        Braced frames are a popular framing system for resisting to seismic loads in buildings because braced frame can provide large lateral stiffness and strength than moment frames. Hollow Square Section(HSS) members are one of the most efficient sections of compression members and bracing members. In this experimental study. Specimens were designed according to the AISC LRFD manual. The major parameter of these specimens is a width-thickness ratio. In this study three specimens were made for each test parameters to account for the variability of test results. The nine full-scale test specimens were tested using a quasi-static cyclic loading. This study modified the standard loading history in SAC to make it adequate for a bracing member test.

        동영상을 활용한 복합운동 프로그램이 남자초등학생의 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a video-based combined exercise program on health-related physical fitness among male elementary school students. A comparative analysis was used as a research method. 18 students in the combined exercise group using video (CEGV, 11.1±0.9 yrs) and 17 students in the combined exercise group (CEG, 11.2±0.8 yrs) participated in the exercise programs three times a week for eight weeks. For the data processing of this study, the Mean (M) and standard deviation (SD) were calculated for each variable using SPSS Version 27.0, and an independent t-test was conducted for a test of the homogeneity between the groups. In the group, a paired t-test was performed for the pre and post-exercise effect test, and the significance level (α) was set to .05. As a result of the interaction effect, the interaction effect was found in the LBM (p<.05), but it did not appear for the rest. In the change of hand grip(R), there was no main effect in CEGV and CEG. In terms of the change in muscle endurance, CEGV (p<.01) and CEG (p<.01) showed significant differences, respectively. With regard to the change in flexibility, there was no main effect in CEGV and CEG. Regarding the changes in cardiopulmonary endurance, there was no significant difference in CEGV, but there was a significant difference in CEG (p<.05). With respect to the change in body f at r ate, there was no main e ffect in CEGV and CEG. In terms of the change in paper fat, there was no significant difference in CEGV, but there was a significant difference in CEG (p<.05). As a result of eight weeks of complex exercise and video-watching composite exercise for male elementary school students, the intensity of exercise was 36.7% HRR, 37.2% HRR, 48.1% HRR, and 57.9% HRR, respectively. In terms of health-related physical fitness, the study revealed that during the developmental period, exercise groups led by instructors had a greater impact on children compared to individual exercising while watching instructional exercise videos.

        장기간 중·고강도의 수영운동과 복합운동에 따른 사춘기 이전 남자초등학생의 신체조성과 남성호르몬 및 성장호르몬의 변화

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of swimming and combined exercises for 32-week on body composition, testosterone and growth hormone of pre-pubescent elementary school boys. A total of thirty boys who live in Jin-gu, Busan metropolitan city participated the experiment. There were 10 in swimming exercise group (11.0±1.1 yrs), 10 in combined exercise group (10.7±0.8 yrs) and control group (11.6±0.8 yrs), respectively. Both swimming exercise group and combined exercise group were trained for an hour at three times a week for 32-week. For the statistical analysis, SPSS Ver. 21.0 was used to get mean(M) and standard deviation(SD). One-way ANOVA was applied to confirm the homogeneous test for physical character and dependent variable among 3 groups. To verify mean difference of 3 groups, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used. If interaction appeared, changes within 3 groups was analyzed by using one-way ANOVA for the periods. The statistical significance level was set at .05. According to the research, when it comes to elementary school boys in 11-13, the exercise that has an affect on %fat of body-composition is not control group and swimming exercise group but combined exercise group. Therefore, moderate-vigorous intensity combined exercise including resistance training and aerobics exercise is recommended to the pre-puberty as to have a positive affect on %fat.

        저강도 저항운동이 근감소증과 근감소성 비만인 고령여성의 Fullerton 상급균형능력과 균형자신감 검사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate any changes in fullerton advanced balance(FAB) and balance efficacy scale(BES) in exercise intervention according to low-intensity resistance exercise for 16 weeks. The subjects of the study were women aged 75 older living in Jin-gu, Busan, who were selected for sarcopenia and sarcopenic obesiry by diagnosis of sarcopenia (ASM/height, kg/h²; 5.38 or less) and sarcopenia obesity (ASM/weight, % ; 25.6% or less, % fat, % ; 30% or less). The participants were randomly assigned into 4 groups; sarcopenia resistance exercise group (S-RG; n=10, 75.7±3.0 yrs), sarcopenia control group (S-G; n=12, 77.2±2.8 yrs), sarcopenia obesity resistance exercise group (n=11, 76.5±3.3 yrs), sarcopenia obesity control group(n=12, 76.1±2.9 yrs). For the statistical analysis, such as t-test, and Two-Way Repeated measures ANOVA was calculated using SPSS Version 27.0. As a result of this study, the interaction effect with the interaction effect was shown in the FAB and BES test. Based on the research results, the low intensity resistance exercise program using dumbbells seems to play an important role as an exercise program in improving balance ability and physical activity for elderly women with sarcopenia and sarcopenia obesity in community centers, elderly welfare facilities, and homes.

