        맥파 스트레스와 한국인 직무스트레스의 상관관계 분석 - 도시철도 건설종사자를 대상으로

        The study measured a subway construction worker's Macpa stress by Heart Rate Variability measuring instrument and conducted a survey of Korean job stress from subway construction workers. Also, the study analyzed the relationship between Macpa stress index and Korean job stress result and suggested managing stress method for each item. According to National Statistical Office data, the first line subway in Seoul was started to open in 1974. The extended total length is 996 kilometers until 2019. Many aged workers are currently working at subway construction sites due to the avoidance of young workers since the past until now. It means that the elderly has a substantial portion among subway construction workers. The productivity has been adversely affected by health problems due to the aging of workers, job stress due to heavy work, and personal health problems. So, the regulation and policies on job stress health management are being strengthened. The data were measured Macpa stress by machine measuring heart rate variability and conducted Korean job stress survey(shortened) from Sa-sang to Ha-dan line Busan subway construction workers for analyzing the relationship. Independent variable were age, job duration, job position, employment type, working type in this study. Macpa’s dependent variable was stress index and Korean job stress survey(shortened)’s dependent variables were job requirements, job autonomy, relationship conflict, job instability, organizational structure, inappropriate compensation, working place culture, and total score. SPSS 12.0 K Statistics Program was used for statistical analysis. Kruskal-wallis test, a nonparametric statistical analysis, was used because the data are difficult to be assumed as normal distribution. As a result, the paper indicated the significant correlation between Macpa stress index and Korean job stress(short version). The elderly workers presented higher Macpa index and higher job stress due to aging and heavy-duty work. The majority workers were daily workers who had unstable working condition and uncertainty about the future. The study suggested a manual that could reduce job stress for subway construction workers and future study deriving management tool through analyzing job stress factor is necessary.

        USB 다중 신호 전송 시스템

        최근 컴퓨터에서 DVI(Digital Visual Interface), 오디오, 비디오, USB(Universal Serial Bus), 랜(LAN) 등의 다양한 신호를 동시에 전송할 필요성이 요구됨에 따라 케이블이 복잡해지고 확장성 등의 문제점이 제기 되고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 하나의 USB 케이블을 이용하여 컴퓨터의 영상, 음성, USB, 랜 등의 신호를 분배 할 수 있는 하나의 USB 다중 신호 전송 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 따라서, USB 다중 신호 전송을 위해 단일 USB 신호를 DVI, 오디오, 다중 USB, 랜으로 변환하는 변환기 모듈들을 구현하였다. 이는 USB 방식으로 DVI 포트를 지원하며, 최대 1920 * 1080 해상도를 지원한다. USB 다중 신호 전송 시스템은 하나의 케이블로 다수의 신호를 전송하여 각종 케이블의 설치 비용이 절감되고, 화면 복제 기능을 이용하여 학교 및 학원 등에서 강의 편의 제공 및 컴퓨터 주변 포트의 확장성을 제공할 것이다. In recent years, the need to simultaneously transmit a variety of signals, such as DVI(Digital Visual Interface), audio, video, USB(Universal Serial Bus), LAN from the computer is required. So the cable complexity and scalability issues have been raised. In this paper, this signal can be distributed using a single USB cable, computer, video, audio, USB, LAN, one USB multi-signal transmission system was designed and implemented. USB multi-signal transmission was implemented in order to convert a single DVI, audio, and multiple USB, LAN, USB signal converter modules. This USB DVI port supports up to 1920 * 1080 resolution. USB multi-signal transmission system by sending multiple signals into a single cable installation costs of the various cable and using the replication feature of the screen, will provide schools and institutes, etc., providing the convenience of the river, and the scalability of computer peripheral ports.

        무선 USB 기술을 활용한 무선웹캠 구현 및 적용방법

        최근 들어 스마트 TV나 안드로이드 셋톱박스의 보급이 확대되면서, 기존 컴퓨터에서 구동되던 Skype등 인터넷 전화를 스마트TV나 셋톱박스를 통해 사용할 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 다양한 화상 교육 프로그램이 출시되고 있다. 하지만 기존 웹캠을 활용하게 되면, 사용자는 스마트TV나 셋톱박스 앞으로 이동하여 사용 해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 환경 변화에 따른 기존 웹캠의 문제점을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 제안기술은 기존 컴퓨터 앞이 아닌 거실처럼 사용자와 TV간 거리가 떨어져 있는 경우 사용이 가능한 무선 웹캠 구현에 관한 기술이다. 실험결과 다소 거리의 문제에 대한 단점은 존재하였으나, 거실과 같은 근거리 사용상에서는 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. These days as smart TVs or android set top boxes have come into wide use, VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) services such as the Skype which can beused on computer system, can be also accessed by smart TVs or set top boxes. and the various kinds of distance learning programs have been developed on smart TVs or set top boxes. but when users have utilized a webcam with smart TVs or set top boxes, users have to go in front of smart TVs or set top boxes In this research paper, the new technology can be solved the problem of webcam use according to chaned environment. This tech is related with the wireless webcam one which can be applicable to open spaces such as living room with some distance between user and smart TV. There are few problems in long distance the test results show high reliability in living room with some distance.

