효과적인 업무프로세스 증대를 위한 ITSM과 CSC 연동에 관한 연구

최근 기업의 경영환경은 매우 급격히 변화하고 있으며, 시장으로부터 지속적으로 고객가치 향상에 대한 압력을 받고 있다. 따라서 기업들은 고객 가치향상을 위해 시장 환경에 맞는 다양한 전략적, 전술적 경영합리화 방안을 마련하여 추진하고 있다. 또한 IT 기술의 급속한 발전으로 IT의 생활화가 빠른 속도록 우리 생활에 접목되면서 CSC(Consolidated Service Center)의 기능과 역할에 혁신적인 변화가 일어나고 있다. 인적, 물리적인 판매조직 및 기능이 점차 축소되고 CSC 기능의 급속한 팽창과 함께 CSC 업무가 각광을 받으면서 기업의 핵심영역으로 부상하고 있다. 이중에서도 전략적 중요도가 상대적으로 낮은 사업부분에 대해 효율적인 프로세스 구축, 비 부과 업무의 제거, 분산된 프로세스와 조직의 통합, 의사결정을 위한 분석 업무의 강화 등 업무처리비용 절감과 업무향상을 위해 ITSM서비스를 도입하거나 도입을 고려하는 기업들이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 보다 효율적인 비즈니스 프로세스를 관리하고, 빠르게 변화하는 업무를 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링하고 그에 필요한 응용프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPM(Business Process Model)에 ITIL Process를 적용하여 확장된 CSC를 제안하였으며, 동적 비즈니스 프로세스의 변화를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 ITIL 모델링 도구인 ITSM(IT Service Management)로 구현하였다. These days, business environments are rapidly change and companies are taking the pressure about a customer value enhance to the continuance from the market. Therefore companies propel various innovative and strategic initiatives for a customer value enhancement. Also Information Technology is rapidly becoming part of our everyday lives due to its fast development, the functions and responsibilities of CSC(Consolidated Service Center) are undergoing revolutionary change. The function of sales organization based on the manpower and human networks are gradually shrinking, and CSC is slowly establishing itself as the company's core parts as its function expands and its operations are in the spotlights. Among these, many organizations are currently introducing ITSM concept for primary processes as a means of achieving synergy in operational excellence, reducing costs and improving service quality. In this thesis, we propose an extended CSC, which is applied ITIL Process to traditional BMP. It also needs to manage more effectively business process model, to modeling rapidly changing business process, and to developing its business application programs whenever and whatever it is changed. The ITSM(IT Service Management), which is an ITIL tool, effectively managing for dynamically changing the business process.

미니멀리즘 가구디자인의 근원과 조형세계에 관한 연구 -미니멀 아티스트의 가구디자인 사례를 중심으로-

Minimalism describes various movements in art and design, which flourished mainly in the USA in the 1960s. Its popularity, however, was cut short by post-modernism. In the mid-1990s, minimalism was given a second breath of life and became culturally popular, especially in areas such as design and art the minimalist movement launched some trends that supplanted post-modernism and whose influences still cast a heavy shadow on society today. From this point of view, in analyzing the form and characteristics of the artists and their work from the 1960s, which were the first generation of the minimalist furniture designers, it is necessary to understand and analyze contemporary artists and their art. In this study, four American minimal artists in the furniture design field, Donald Judd, Richard Tuttle, Scott Burton, and Richard Artschwager were studied along with their works. The results show the three distinct characteristics of minimalist furniture design featuring strict and simple geometric shapes: the form, which was influenced by early modernism variety and origin, which are formative of the materials and the way they are used as influenced by surrealism and a new concept of art such as aesthetics for the little things, which echoes influences of Dadaism, and especially of earlier artists such as Marcel Duchamp.

