        Innate lymphoid cell markers: expression, localization, and regulation at the maternal-conceptus interface in pigs

        Background: The regulation of maternal immunity is critical for the establishment and maintenance of successful pregnancy. Among many cell types regulating the immune system, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are known to play an important role in innate immunity. Although some reports show that ILCs are present at the maternalconceptus interface in humans and mice, the expression and function of ILCs in the endometrium have not been studied in pigs. Methods: Thus, we determined the expression, localization, and regulation of ILC markers, CD127 (a common marker for ILCs), BCL11B (a ILC2 marker), and RORC (a ILC3 marker) at the maternal-conceptus interface in pigs. Results: The expression of BCL11B and RORC, but not CD127, in the endometrium changed during pregnancy in a stage-specific manner and the expression of CD127, BCL11B, and RORC was greatest on Day 15 during pregnancy. CD127, BCL11B, and RORC were also expressed in conceptus tissues during early pregnancy and in chorioallantoic tissues during the later stage of pregnancy. BCL11B and RORC proteins were localized to specific cells in endometrial stroma. The expression of CD127 and BCL11B, but not RORC, was increased by the increasing doses of interferon-γ (IFNG) in endometrial explants. Conclusions: These results suggest that ILCs present at the maternal-conceptus interface may play a role in the establishment and maintenance of pregnancy by regulating the innate immunity in pigs.

        일 종합병원 외과계 중환자실 환자의 섬망 발생 요인

        Purpose : This study examined the prevalence of delirium-related factors in a surgical intensive care unit (SICU). Methods : This retrospective study enrolled 73 patients who were admitted to an SICU from October 1, 2016 to March 20, 2017 and who had been hospitalized for more than 72 hours. Data was collected by reviewing electronic medical records. Results : Delirium occurred in 46 (63.0%) patients. Its related factors were age, education, mechanical ventilator, sleep, narcotics, physical restraint, and central line catheters. Conclusion : The results indicate that sleep and physical restraint are significant factors related to delirium occurrence. The results of this study can help in developing guidelines for the prevention of delirium.

        로봇청소기 산업은 꾸준한 성장세를 기록하며 차세대 유망산업으로 주목 받고 있지만 기술중심적 개발이라는 한계에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 로봇청소기는 이제 '기술 중심'에서 나아가 '사용자 중심'으로의 패러다임 변화가 필요한 때이며, 이 변화의 핵심은 사용자의 경험 가치 증대에 있다. 사용자의 경험 가치 증대를 위해서는 사용자의 다양한 사용 정황(Context)에 대한 이해와 그에 따른 니즈에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정성적 조사를 실시하여 로봇청소기 사용 컨텍스트(Context)에 영향을 미치는 요소와 사용자들의 니즈가 무엇인지 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 로봇청소기 사용의 컨텍스트를 분류하여 컨텍스트 별 사용 시나리오를 개발하였다. 이러한 사용자 경험(UX)디자인의 적용을 통해 로봇청소기 사용에 있어서의 경험 가치 증대와 향후 사용자 중심 로봇청소기 개발의 발전 가능성을 확인하였다. Robot cleaner industry recorded a steady growth and received attention as a promising next-generation industry but, it is faced with a limit such as technology-oriented development, etc. Now is the time for a paradigm change in which robot vacuum cleaner changes from 'technology-centered' to 'user- centered' one. The core of this change is to increase the value of the user experience. To do this, a variety of user experienced contexts should be understood and accordingly their needs should be reconsidered. Therefore, this study is to conduct qualitative research to figure out what factors would influence the context of the use of robot cleaner and what their needs will be, and based on this, the context of the use of robot cleaner was classified in order to develop scenario for use by context. The user experience(UX) design application increased the value of experience and indicated the future development potential of user-centered robot cleaner in the use of a robot cleaner.

