As a part of researching the characteristics of draft of tractor when no-load traveling brings about the draft force, understanding of all resistance from tractor is more certain in the relation with the soil conditions that measuring of forward force of shaft wheel. And also the relation between forward force and the horse power of shaft torque showed a similar tendency to the above fact as well. 1. The relation with draft force and forward force and shaft torque showed a curvilinear relation similar to the straight line. 2. It showed a tendency that as the front wheel traveling resistance is to have a higher draft force soofront wheel load is to have a less diminution. 3. The towed force originated from the relation between forward force and shaft torque showed a curvilinear relation with the value TE/W excluded from the load of the time of Figure(1-2) and con index. 4. When the no-load running occures, the relation between driver wheel subsidence quantity and con index is on the relation of the curved line. 6. The relation between forward force and subsidence quantity showed the relation of a curved line but the relation between traveling resistance and tprque showed a difference with each other. 7. As showed in the scope of movement, forward force and shaft torque showed the rolation of a curved line.
Changes in the Rheological Properties of Cheddar Cheese at Different Storage Temperatures
김재영,백무열,김병용,이건봉,신용국 한국식품과학회 2015 Food Science and Biotechnology Vol.24 No.4
Changes in the stress relaxation behavior of Cheddar cheese was measured at different storage temperatures (5-25℃). A 3-element Maxwell model was used for calculation of instantaneous elastic, elastic, and viscous constants. As the storage temperature increased from 5 to 25℃, rheological properties of instantaneous and equilibrium stresses, and instantaneous elastic, elastic, and viscous constants decreased. A master curve was constructed based on moving each stress relaxation curve horizontally on the basis of reference temperature (15℃) with shift factors. The master curve of Cheddar cheese had a linear temperature dependency. The modulus of elasticity decreased as the storage temperature increased. The predicted shelf life and activation energy of Cheddar cheese at different storage temperatures were calculated using the Williams-Landel- Ferry equation. The activation energy was 50.25 kcal/mol, and the expected shelf life was 15 times longer when stored at 5℃ than at 15℃.

In this study, we examined the effectiveness of in vitro fertilization of porcine immature oocytes on the embryo development of blastocysts or hatched blastocysts and the number of cells according to the in vitro fertilization conditions. In the in vitro fertilization of in vitro matured porcine oocytes, there were no significant differences between treatment groups regarding fertilization rate, blastocyst rate, and embryo development of hatched blastocysts according to the storage periods of liquid sperm of 24, 48, and 72 hours. The embryo development rate of hatched blastocysts after the fertilization according to different spermatozoa concentrations (0.4 × 10^5, 1.2 × 10^5, and 3.6 × 10^5 cells/ml) showed the highest rate in the group with a spermatozoa concentration of 1.2 × 10^5 cells/ml; in particular, this rate was significantly higher than that in the 0.4 × 10^5 cells/ml group (p<0.05). The total number of blastocysts cells as well as trophectoderms (TE) that developed in each treatment group were also significantly higher in the 1.2 ×10^5 cells/ml group than in any other groups (p<0.05). In contrast, the embryo development rate of blastocysts according to different co-incubation periods of sperm and oocyte (1, 3, and 6 hr) was high in the 6-hour group; in particular, the rate was significantly higher than that of the 1-hour group (p<0.05). Furthermore, the total number of oocytes cells and TEs that developed was significantly higher in the 6-hour group than any other group (p<0.05). In this study, the most effective treatment conditions for porcine embryo development and high cell number were found to be as follows: a sperm storage period of less than 72 hours, a spermatozoa concentration of 1.2 × 10^5 cells/ml, and a 6-hour co-incubation period for sperm and ooocyte.

Miscanthus was subjected to two-step hydrolysis under different concentrations of sulfuric-acid (first-step: 72–18%; second-step: 36 2%) for conversion to monomeric sugars and lignin-rich solid residues. Compared to native lignin isolated from Miscanthus, there were obvious reductions of phenolichydroxyl(0.5–2.6% vs. 5.9%) and methoxyl groups(3.0–13.9% vs. 16.5%) in solid residues. TGA confirmedthat thermal stability of solid residues was proportional to greater abundance of condensed ligninstructures and inversely proportional to remaining carbohydrate amount. Py-GC/MS revealed that sum oflignin derivatives (H-,G-,S-type phenols) amounted to 23–76% of the levels of MWL, meaning that ligninsin solid residues seem to be highly condensed.
Macrophages in xenotransplantation
김재영 대한이식학회 2019 Korean Journal of Transplantation Vol.33 No.4
Xenotransplantation refers to organ transplantation across species. Immune rejection of xenografts is stronger and faster than that of allografts because of significant molecular differences between species. Recent studies have revealed the involvement of macrophages in xenograft and allograft rejections. Macrophages have been shown to play a critical role in inflammation, coagulation, and phagocytosis in xenograft rejection. This review presents a recent understanding of the role of macrophages in xenograft rejection and possible strategies to control macrophage-mediated xenograft rejection.