이득과 분산을 조절한 광섬유의 변조 불안정성 분석

본 논문에서는 주기적으로 분산 값의 부호가 바뀌는(dispersion managed: DM) 선로에서 급작스런 분산 변화로 인한 scattering을 완화시키도록 이득을 공간적으로 변조(gain management: GM)하는 시스템을 제안하고 이에 대한 modulation instability(MI) 변화에 대한 이론적인 분석과 수치해석적인 분석을 보고한다. 연구결과 어떤 경우에도 GM을 가한 시스템이 DM만을 한 시스템 보다 MI 이득의 크기와 cutoff frequency, side band peak모두가 작아짐을 확인하였다. 동일한 광신호 세기에 대해서 MI 이득이 작아지는 것은 four wave mixing 등 광섬유의 비선형 현상을 완화시킴으로써 파장분할다중화 전송의 품질 향상에 도움이 될 뿐 아니라, 솔리톤(soliton)을 이용한 전송에 있어서 하나의 펄스에 더 많은 에너지를 갖게 함으로써 신호대 잡음비를 개선할 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 분산과 이득이 동시에 조절된 선로의 효과를 솔리톤 전송 시스템의 개선된 특성을 편광모드분산(polarization mode dispersion: PMD)가 존재하는 선로에서의 펄스 폭 증가를 통하여 살펴본다. We investigated analytically and numerically the occurrence of modulation instability in fibers with periodic changes both in dispersion and gain. Previously, it has been known that the modulation instability is suppressed in dispersion managed solitons where dispersion is managed in such a way that the local dispersion alternates between the normal and the anomalous regimes. In this work, we enhanced the advantage of the dispersion management scheme by additionally introducing proper gain/loss profiles in fibers. The gain/loss profile is given by $\Gamma(z)=0.5/D(z)*(dD/dz)$, where D(z) represents the dispersion profile. The fundamental gain spectra of the modulation instability in the dispersion and gain managed fibers have been derived analytically and confirmed by numerical calculation. Our investigation reveals that in the dispersion and gain fibers the modulation instabilities are always much more suppressed compared to the case with only dispersion managed. In practical dispersion management schemes, dispersion profiles show discontinuity. and thus. the corresponding gain/loss profiles tend to be finite. In these cases, the gain/loss profiles were approximated by lumped gains/losses of finite values. Our numerical calculations confirm that this approximation also works well.

현행 정당공천제도의 헌법적 문제점

The main political parties have adopted the intraparty competing nomination-the direct primary election system-in the 16th and 17th presidential election to enable electorates to select the party`s nominees. And for the 5th Nationwide Local Elections on June 2nd, 2010, political parties amended the party rules toward enlarging the participation of the non-members(unaffifiated voters). This direct primary election system was modeled upon that of the United States. It was one of various efforts to reform political parties and politics in Korea. It purports to take root of upward nomination within the party, which helps to fasten the internal party democracy in Korea. The Korean primary election system is still fledgling in light of its short history especially in the legal perspective as well as the practical perspective. In addition, Korean political parties permit unaffiliated voter to vote in the nomination of candidates and it makes use of surveys of public opinions of the candidates in high proportion in evaluation. It casts serious doubts on the possible injury to the party`s ideology and representation. That becomes, in turn, the unconstitutional burden to the party`s rights of association. In the Jones case, the U.S. Supreme Court held unconstitutional that the state`s election law ordered the blanket primary election in lieu of the closed primary election since it violated the political parties` First Amendment rights of association. On the other hand, as mentioned before, Korea has recently adopted the direct primary election system similar to that of the U.S. To study these matters, this paper applies "the Tripartite Model of Political Parties"-the new definition for constitutional muster of the U.S. Supreme Court-to the intraparty competing nomination of the direct primary election system in Korea. In summary, the direct primary election system is founded upon the principle of the political party democracy and party autonomy embodying rights of association and it necessitates the structural compliance with the Korean Constitution. However, the current Public Office Election Act and the political party`s charters and bylaws have some unconstitutional provisions. Some of these include the qualification and selection clauses of voters as well as application of surveys of public opinions of the candidates in the process of nomination to represent the political party. These could inflict material injury to the structural compliance with the Korean Constitution. Finally, it should be noted that the open intraparty competing nomination needs to comply firmly with the triangular structure of political party democracy, political party autonomy, and national election for passing constitutional muster.