        장애인 탁구팀 내 코치와 선수의 동기향상과 개인성장을 위한 코치 중심의 자율성지지 중재프로그램의 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 장애인 선수의 수행향상에 중점을 둔 자율성지지 프로그램을 현장의 지도자(코치 및 감독)에게 제공하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 장애인 탁구대표팀 코치구성원(N=6; 성별=남:3; 여:3; 평균연령=40.20; 코칭경력=5.50)을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 사전-사후 반복측정 일원분산분석을 통하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 자율성지지 연수프로그램에 3주 동안 참여 한 코치는 연수프로그램에 참여하기 전과 달리 선수에게 더욱 자율성을 지지하며, 덜 통제적으로 선수를 지도하는 것으로 나타났다. 자율성지지 연수프로그램에 참여한 코치가 지도한 선수는 4주 동안 자율성지지 코칭방식으로 훈련에 참여했으며, 그 후 심리적 욕구만족에 대한 향상과 더불어 집중력과 운동참여의 질적 향상이 이루어졌다. 코치 역시 코칭동기의 강화 및 코칭효능감의 향상, 주관적 활력의 증가, 직업만족도의 향상, 그리고 심리적-신체적 피로감의 감소로 코칭의 기능적인 측면에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 자율성지지를 위한 코치연수프로그램은 코칭행동의 긍정적인 변화와 더불어 선수의 수행과 관련된 기능적인 측면에서도 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 자율성지지 프로그램은 코치의 코칭행동을 더욱더 자율성을 지지 방식으로 그리고 덜 통제적인 방식으로 지도하는데 도움을 줄 것이며, 이런 코치의 자율성지지는 선수의 동기와 수행기능에 정적인 변화(향상)를 가져올 것으로 예상된다. The purpose of this study was experimentally to test the longitudinal effect of the intervention to design to help table tennis coaches be more autonomy-supportive toward their athletes with disabilities in the disabled sport context. Six coaches and their twenty three athletes in Icheon Sport Complex for Disabiled Athletes participated in this study. Repeated-Measures ANOVA(RM-ANOVA) revealed the intervention improved coaches’ coaching styles as being more autonomy-supportive and less controlling toward their disabled athletes. Further, table tennis athletes with disabilities of autonomy-supportive coaches benefited from received autonomy support, and those athletes highly engaged in their training session and practices. In addition, coaches whose coaching styles was more autonomy-supportive and less-controlling in their coaching practices benefited from giving autonomy support-that’s greater coaching efficacy, greater job satisfaction, higher subjective vitality, less physical-and-emotional exhaustion, and more self-determined motivation to coach in the disabled sport context. In conclusion, coach intervention program to assist coaches be more autonomy supportive toward their athletes in the disabled sport context improved coaches’ motivation and positive functioning, and enhanced the quality of disabled athletes’ concentration and engagement in their sport.

        체육 수업 상황에서 스포츠 경쟁 성향과 불링 행동의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of present study was to examine the relations between bullying behaviors (i.e. bully and victim experience) and contesting orientations (i.e. the partnership and war orientations) of adolescent students in the physical education (PE). Methods: A sample of 227 middle and high school students responded to the surveys regarding the contesting orientation an bullying behaviors in the PE. Based on the collected data, we tested the validity, reliability, correlation, and regression. Results: The results showed that partnership orientation negatively predicted the victim experience of the bullying, whereas, the war orientation positively predicted the bully and victim experience of the bullying. In addition, high school students scored significantly higher on levels of perceived bully and victim experience than did middle school students. Moreover, high school students scored higher on the war orientation than did middle school students. Conclusion: Overall, results of the present study suggest that the contesting orientation of adolescent students is closely related to bullying behaviors in PE. The findings also suggests that partnership and war orientations are important variables to prevent/reduce the bully-victim experiences in PE.