        도시철도 건설종사자의 맥파 스트레스 지수와 작업능력 지수 분석

        Metro subway construction is a field that requires a great deal of professional manpower. The aging of professionals has a negative impact on both productivity and health, owing to poor working environments, heavy lifting, underground work, and other factors. To address this issue, the government is progressively revising and enforcing health management law and regulation in the construction industry. Thus, the job stress and work ability of many professional subway construction workers, who are rapidly aging, are being analyzed to ensure their safety and improve their health. In this study, the Macpa stress index of Busan Metro Subway construction workers from Sasang to Hadan line was measured by using a Macpa measurement machine, and a work ability survey was conducted by using the questionnaire that was developed by the FIOH. The independent variables were age, years of service, job position, employment type, and occupation. While, the dependent variables were the Macpa stress index and work ability. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used because it was difficult to assume that the statistics of this study represented a normal distribution. The results showed that age, job position, and employment type affected Macpa stress index and revealed that as the age of the workers increased, their stress levels increased as well. Additionally, job position and employment type affected the work ability of the metro subway construction workers. In terms of job position, the technical engineers were under a lot of stress, and whereas the managers had the best work ability. The technical engineers were more stressed than the other workers because of a poor working environment. In terms of employment type, daily workers were under more stress and lower work ability than others.

        맥파 스트레스 지수를 활용한 도시철도 건설공사자의 안전보건관리 방안에 관한 연구

        South Korea will soon be a super-aged society, as more than 20.6% of its population will be 65 years and older by 2025. As of 2022, 17.5% of the total population in South Korea is 65 years and older, which exceeds the set threshold for an aged society, where more than 14% of the population is 65 years and older. The proportion of older subway construction workers has increased. Aging workers and their work stress negatively impact their workability. A previous study demonstrated that the stress index measured using the uBioMacpa measurement device (Macpa stress index) had a significant correlation with work stress in South Korea. The device tests vascular health and measures stress levels via Macpa signal analysis. In this study, the pulse waves of subway construction workers were measured using uBioMacpa to identify their stress levels. The stress levels were analyzed by age, years of service, job position, employment type, and work type. Herein, these statistics could not be easily represented by a normal distribution; therefore, the Kruskal–Wallis test, a nonparametric statistical method, was used for the analysis of data. The results showed that age, job position, employment type, and working type affected the Macpa stress index and the stress levels of workers increased with age. In terms of job position, technical engineers were more stressed than other workers because of their poor working environment. In terms of employment type, daily-wage workers were more stressed than other workers. In terms of working type, tunneling, waterproofing, and construction scored the highest Macpa stress indexes without any significant difference, whereas earthworks scored the lowest. Based on the analysis of Macpa stress index, safety and health management plans were proposed to reduce the stress levels of workers. Moreover, a manual for efficient stress management must be developed for subway construction workers.