아트퍼니처(Artfurniture)에서 예술과 디자인의 역할에 관한 연구

Today, boundaries between genres are collapsed and there are mutual convergence and consilience in each field of the society. In art and design, new concepts for the convergence of art and design, such as graft of ‘art and design’ and ‘technology and art’, ‘art design’, ‘commercialization of art’, etc, are suggested. Especially, furniture is changed from the furniture as a living tool whose purpose is practical properties to the furniture combined by artistic properties and emotional factors with a concept related to the convergence of art and design, such as ‘design as an art’, ‘useable art’, etc. For the evidence, Artfurniture which was treated as just a part of decorative arts is focused by expressive media of the convergence between art and design and it became a genre of independent art. In addition, it is approaching to people as ‘furniture as an art’ and ‘art as furniture’. Popularization of art and art of design are generalized and now, it’s meaningless to divide the boundary between art and design. Before the discussion about convergence of each concept in non-boundary phenomena of art and design, it should be grasp essentials of art and design and understand the boundaries. The exploration of the essences and roles will be the first step to find new value through the convergence of art and design. Therefore, this thesis intends to grasp the stream value of two concepts have been changed by examining periodical situation, market changes, etc. from division between previous art and design to modern times, based on them, analyze roles of art and design in modern artfurniture and interpret relations between art and design for current time.

아트퍼니처에서 하이 테크놀로지 활용의 특징 및 전개 연구

Art Furniture is a terminology of creative and developed activity related Art in the field of furniture design. In a broad sense, the extent of Art furniture reaches from humanities to technology because Art includes them. Due to Postmodernism, designers who were involving Art furniture started to fuse various studies including high technology to achieve their own goals. To illustrate with the characteristic of high technology, I compare between low technology and high technology. Even though high technology are used both commercial furniture and Art furniture, the latter has been utilized high technology in a more creative and experimental way to develop experimental furniture design. In contrast, in order to earn economic profit, there is no unnecessary risk for commercial furniture. Considering information revolution which is deeply related with high technology, Art furniture designers could get information easily about other fields and make multiple connections of different kinds of people and markets. As a result, a combination between Art furniture and high technology has distinctive features. At first, high technology was applied to craft among Dutch furniture designers. After that, designers began to lay out the method of high technology and pushed the boundary of Art furniture thanks to experts and scientists. In addition, there was a designer who have conducted a series of research as a scientist adopting scientific methodology. In doing so, Joris Laarman could obtain a revolutionized work which could contribute society. In conclusion, combining Art furniture and high technology leads the definition of design from deciding physical shapes to directing and organizing processes.

