The purpose of The Effects was to The recent development of hotels and the food service industry has let customers have the needs for food, and many incidents related to food such as environmental pollution, the nuclear crisis, avian influenza, and the mad cow crisis have aroused consumers`` interests in health. Considering the fact that currently consumers have lots of interests in health and seek well-being or LOHAS, the purpose of this study is to grasp and deal with consumers`` demands and needs appropriately. A main survey was performed from September 24 to October 1, 2015 targeting adult men and women having the experience of using hotel restaurants. A total of 300 questionnaires including items related to hotel restaurants`` LOHAS image, menu selection tendency, and customer behavioral intention were distributed and 294 were returned, and 279 were used for the final analysis excluding 15 containing negligent or omitted responses. In conclusion, it could be found that hotel restaurants`` LOHAS image influences, menu selection tendency, and customer behavioral intention. Thus, it is necessary to use hotel restaurants`` LOHAS image in menu development, marketing, sales promotion, and advertising to increase sales and improve hotel images.
Energy Efficient Routing Protocol for Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks

본 논문에서 우리는 모바일 싱크노드를 가지는 모바일 센서 네트워크를 위한 경로배정 프로토콜을 제안합니다. 제안된 논문은 모바일 싱크를 도입하는 것에 의해 확장됩니다. 모바일 싱크는 그 주변의 클러스터 헤드로부터 센싱 데이터를 수집하는 가장 많은 멤버수를 가진 클러스터 헤드로 이동합니다. 이러한 이동은 싱크에 패킷을 보내는데 필요한 에너지소모를 감소시킵니다. 모의실험 결과는 제안된 프로토콜이 에너지 효율면에서 LEACH-ME를 능가하는 것을 보여줍니다. In this paper, we propose routing protocol for mobile wireless sensor networks with a mobile sink in cluster configuration. The proposed protocol extends LEACH-ME by introducing a mobile sink. The mobile sink moves to the cluster head with the highest number of member nodes to collect sensed data from cluster heads within its vicinity, which results in reducing energy consumption in forwarding packets to the sink. The simulation results show that the proposed protocol outperform LEACH-ME in terms of energy efficiency.

The leadership and management skill to work effectively can guarantee the successful of the organization . Therefore, for the hotel business to survive in severe competition, hotel manager's leadership and hotel employee's capability to comply it is the key to the good performance of the organization. This study has limitations in some expects. First, we have just selected target hotels located in Seoul. Second, we surveyed the hotel employee working in high-class hotels. That may lead to the unsuccessful verification of the leadership performance. Third, we also took the employee's view point into consideration in studying the relationship between hotel manager and hotel employee, thus the hotel manager perspective was not counted in. To overcome the limitations in this study, more deep research and better methodology are hoped to be employed. The studies toward the leader, not toward the employee should also be considered in the future research.

Bread is not a main food in Korea as Koreans mainly depend on rice as a staple, but demand for bread continues to increase as the number of two-income families increases and their current lifestyle changes rapidly. The domestic bakery industry is enjoying rapid growth and the size of the bakery market is expanding, encouraging hotels, large companies and restaurant chains to enter the bakery market. Human resources is one of the most important factors in bringing about the growth and development of an organization. Efficient management of human resources contributes to improving workers` positions and increasing productivity. This research therefore, is intended to verify the differences in the empirical analysis and relationships in the job satisfaction level of bakery employees according to employment type. To this end, this research suggests a theoretical examination and background analysis of the job satisfaction of bakery employees according to employment type and applying variables relating to the operational management of bakery employees according to employment that have been derived from previous work.

The purpose of this study is to assess the mechanical properties of the ceramic abutment with washer. In this study, ceramic abutment were used, tested with 30° compression load, shear fatigue, adaptation accuracy test(rotation angle, contact interval), removal torque force test, torsional breaking force test. The 30° compression load was 729 N, the shear fatigue load was 275 N, adaptation accuracy test of rotation angle was within 3°, contact interval within 10 μm, and removal torque force test value is 18.88 N·cm, torsional breaking force test value is 35.52 N·cm. Ceramic abutment with a washer fitted have sufficient mechanical strength and may be substituted for titanium abutment.