        체육 교사의 소통방식이 청소년의 생활기술에 미치는 영향 : 심리적 욕구의 매개역할

        The purpose of present study was to test the mediating role of psychological needs between teacher interpersonal communication styles and student life skills in physical education (PE) context. PE Students (n=395) aged 13-17 year old participated in this study and completed the pack of questionnaire. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the hypothesized model proposed in this study. Results showed that teacher autonomy support was positively associated with student psychological need satisfaction and life skills development, whereas it was negatively related to student psychological need frustration and maladaptive behavior. The relationship between teacher autonomy and student life skill was fully mediated by student psychological need satisfaction, whereas the psychological need frustration did not mediate the relationship between autonomy support and school-social dysfunction. In conclusion, teacher autonomy support played the important role on student psychological experience which is positively related to life skill. The findings suggest that PE teacher autonomy support is the stronger predictor of the bright side of student motivation (need satisfaction) to develop life skills. More details and future directions were discussed.

        체육교사의 유연한 소통방식이 소진과 교수 그릿에 미치는 영향: 군집으로 보는 교사 개인의 유형 분석

        목적: 이 연구는 체육교사의 자율성지지와 통제적 소통방식에 대한 체육교사의 혜택 및 효과성에 대해 확인하고자 양적연구와 질적연구를 활용한 혼합연구방법을 통해 교사의 소통방식, 교수 그릿과 소진의 관계를 규명하였다. 방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 전국의 소재 초·중·고등학교의 체육교사를 대상으로 일차적으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이차적 분석으로 심층 집단 인터뷰를 통해 결과에 대한 객관화 및 정당화시킬 수 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한, 교사의 소통방식 스타일에 따라 군집으로 구분하고 그 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 군집분석, 중다회귀분석을 수행하였다. 결과: 첫째, 체육교사의 소통방식에 따라 4가지 군집으로 구분되었으며, 통계적으로 자율성지지 소통방식이 높은 2군집과 4군집은 자율성지지 소통방식이 평균보다 낮은 1군집, 3군집에 비해 소진이 낮고 그릿은 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과에서 자율성지지 소통방식은 교사의 소진에 부적 상관 및 영향력을 미치며, 교수 그릿에는 정적 상관 및 영향력을 미쳤다. 셋째 반대로 통제적 소통방식은 그릿에 부적상관, 소진에는 정적상관 및 영향력을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론: 교사가 학생들을 대할 때 자율성지지 소통방식을 주로 사용하고 통제적 소통방식의 사용을 감소 할 때 교사는 교육활동에 대한 소진을 덜 느끼며 교수 그릿을 유지할 수 있다는 사실을 보여준다. Purpose: The objective of this study was to determine the benefit and efficacy for physical education instructors using autonomy support opposed to regulative mode of communication. Methods: The relationship between two types of communication styles (autonomy supportive style and controlling style) and two positive and negative outcomes (teacher grit and burn-out) were investigated through combined research strategy using both qualitative (cross-sectional) and quantitative (in-depth interview) methods. To achieve this objective, the online survey was conducted among elementary, middle, and high school physical education teachers over the course semester. Additionally, an in-depth interview among PE teachers was made to draw conclusions based on the survey’s results with objectivity and justification. Quantitative data collected from teachers were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0, including the cluster analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: First, PE teacher communication styles were categorized into four different groups. PE teachers in group 2 and group 4 were more autonomy supportive toward their students and revealed the higher level of grit and the lower level of burn-out compared to those in group 1 and group 3. Second, teacher autonomy-supportive communication style was negatively correlated with teacher burn-out and positively correlated with the grit in PE instruction. Finally, controlling communication style was positively correlated with the experience of teacher burn-out and negatively correlated with the grit in PE context. Conclusion: When instructors were relatively more autonomy-supportive and less controlling toward their students, they experienced less burn-out and were at higher level of grit in teaching students in PE context.