유기적 모더니즘 가구디자인의 조형적 특성에 관한 연구

산업클러스터 내에서 사회적 자본과 기업혁신성과간의 관계모형 연구

본 연구는 혁신기업도시가 조성되면서 여러 지역의 다양한 연고를 가진 사람들이 타 지역에 비해서 많이 모여서 생활하고 있는 원주산업클러스터를 대상으로 사회적 자본과 기술적 요인이 기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석한다. 사회적 자본을 결속형 사회적 자본과 교량형 사회적 자본으로 구분하여, 각 사회적 자본이 기업의 혁신성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 부분과 기술적 요인의 매개를 통하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 부분에 대하여 통계분석을 통하여 검증하였으며, 기술적 요인이 그 자체로써 기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 부분에 대하여도 살펴 보았다. 연구 결과, 결속형 사회적 자본은 기술적 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 결속형 사회적 자본이 혁신성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 기술적 요인의 매개 효과를 통해 혁신성과에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 산업클러스터는 기업이 밀집되어 있는 곳일수록 내적 결속이 강하게 나타나고 그 결속을 통해서 기술을 도입하고 제품인증을 획득할 수 있는 노하우를 발전시키는데 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 원주산업단지와 같이 규모가 크지 않고 중소기업이 많이 밀집되어 있는 곳일수록 내적 결속이 강하게 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 대덕연구개발특구를 대상으로 사회적 자본이 클러스터의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 선행연구의 연장선상에서 연구되었으며, 향후 각 지역별 산업클러스터를 대상으로 연구를 계속하여 사회적 자본의 영향을 비교 분석함으로써, 산업클러스터 내에서 기업혁신성과를 향상시키기 위한 사회적 자본의 효율적 운영방법론을 제시하고자 한다. This study analyzes the effect of social capital and technical factor on corporate innovative performance in Wonju Industrial cluster, where more people with diverse regional connections are gathered compared to other regions being developed as an innovative corporate city. Social capital was categorized into bonding social capital and bridging social capital, and direct effect of each social capital on corporate innovative performance and indirect effect intermediated by technical factor were verified via a statistical analysis. The effect of technical factor itself on a corporate innovative performance was additionally examined. The study result confirmed that bonding social capital has a significant effect on technical factors. Furthermore, even though bonding social capital does not have a direct effect on innovative performance, it was confirmed to have an indirect effect mediated by technical factors. An industrial cluster with a dense concentration of corporations showed stronger internal bonding and such bonding social capital was contributing to the development of the know-how on introducing technologies and acquiring product certification. It was found that a modest scale region with a high concentration of small and medium enterprises such as Wonju Industrial Complex showed stronger internal bonding. This paper was conducted as an extension of a prior study that analyzed the influence of social capital on a cluster’s innovative performance based on Daedeok Innopolis. In the future, by conducting further studies that compare and analyze the effect of social capital on each regional industrial cluster, the researcher aims to present an efficient operation methodology of social capital to enhance corporate innovative performance in industrial clusters.

현대 네덜란드 아트퍼니처 전개 양상에 관한 연구

The Netherlands’ contemporary Art Furniture has drawn large attention from design and art fields all around the world because of Dutch designers’ intriguing themes and experimental approaches. Its successful achievement not comes from certain policies or personalities, but the result of ceaseless internal criticisms and self examinations. After World War Ⅱ, Modernism was the most common notion of furniture design for mass production in the Netherlands like other nations, but Dutch designers and critics put modernist canon up for discussion since 1960s. They have searched counter modernist design for expression of human element and warmth using art works, craft, and Postmodernism theory, etc. Throughout design debate of modernism, free design, design as art and conceptual design, now we could observe Dutch designer’s unique and distinguished Art Furniture in the influential places. By analyzing the development of the Netherlands’ contemporary Art Furniture in chronological sequences, we could understand them better and learn something useful to Art Furniture in South Korea.

가구 디자인에 있어서 감성적 기능의 개념에 대한 연구

This article aimed at broadening the view on 'the concept of function' in furniture design. In this context, we argued that the established concept of furniture function has confined itself to the rational perspective, so that the emotional action and influence of furniture hardly regarded as an important issue in furniture design, and this has been a hinderance to multidirectional discussions on the meaning of furniture in our life. Starting from the investigation on the basis that forms the different dimensions of our experience of furniture, we clarified that we should view the meaning of furniture within a wider sphere where the actions of furniture on our perceptional, behavioral, and emotional levels are inclusively considered. In this light, 'emotional function' of furniture was defined as a concept that explains a multidimensional action of furniture, which leads creative aesthetic experience which enrich the interplays between designer, furniture, and user. The feasibility of the concept has been examined by an analysis on the characteristics of contemporary Art Furniture, which is experimental approaches towards various aesthetic values of art and design. In order to realize emotional function of furniture, furniture should become an experiment for the new perception and emotion; invite more of the user's interplay and action in the meaning-making process; and arouse emotional echoes and reflections within user's mind.