        형태와 빈도에 따른 저강도 운동이 근감소증 비만 고령여성의 신체조성 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate any changes in body composition, such as muscle mass, %fat, and bone density, in exercise intervention according to the frequency of low-intensity aerobic exercise and resistance exercise for 16 weeks. The subjects of the study were women aged over 75 yrs older living in Jin-gu, Busan, who were selected for sarcopenia by diagnosis of sarcopenia (ASM/weight, % ; 25.6% or less) and obesity (% fat, % ; 30% or over), Through drawing lots, a total of 104 people participated in the experiment, 29 people were eliminated from the pre-test measurement. And 29 people were excluded from the exercise intervention. The participants were randomly assigned into 5 groups; low intensity aerobic exercise 3 times per week group (n=10, 75.6±3.5 yrs), low intensity aerobic exercise 5 times per week group (n=8, 74.2±3.9 yrs), low intensity resistance exercise 3 times per week group (n=10, 75.4±3.7 yrs), low intensity resistance exercise 5 times per week group(n=8, 75.6±4.1 yrs) and a control group (n=10, 77.7±3.8 years). For the statistical analysis, such as One-Way ANOVA, t-test, and Two-Way Repeated measures ANOVA was calculated using SPSS Version 22.0. To verify mean differences between the 5 groups, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used. As a result of the study, the interaction effect of the group and time period of %fat was shown (p<.05), As a result of post-verification, A5-G and R5-G were higher than CG. In the change in the main effect of the time period within the group, there was a significant decrease in A5-G (p<.001) and R5-G (p<.01). And in the change in LBM, there were no interaction effects and main effects. And the interaction effect was not shown in the change in Total BMD, but a significant decrease was shown in R3-G (p<.01) and CG (p<.05) in the change in the main effect. Based on the research results, The interaction effect of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise 5 times a week was shown in the body fat rate change according to the low intensity form and frequency of exercise for 16 weeks in elderly women with muscle fat and bone density. However, through this study, there is a significant decrease in bone density in older women in the control group and aerobic exercise and resistance exercise group conducted three times a week, so it seems to play a role in suppressing fat and bone density due to aging.

        16주간 저강도 운동의 유형과 빈도가 근감소증 비만 여성노인의 기능체력에 대한 변화

        This research was to compare and analyze the changes in type and frequency of low intensity exercise on senior fitness test in sarcopenic obesity elderly women. Elderly female participants who live in Jgu, B metropolitan city were recruited for the study. The participants were randomly assigned into 5 groups; low intensity aerobic exercise 3 times per week group (n=14, 74.7±4.1 age), low intensity aerobic exercise 5 times per week group (n=12, 72.7±4.6 age), low intensity resistance exercise 3 times per week group (n=17, 74.2±4.4 age), low intensity resistance exercise 5 times per week group(n=13, 73.8±5.2 age) and a control group (n=18, 72.4±4.3 age). For the statistical analysis, such as One-Way ANOVA, t-test, and Two-Way Repeated measures ANOVA was calculated using SPSS Version 22.0. To verify mean differences between the 5 groups, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used. If there was an interaction, the changes within 5 groups was analyzed using and paired t-test was used to compare between the before and after condition. There were significant interactions for 30-second chair stand (p<.001), 30-second arm curl (p<.001), back scratch (p<.01), 2.44m up-and-go (p<.001) and 2-minute step (p<.001). To summarize the results of the study, three times a week with low-intensity aerobic exercise and resistance exercise group were more positive on senior fitness test. But generally, five times a week with low-intensity aerobic exercise and resistance exercise group were more positive on fitness.

        32주간 중·고강도의 수영운동과 복합운동이 사춘기 이전 남자 초등학생의 건강관련체력과 신체적 자아개념 형성의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to find out about health-related physical fitness and physical selfconcept in 32 weeks of moderate to vigorous intensity swimming and combined exercise for male elementary school students before puberty. The subjects of the study consisted of 4th to 6th grade male elementary school students living in Jin-gu, Busan, with Turner stage 1 students. A total of 23 people participants in the study, including 9 swimming, 9 combined exercise and 8 control groups. In health-related fitness, interaction effects were shown in muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. In the physical self-concept, interaction effects were shown in regular exercise and total score. When elementary school boys before puberty were given moderate and vigorous intensity swimming and combined exercise, It was higher than control groups in terms of muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility among healthrelated fitness factors. And in cardiopulmonary endurance, combined exercise is higher than swimming group, and swimming group is higher than control group, so combined exercise is recommended to improve cardiopulmonary endurance. Among the physical self-concept factors, the combined exercise group was higher than the control group in regular exercise, and the total score was higher in swimming and combined exercise group. As a result, changes in physical self-concept have been shown to have a positive effect on preadolescent children by swimming and combined exercise.

        스트릿댄스의 사상적 근원과 예술적 가치 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to examine the ideological roots of street dancing and explore the artistic value of street dancing. The study was conducted in the following perspectives. First, we explore how street culture, the ideological source of street dance, has been created and evolved. As a result, Street Culture is a subculture of Hispanics and blacks in the United States, whose true meaning is to deny their reality and society according to the times, resembling a spirit of hope for peace and freedom, not antisocial. I could see that it was a culture of youth entertainment and lifestyle itself. Second, to consider the artistic value of street dance, the artistic value of street dance was variously considered by applying each definition to the examples of street dance, including six theories(Imitationism, Expressionism, Formalism,The Impossibility of Art Justice, Institutionism, Pluralism) representing art definitions defined by many philosophers from ancient times to modern times. The results show that street dancing includes all the universal definitions of art represented by philosophers from ancient times to modern times. Although discussing artistic value through the universal definition of art as a study in the field of dance art is not a new perspective, street dance, which is already recognized as an artistic activity in the field of art, unfortunately lacks academic research. Therefore, this study aims to record street dancing as an academic foundation for moving toward one of the new arts in the field of dance and art, if not from a new perspective.