        중대재해처벌법의 위헌적 요소에 대한 개선방안

        중대재해처벌법은 첫째, 안전 · 보건 확보의무의 수범자가 누구인가 둘째, 중대재해 발생의 결과에 있어서 안전 · 보건 확보의무의 고의(故意)가 있었는가 셋째, 의무위반과 결과 발생 간에 인과관계가 인정되는가 등 다양한 해석상의 쟁점이 존재한다. 실제 동 법을 위반하여 기소된 기업체에서 동 법의 위헌(違憲)을 다투는 헌법소원을 제기하였다. 중대재해처벌법의 법안 내용은 위헌성, 명확성 등 법리적으로 문제가 있다는 의견이 제기되고 있어 쟁점에 대하여 법리적 검토가 필요하다. 중대재해처벌법은 불명확한 내용이 많아 법 실무 및 산업현장에서 법 해석에 많은 논란이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 중대재해처벌법에서 위헌적인 부분은 없는지에 대하여 헌법재판소 결정례와 대법원 판례를 검토하고 경영계, 법원, 법무부, 전문가로부터 제기되고 있는 다양한 법리를 검토하여 위헌적 요소를 파악하고 산업현장에서 적용되어야 하는 적합한 법리의 개선안은 무엇인지 살펴본다. 세부 개선방안으로 첫째, 경영책임자는 실질적으로 안전보건에 관한 업무를 담당하는 사람으로 개선이 필요하고 정부조직법에 따른 중앙행정기관에 해당하지 않는 법원, 국회 등 다른 헌법기관의 장을 포함해야 하고 둘째, 안전 및 보건 확보의무 이행에 관한 조치에 특수형태 근로자를 포함하는 개선방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 사업 또는 사업장의 안전 · 보건에 관한 관리상의 조치, 안전보건 교육의 실시 등의 구체적인 사항을 포함하는 개선방안이 필요하고 넷째, 법 인격 없는 단체를 포함하는 개선방안을 제시한다. 향후 본 법의 제정 목적에 부합되도록 정부, 경영계, 노동계가 협력하여 개선방안을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 헌법의 규정에 부합하고 본 법의 목적을 충족하도록 보완 입법이 이루어져 본 법이 정착되어야 할 것이다. 또한 중대재해처벌법의 개선을 통하여 처벌보다는 예방에 초점을 맞춰 사고를 방지하는 도구가 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위헌적 요소의 분석 및 기업의 법적 대응 쟁점에 대한 분석을 통하여 위헌적 요소에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The serious accidents punishment act has various interpretive issues, including, first, who is responsible of the duty to secure safety and health, second, whether there was intentional violation of the duty to secure safety and health in the outcome of a serious accident, and third, whether the relationship between the violation of the duty and the outcome is recognized. A company that was actually prosecuted for violating the Act filed a constitutional petition challenging the unconstitutionality of the act. There are opinions that there are legal issues such as the constitutionality and clarity of the contents of the act, and it is necessary to conduct a legal review of the issues. There is a lot of controversy over the interpretation of the serious accidents punishment act in legal practice and industry due to its unclear content. Therefore, we examine the constitutional court and supreme court precedents to determine whether there are any unconstitutional parts of the serious accident punishment act, and examine various legal principles raised by the business community, courts, the ministry of justice, and experts to identify unconstitutional elements and improve suitable legal principles that should be applied in industrial sites. As a detailed improvement plan, first, the responsible managing officer should be changed to the person who actually in charge of safety and health measures, second, the courts and national assembly which are not central administrative agencies should include their head officers, third, the special types of workers should be included in implement the obligation to ensure safety and health. Fourth, improvements should include specifics such as the managerial instruction and education of safety and health in business or workplaces, fifth, improvements should be made to include unincorporated organizations. In the future, the government, the business community, and the labor community need to work together to find ways to improve the act, and complementary legislation should be enacted to ensure that the Act is consistent with the provisions of the Constitution and fulfills its purpose. In addition, the serious accidents punishment act should be improved to focus on prevention rather than punishment and become a tool for preventing accidents. In this paper, we have analyzed the unconstitutional elements of the act and the issues of legal responses of companies to suggest ways to improve the unconstitutional elements.

        무선 영상 송수신 단말기용 UWB 안테나 설계 및 구현

        UWB(Ultra-WideBand)는 대역별로 배타적 주파수 이용 권한이 부여되는 방식을 탈피하여 매우 넓은 주파수 대역을 활용하면서도 기존에 해당 주파수를 사용하고 있는 다른 서비스에 주파수 간섭을 일으키지 않는 기술 방식이면서 동시에 수백 Mbps 이상의 데이터 전송률을 실현 할 수 있는 기술로 무궁무진한 발전 가능성을 가진 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 UWB의 기술 일반에 대한 이해와 더불어 기술 동향에 대해 연구하고, UWB 통신에 사용되는 안테나를 분석하고 무선 영상 송수신용 단말기에 적용 가능한 UWB용 소형 안테나를 설계 및 구현하였다. Deviating from the exclusive frequency assignment, UWB has utilized much wider frequency range, worked independently without interfering other frequencies, and simultaneously enabled to increase more than hundreds of Mbps data transmission rate. In considering its high data rate and no interference, UWB certainly has an infinite and technical potential. In this paper, we studied the UWB technology as well as its technological trend, analyzed UWB antenna, and actualized a small antenna for wireless video streaming devices.

      • 다구찌 실험 계획법을 이용한 광통신용 지르코니아(ZrO₂) 페룰의 연삭조건 최적화 실험

        In this paper, the effects of grinding conditions on the surface roughness of ZrO₂ ferrule applying to the optical fiber connector were investigated. The mesh number of grindstone, the grinding speed and the time schedule during grinding were regarded as main cutting parameters that have an effect on the surface roughness. And then, optimal combinations for chamfering grinding were obtained by using the Taguchi method. In addition, analytic values for maximum surface roughness (R<SUB>max</SUB>) estimated by the theoretical equations which were derived from the formative model of surface roughness on the chamfering grinding were compared with those of the experiments.
