        일개 보건소에서 시행한 중풍에 대한 한의 진료의 효과분석

        Objectives: In 2019, we conducted a 12-week public health promotion program on the use of Korean medical treatments for elderly people who are at potential risk for stroke. A significant improvement effect was obtained through the program. The objective of this study was to report the results of this public health promotion program. Methods: Fifty people participated in the program. The participants were received herbal medicine and acupuncture treatments for stroke prevention for 12 weeks. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and body fat were evaluated twice. A questionnaire was used to assess the European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions (EQ-5D) score, the stroke danger signs, the recognition of stroke signs, and treatment satisfaction. Results: During the 12-week Korean medical treatment program, systolic blood pressure was significantly decreased by 119.40±19.32 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure was decreased by 79.80±8.92 mmHg, and weight was decreased by 58.24±9.70 Kg. The EQ-5D score was increased by 13.82±1.22 and the stroke danger signs score was increased by 26.76±3.59. Sex and EQ-5D score, stroke danger signs score, weight, and body fat were correlated. Age and weight were correlated. Conclusions: For elderly people with the potential risk for stroke, the 12-week Korean medical treatment program was effective and their satisfaction with the treatment was high. This study has significance because this is an unusual report in Korea on the effect of a Korean medical treatment program for stroke using a Korean medicine public health promotion.

      • Relativization vs. Complementation: Some Diagnoses

        일반 언어이론에서 절복합명사구(clausal complex noun phrase)는 해당 절 안에 핵어(head)에 상응하는 공백(gap)이 존재하는가 여부에 따라 관계절(relative clause)과 명사 보문절(noun complement clause)로 구분된다. 하지만 이 구분법이 한국어에서는 적용될 수가 없는 바, 이는 한국어에는 공백이 없는 관계절 유형이 존재하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이런 특성을 전제하면서 통사적, 의미적, 형태론적 측면을 모두 고려하여 한국어의 관계절과 명사 보문절을 구분하는 몇 가지 진단법을 제시한다. 이 진단법은 관계절과 명사 보문절이 절복합명사구 축의 양끝을 차지하고 그 사이에는 여러 중간 유형들이 서로 다양한 특성들을 교차 공유하며 존재하고 있음을 보여 준다. 끝으로 본 논문은 일반 통사연구의 필수 요소인 보어의 개념(complementhood)이 재고되어야 함을 제안한다.

      • Type-hierarchical Analysis of Gapless Relative Clauses in Korean

        본 논문은 한국어 등 동아시아 언어에 존재하는 비공백(gapless) 관계절 구문의 특성을 살피고, 핵어중심구구조문법(HPSG) 이론 틀 안에서 그 특성에 대한 이론적 설명을 제공한다. 필자는 먼저 비공백 관계절이 정말로 공백(gap)을 갖고 있지 않음과 일반 명사보문절과는 다름을 증명하고, 형식의미론적 고찰을 통해 비공백 관계절과 명사보문절은 전혀 다른 구문임을 보인다. 또한 비공백 관계절에는 원인-결과(cause and effect), 사건-귀결(event and result), 행위-감정(action and emotion) 등 세 가지 유형이 존재함과 적절한 설명을 위해 화용론적 제약이 필요함이 보여 진다. 이런 고찰을 바탕으로 본 논문은 유형-위계적 분석을 제시하고, 부록에서 비공백 관계절 구문이 최소회귀의미론(MRS)의 엄격한 의미론적 제약을 통해 그 보편성과 특수성이 설명될 수 있음을 보인다.

        한의약 건강증진 사업의 현황과 발전방안 연구

        Objectives: We conducted research on 100 cases of Korean medical health promotion programs to determine how they work. The objective was to report trends in such programs and, by extension, to suggest a development plan for the Korean medical public health program. Methods: To research 100 Korean medical health promotion programs, we analyzed source data published by the Korea Health Promotion Institute in 2014-2018 using 10 criteria. Results & conclusions: Based on effective trends, the development of a Korean medical public health program requires the following options. First, we should complement the systems with related legislation and deal with Korean medical doctors who mainly participate in public health programs. Second, we should improve the infrastructure of the program with internal support from the Korean medical association and clarifying the legal basis of the national budget. Third, we should seek substantiality of public health programs. Korean medical doctors should actively participate in the program, and related agencies should support the public health care center for the development of Korean medical public health programs in which many people can participate.

        비행마하수와 형상에 따른 초음속 항공기 표면온도 변화

        Stealth technology of combat aircraft is most significant capability in recent air battlefield. As the detector of IR missiles is being developed, IR stealth capability which is evaluated by IR signature level become more important than it was in previous generation. Among IR signature of aircraft from various sources, aerodynamic heating dominates in long-wavelength IR spectrum of $8{\sim}12{\mu}m$. Skin temperature change by aerodynamic heating which is derived by effects of Mach number and structure. The 4th and 5th generation aircraft are selected for calculation of the skin temperature, and its height and velocity in numerical conditions are 10,000 m and Ma 0.9~1.9 respectively. Aircraft skin temperature is calculated by computing convection of fluid and conduction, convection and radiation of surface. As the aircraft accelerates to higher Mach number, maximum skin temperature increases more rapidly than average temperature and temperature distribution changes in more sharp, interactive ways. The 4th generation aircraft whose shape is more complex than that of the 5th generation aircraft have complicated temperature distribution. On the other hand, the 5th generation aircraft whose shape is relatively simple shows plain temperature distribution and lower skin temperature in terms of both average and maximum value.

        대기/배경에 따른 계절별 항공기 적외선 방사 특성

        Infrared(IR) guided heat-seeking missiles uses IR emissions from aircraft to detect and track a target. Due to passive characteristic of the IR guidance, early detection of the missile is difficult and it is significant threat to aircraft survivability. Therefore, IR signature prediction of the aircraft is an important aspect of the stealth technology. In this study, we simulated IR signature of the aircraft in real atmospheric conditions. Aircraft surface temperature distribution was calculated by using RadthermIR code. Based on temperature distribution, IR radiance and BRDF(Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function) image were simulated for different weather(seasonal) and background(sky/soil) conditions. The IR contrast tendencies are not aligned with surface temperature or magnitude of target IR radiance. Therefore, it is essential to simulate IR signature with various conditions and background to acquire reliable database.
