This investigation includes nitridation phenomena of silicon powder compacts in air. Nitridation reaction condition has been provided with using silicon nitride bed and active carbon additive. Reaction products are Oxynitride, $\alpha$-Si3N4, and $\beta$-Si3N4, Oxynitride(Si2N2O) phase in formed at outer surface layer ofsilicon powder compacts. $\alpha$-Si3N4, and $\beta$-Si3N4 are formed at inner region of powder compacts. Microstructural observation indicates that nitridation mechanism in this work is the same as conventional nitridation mechanism nitrogen gas.

Anti-leucine-rich glioma inactivated-1 (LGI1) antibody has been known as the most common antibody in autoimmune limbic encephalitis. We report a case of a 63-year-old woman who presented with repetitive memory impairment. She was diagnosed with anti-LGI1 limbic encephalitis by clinical symptoms, magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalography, and antibody test. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was discovered incidentally. Clinical seizures were completely controlled after hepatic segmentectomy without immunotherapy. This is the first case report showing the relationship between HCC and anti-LGI1 limbic encephalitis.

In order to prevent the PbO vaporization during calcination and to produce the powder of good sinterability, a coprecipitation method for preparing homogeneous Lead-Zirconate-Titanate (PZT) powder from aqueous salt solution is described. In this method, the PZT-ceramics show low calcining and sintering temperature, and they have good sintering and electronic properties.
TEOT로부터 $TiO_2$단분산 분말 합성에 관한 연구

The controlled Ti(CO2H5)4 hydrolysis reactions for the synthesis of Spherical Monodispersed Titania powders are described. Increasing the concentration of TEOT and the molar ratio of water to TEOT in alcohol solution decrease the reaction time and the particle size. The reaction time is delalyed by increasing the chain length and the number of carbon branches of alcohol as a solvent. The prepared powders with an average diameter of 0.8$\mu$ and the spherical monodispersed transfer to Rutile phase at 55$0^{\circ}C$.

Titania powders were obtained from the various hydrolysis condition the variation of Alkoxide, water/Alcohol, REaction, Temp., reaction time and solvent system were investigated. In this result, spherical monodisperesed titania gel powders(≒0.7${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) were obtained using EtOH(as solvent), and this method had rapid reaction time compare with iso-PrOH(as solvent).
Flux 첨가에 의한 Anorthite 합성에 관한 연구

The Anorthite is useful compound for some ceramic industries but it is difficult to produce Anorthite because of its high melting point (1553$^{\circ}C$) and narrow firing range. On this study, glass frit was added to Anorthite batch composition to widen firing range and lower melting point. After mixing a glass frit $(Na_2O-CaO-6SiO_2)$ with Anorthite, it was melted and quenched. Ratio of Anorthite vs. glass frit was 9 : 1, 8.5 : 1.5, 8 : 2, 7.5 : 2.5, 7 : 3. In those batch composition added amount of $No_2O$ were between 1.3wt.% and 3.9wt.%. To find the thermal change of the quenched, D.T.A. was surveyed. The quenched were fired at various vitrification temperature and detected by X-Raydiffraction analysis. With addition of glass frit, firing range and vitrification temperature of Anorthite was 100~15$0^{\circ}C$ and 1050~115$0^{\circ}C$ respectively. Optimum amount of glass frit was 20wt.% for the upper mentioned.

We report the case of a 50-year-old woman with vitamin B12 deficiency who presented with severe neurologic deficits associated with bilateral long T2-weighted hyperintensities on spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) accompanied by sensory polyneuropathy. The patient was diagnosed with palmoplantar pustulosis six months before admission. She reported progressing numbness and tingling sensation on both hands and legs one month before the hospital visit. Laboratory exams detected decreased vitamin B12 (< 90 pg/mL) and circulating anti-parietal cell antibodies. Endoscopic test showed chronic atrophic gastritis at the third portion of the duodenum. The patient was diagnosed with subacute combined degeneration (SCD). Six months after commencing vitamin B12 treatment, remissions of the symptoms were achieved. In addition, the results of the laboratory, electromyography and cervical MRI tests were improved. Vitamin B12 deficiency must be suspected in people presenting with neurological symptoms with palmoplantar pustulosis.
Slurr법에 의한 $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3$계 미분말의 성형과 소결성

Green sheet was prepared by tape casting in the composition of (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 system using Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 and PbTiO3 synthesized with PbO, Nb2O5 MgO and TiO2 The densest green sheet was obtained in the weight ratio 70:30 of powder to binder. Green sheet wasmultilayered in metal mould and formed into lamination at 7$0^{\circ}C$, 300kg/cm2 The lamination was sintered at 110$0^{\circ}C$ 2hr, Dielectric constant and Curie temperature of disc type sintered body was highered with increasing the amount of PbTiO3 and was in the range of 19000-21000, -7~45$^{\circ}C$ respectively. Green and sintered relative density of lamination was 61% and 95% respectively.