        체육수업에서의 학생들의 친사회적 행동과 반사회적 행동이 교사의 상호소통방식에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the precedence factor of the influences on the teachers interpersonal communication styles (i.e., autonomy supportive and controlling communication style). For this way, we examined the relation between teachers interpersonal communication styles and students pro and antisocial behaviors. In the study, 200 middle and high school students participated and completed the questionnaires. In correlational and regression analyses, students prosocial behavior was positively associated with teachers autonomy supportive communication style and negatively with teachers controlling communication style. Whereas students antisocial behavior was positively associated with teachers controlling communication style and negatively with autonomy supportive communication style. The results indicated that students prosocial behavior was a very well predictor of teachers autonomy supportive communication style than their controlling communication style, while students antisocial behavior was a stronger predictor of teachers controlling communication style than their autonomy communication style in the physical education filed. In conclusion, students pro and antisocial behaviors play important role to promote their teachers interpersonal communication style. In overall, through this verification, it is verified that the image training has a positive effect on the class for whom physical education prep students.

        체육교사와 동료들에 의해 조성된 동기분위기가 학습자의 동기와 도덕적 행동에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 성취목표이론과 자기결정이론에서 제시된 교사와 동료가 조성하는 동기분위기가 학생들의 동기(심리적 욕구만족과 욕구좌절), 도덕적 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하였다. 경기도에 재학중인 중학생 403명을 대상으로 교사의 자율성지지, 동료의 또래동기분위기, 심리적 욕구만족, 욕구좌절과 도덕적 행동에 대한 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 교사의 자율성지지와 동료의 과제중심 동기분위기 요인은 심리적 욕구만족 및 친사회적 행동과 정적 상관을 보였다. 반면에 교사의 통제적 방식과 동료의 자아중심 동기분위기 요인은 심리적 욕구좌절 및 반사회적 행동과 정적 상관을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석에서도 교사의 자율성지지와 동료의 과제중심 동기분위기는 심리적 욕구만족과 친사회적 행동을 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자아중심 동기분위기는 심리적 욕구좌절과 반사회적 행동을 잘 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 주요타자에 의해서 조성되는 긍정적인 동기분위기(자율성지지, 과제중심 동기분위기)는 학생들의 심리적 욕구만족과 친사회적 행동을 촉진시킬 수 있지만, 부정적인 동기분위기(통제적, 자아중심 동기분위기)는 심리적 욕구좌절과 반사회적 행동을 야기할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 결론적으로 교사와 동료와 같은 주요타자는 학습자들의 동기뿐 아니라 도덕성에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 보여준다. Objective: Grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and Achievement Goal Theory (AGT), the purpose of this study was to examine whether teacher- (i.e., autonomous support vs. controlling) and peer-created motivational climates (i.e., task-involving and ego-involving climates) were related to students’ brighter and darker side of motivation—namely psychological need satisfaction and need frustration, and moral behavior (i.e., pro-social and anti-social behaviors) in physical education (PE) setting. Method: Students (n=403) were asked to complete questionnaires to assess the perceptions of teacher autonomy support, peer motivational climate, psychological need satisfaction and need frustration, and pro-social and anti-social behaviors in PE context. Results: As results, teacher autonomy support had a meaningful direct relation with psychological need satisfaction and need frustration, and pro-social behavior. Peer task-involving also had a positive direct relation with psychological need satisfaction and pro-social behavior. On the contrary, teacher control had a direct relation with psychological need frustration but not with anti-social behaviors, while ego-involving had a meaningful direct relation with psychological need frustration and anti-social behavior. Those findings reflected that teacher autonomy support and peer task-involving motivational climate positively predicted brighter sides of motivation and outcome, whereas teacher control and peer ego-involving motivational climate negatively predicted darker sides of motivation and outcomes. Conclusion: In overall, the results suggest that the teacher autonomy support and peer task-involving motivational climate are strong predictors of brighter side of motivation, which in turn better predicts positive outcomes, whereas teacher control and peer ego-involving motivational climate are strong predictors of darker side of motivation, which in turn better predicts negative outcomes in PE context.
