Significant efforts have been devoted to developing dielectric elastomer actuators owing to their mechanicalflexibilities, silent operation, and muscle-like performances. However, it still remains a challenge todemonstrate the actuators that maintain function when subjected to damage because most soft materialsconstituting such devices are vulnerable to mechanical stresses during repeated operation. Here, selfhealableelectrodes suitable for dielectric elastomer actuators were prepared from an eco-friendlygelatin-based composite including conductive ions and hydrogen bonds. Electrohydrodynamic printingwas used to reproducibly fabricate a custom-made electrode with desired geometry. The printedgelatin-based electrodes were attached onto elastomers to fabricate dielectric elastomer actuators. Thedevices exhibited good actuator operation and, owing to the self-healing capability of the gelatinbasedelectrodes, almost fully recovered their performances with an efficiency of up to 96.8% even afterthe electrodes were damaged. Furthermore, the potential application of the gelatin-based electrode wasexplored by using them as a strain sensor; this sensor showed a sensitive dependence of electrical resistanceon external joint movements. We believe this work provides a useful guideline for designing selfhealableconductive composites that can be effectively used to make printed actuators and sensorsendowed with good ionic conductivity and useful mechanical properties.
새로운 가변 적응 상수 알고리즘을 이용한 반향제거기 설계 및 구현

In this paper, the design and implementation of echo canceller with new variable step size algorithm is discussed. The method used in the new algorithm is to periodically adopt the test function which helps an optimal coefficient tracking. This algorithm outperforms LMS and VS algorithms in convergence speed and steady state error. As the period of test function is decreased, the speed of convergence is improved, but the number of calculation is increased, then the trade off between these parameters must be considered. Simulation results show new algorithm outperforms LMS and VS algorithms in convergence rate. For the design of hardware, circuit is designed with VHDL, and synthesized with Act1 withc is a FPGA library of ActelTM in use of synovation of InterGraph$^{TM}$. Verification of the synthesized circuit is carried out with simulator DLAB. The circuit based on the algorithm which is suggested in this paper calculated 7 radix places of inary number. A simulation data for the verification is based on the data of algorithm simulation. When the same input data is applied to the both simulation, output results of circuit simulation had slight difference in compare with that of algorithm simulation. The number of used gate is about 5,500 and We have 5.53MHz in maximum frequency.y.

미세패턴을 하기 위해서는 보통 포토레지스트를 이용하여 패턴을 하지만 시간이 오래 걸리고 독성에 대한 문제가 많다. 본 연구진은 희토류 물질인 인듐을 대체하는 Tin 을 사용하여 ZTO(Zinc Tin oxide) 필름에 대해 연구하였으며 광 패턴이 가능한 전구체 용액을 사용하여 빠르고 독성이 적은 미세패턴화된 ZTO 박막을 제조했다. 이 결과 생성된 ZTO 박막 트랜지스터는 적절한 온/오프 점멸비와 이동도를 나타냈으며 포토리쏘그래피 없이 패턴이 가능한 반도체를 제작하였다.

Solution-processed zinc tin oxide (ZTO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) have great potential uses in next-generation wearable and flexible electronic products. Zinc and tin precursor materials are naturally abundant and have low fabrication costs. To integrate a single ZTO TFT into logic circuits including inverters, NAND, and NOR gates will require the development of a facile patterning process to replace conventional and complicated photolithography techniques which are usually time-consuming and toxic. In this study, selfpatterned ZTO thin films were prepared using a photo-patternable precursor solution including a photoacid generator, (4-methylthiophenyl)methyl phenyl sulfonium triflate. Solution-processed ZTO precursor films fabricated with the photoacid generator were successfully micropatterned by UV exposure, and transitioned to a semiconducting ZTO thin film by heat treatment. The UV-irradiated precursor films became insoluble in developing solvent as the generated proton from the photoacid generator affected the metal-containing ligand and changed the solubility of the metal oxide precursors. The resulting ZTO thin films were utilized as the active layers of n-type TFTs, which exhibited a typical n-type transfer, and output characteristics with appropriate threshold voltage, on/off current ratio, and field-effect mobility. We believe that our work provides a convenient solution-based route to the fabrication of metal-oxide semiconductor patterns.
