최근 중국경제의 가장 중요한 현안 가운데 하나는 삼대격차 문제이다. 특히 중국 서부지역의 농촌주민들은 도농격차와 지역격차의 이중격차에 노출되어 있다. 본 논문은 1978년 이후 중국의 농촌주민소득이 성?시?자치구간에 수렴하는지 여부를 전국 및 지역별로, 또 기간별로는 2001년 이전과 이후로 구분하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 1978~2011년간 중국의 농촌소득은 전국 및 지역 차원에서 모두 수렴하는 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 2001년 이전에는 중부지역의 소득수렴도가 가장 높게 나타난 반면, 2001년 이후에는 서부지역의 수렴도가 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 서부대개발사업의 효과가 장기적으로 지역내 소득격차의 해소에 기여하고 있는 것으로 해석된다. 그러나 여전히 지역격차와 도농격차가 심각하여 이에 대해서는 보다 적극적인 정책적 대응의 노력이 요구된다. The most serious issues of the recent Chinese economy are the three great disparity problems-the gap between regions, the gap between urban and rural areas, and the gap between classes. This paper did an analysis on the income convergence of China`s rural residents and of three regions(eastern, central western), employing a panel data of Chinese provinces for the period of 1978~2011. The result shows that the income of rural residents has converged in all the three regions. While, prior to 2001, the level of income convergence was the highest in the central region. But, after 2001, the western region marked higher convergence than the central region. This means that the great western development projects have contributed to increasing the income level of the rural areas in absolute terms and to the improvement of the income distribution of rural residents in western region.

Assembly is mentioned as important process saving time and cost where produce the machine with many parts relationships. In this study, parts assembly relationship is analysed for assembly information of micro milling machine. Liaison diagram, datum flow chain and assembly tree are discussed for a micro milling machine model which have been developing for research. We can find out the characteristics of micro machine assembly and discuss about more facility of assembly. We need a information about assembly characteristics. Some analysis in this paper about micro milling machine will give a useful tools for assembly. The 3D model of micro machine which is studied in this paper is not complete model. Main parts of a micro milling machine are used and presented.

Existing manufacturing system has consumed too much energy, space and resource in micro parts manufacturing. To improve this, micro factory system is suggested. But it is difficult to get the high reliability in the assembly, production and inspection of the minute parts because the construction of the micro factory has been started just before. In this study, we will build the digital manufacturing simulation on the micro factory's process and verify the production(lens module of mobile phone) and assembly process using this simulation.
ILLUMINATION ROBUST VEHICLE DETECTION USING KNOWLEDGE BASED MULTI FEATURES EXTRACTION

Vehicle detection is important in many advanced driver assistance systems. In this paper, we propose a illumination robust forward vehicle detection. The proposed method involves three major components: First, we detect a main lanes and define an adaptive region of interest (ROI) to remove outlier and reduce complexity. Second, we extract vehicle candidates combing multi features of vehicle. Finally, we utilize the distinct property of taillights color to achieve illumination invariant vehicle detection. Experimental results show satisfactory performance with an average detection rate of 96% under various illumination conditions.
