes, body weight gains, carcass weights and carcass qualities were measured. 1. The Korean native goats fed chicory tended to grow faster than those fed with orchardgrass alone (41.0g vs 35.2 g/daily gain). When chicory was fed together with orchardgass at a ratio of 50 to 50, the goats appeared to grow even faster (53.6g/daily gain). 2. Feed intakes(㎏/day) were 0.72, 0.58 and 0.56㎏ respectively for the goats fed chicory, orchardgrass, and the mixture of chicory and orchardgrass. 3. Chicory feeding tended to improve feed conversion ratio, compared to orchardgrass (13.7 vs 20.3). 4. Dietary chicory tended to impair the tenderness and juiciness of the goat meat, but seemed to make meat flavour distinct.

The power relay can be easily controlled with high voltage and current through the contacts. For this reason, has become widely used range in a variety of applications. In this study, we measured the contact resistance between the bouncing phenomenon of contact due to the change of load. The results of the experiment, the contact resistance increases with the deterioration of the contact, it is possible to predict the life of the relay contacts through the contact resistance. And relay bounce duration time have occurred in 3.5 ms or less. In addition, it is possible to use the results to design an arc suppression circuit device.

A case of congenital funnel chest which was observed in 6 year old male was reported. The patient represented clinical status of depression of lower sternum, recurrent upper respiratory tract infection, and slight exertional dyspnea. The treatment was carried out by "turnover" method, and it was easy to do viable on sternum, costal cartilage, and intercostal muscles. And it is fit to reimplantation by free autograft when repair was indicated. The plane of the manubrium, an acute hump on the sternum, and asymmetry constitute limiting factors in the cosmetic results.

Industrial, medical, environment and agriculture application of pulse power technology have been developing rapidly in many field. In order to make use in the form of pulses is applied to the pulse forming technique. At this time, spark gap is generally used for the pulse forming. Spark gap may be possible to simulate the shape of the electrode, to know the uniform or non-uniform electric field of the electrode structure. Further, it can be determined using Paschen's law applied pressure of the insulating gas in accordance with the voltage which is created using the value of the electric field. In this paper, we tried to found using a formula and the simulation process to determine the pressure. The value of the electric field is different according to the shape of the electrode. So, the range of pressure applied also varies. In order to withstand the 100 kV with a gap of 5 mm, the nitrogen gas must be applied to about 7 bar in the electrode structure. On the other hand, in the same conditions, Sulfur hexafluoride gas must be applied to about 2 bar. Consequently, the Sulfur hexafluoride gas has a higher insulation properties than nitrogen gas may be applied to low pressure at the same conditions.

Mineral insulating oils are an important insulating materials in oil-filled transformer. However, the mineral oil is the cause of the environmental problem. The vegetable oils are substitutes for mineral oil because of its biodegradability characteristic. As large size and high rating of the transformer increases, the losses increase at a faster rate. So insulating oil is forced circulation in the oil-filled transformer by using oil pumps. The flow electrification occurs when insulating oil was forced to be circulated. To check the flow electrification, had conducted experiments varying factors. As a result, the streaming electrification could see the changes according to flow velocity, oil temperature and insulation materials.
