연부조직 낭미충증의 초음파 및 자기공명영상 소견 : 1예 보고

We describe an unusual case of cysticercosis in soft tissue. On US, a well-defined oval shaped cystic lesionwith an inner central hyperechoic portion was noted. This portion showed high signal intensity on T1-weightedimages and equivocal enhancement. On MRI, other portions of the lesion showed their cystic nature. Pathologicexamination confirmed the presence of cysticercosis and, in particular, the central portion was found to be amural nodule with scolex. Cysticercosis in the soft tissue and musculature of patients from endemic areas shouldthus be considered in the differential diagnosis of an incidental mass, especially when this is cystic and has aninner central nodule. 연부조직에서의 낭미중증은 주로 쌀알 모양의 여러 석회화 병변을 보고 진단한다. 그러나 연부 조직에서 석회화 병변을 가지지 않고, 다닝ㄹ 낭성 병변을 보인 낭미충증 1예를 경험하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. 이 병변은 초음파 검사에서 내부 고에코의 부분을 가진 경계가 분명한 낭성 병변으로 보였다. 내부 고에코부는 자기공명영상에서 T1 강조영사엥서 고신호강도를 보였으며, 조영증강 정도가 분명치 않았고, 나머지 부위는 모든 영상에서 낭성으로 보였다. 병리조직검사에서 이 병변은 낭미충증으로 확진되었고, 특히 초음파 검사에서 병변의 내부에서 보이 고에코부는 두절을 포함한 병재성 소결절이었다. 그러므로 연부조직내 병변이 내부 소결절을 가진 낭성병변일 경우, 감별진단에 연부조직 및 근육내 낭미충증을 포함시켜야 할 것이다.

최근 들어 지문 인식, 홍채 인식 등 패턴 인식 프로그램 등을 통해 출입을 관리하는 시스템이 실용화되어 가고 있지만 손금에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다는 점에 착안해 손금을 분석하는 영상처리 프로그램을 만들어보고자 했다. 우리는 패턴 인식의 한 분야로서 사람의 손금을 입력받아 손금에 따른 그동안의 통계결과에 따라 손금 데이터를 만들고 이를 기반으로 하여 그 사람의 운명을 알아 볼 수 있는 시스템을 만들어보았다.
두부외상 후 동반 발생한 경동맥해면정맥동루와 내경동맥박리증 1례

A carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) is a pathologic arteriovenous communication between the carotid artery and the cavernous sinus, and the incidence of CCF as a result of craniofacial trauma is less than 0.2%. Traumatic internal carotid artery dissection (TICAD) is a rare phenomenon, occurring in 0.02 to 0.67% of cervical blunt trauma cases. We report a rare case of CCF associated with ICAD after craniofacial trauma injury, which is very rare. A 23-year-old woman presented with left ptosis on 21 days after a car crash accident. She had suffered from headaches, diplopia, tinnitus, and dizziness. Brain MRI revealed no mass or aneurysmal sac or intracranial hemorrhage, but cerebral angiography showed CCF with ICAD. She was treated with a ICAD percutaneous transarterial stent and endovascular embolization, 1 months after cerebral angiography. clinicians treating patients with craniofacial injuries should have a complete understanding of these patients` entity, because urgent intervention may improve outcome.
보행자보호 시험용 Flex-PLI의 특성 및 소형차 대응 구조 연구

In 2014 Flex-PLIfor the pedestrian protection will be applied to NCAP test. The most significant feature of Flex-PLI is constructed with segmental bone cores for the femur and tibia regions. So it can be more reproducible by representing pedestrian injuries such as knee ligament and tibia injury during the pedestrian crash against vehicle. In this paper, Analyzed the characteristics of Flex-PLI through the structural analysis and the test results by using Flex-PLI for our compact vehicles. Finally countermeasures into compact vehicle were proposed to fulfill the injury criteria of Flex-PLI.

췌장과 비장은 근접한 위치로 인해 췌장염시 비장합병증이 올수 있으나, 드문 것으로 되어 있고, 췌장염에 의한 비장피막하혈종은 국내에서 아직 보고된 바 없어 저자들이 경험한 1 예를 보고하고자 한다 Since the pancreas and the spleen lie in close proximity, splenic complications during the course of pancreatitis are possible, but uncommon. No previously published report in Korean has described splenic subcapsular hematoma due to pancreatitis, and we now report one such case.

Capsular polymer인 zooglan을 생산하는 Z. ramigera 115와 수용성 slime polymer 생산 변이주인 Z. ramigera l15SLR의 중금속 제거능을 비교하였다. 중금속 5종($Cd^{2+}$, $Co^{2+}$, $Cu^{2+}$, $Ni^{2+}$, $Fe^{2+}$)의 최저 생장저해농도는 두 균주 모두 유사하였다. $Cd^{2+}$을 첨가하지 않은 경우에 비해 $Cd^{2+}$ 500ppm을 첨가한 액체 배지에서의 생체량은 Z. ramigera 115는 24%, Z. ramigera l15SLR은 50%로 감소하였고 동일한 생체량에 대하여 Z. ramigera 115SLR이 Z. ramtgera 115보다 $Cd^{2+}$을 1.5배 더 제거하였다. 세포와 polymer를 분리하여 중금속 흡착능을 비교한 결과 polymer가 세포보다 높은 흡착량을 나타냈으며 최적 중금속 흡착 pH는 7.5였다. Langmuir 흡착등온선과 Freundlich 흡착등온선을 분석한 결과 $Cd^{2+}$에 대하여 Z. ramigera l15SLR polymer는 Z. ramigera 115 및 이온 교환 수지보다 높은 최대흡착량과 흡착안정성을 보여서 홉착제로서 유용할 것으로 판단된다. Heavy metal removal by Z. ramigera 115 and soluble slime polymer producing mutant Z. ramigera 115SLR was investigated. Both strains showed similar tolerance against $Cd^{2+}$, $Co^{2+}$, $Cu^{2+}$, $Ni^{2+}$ and $Fe^{2+}$. When cells were cultivated in the presence of 500 ppm $Cd^{2+}$, the mutant strain removed 1.5 fold more metal than the wild type did at same biomass. Metal adsorption capacities were in the order of Z. ramigera l15SLR polymer > Z. ramigera 115 polymer > Z. ramigera 115 cell >Z. ramigera l15SLR cell. The optimum pH for metal adsorption was 7.5. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms indicated that Qmax and 1/n of Z. ramigera l15SLR polymer were 164.2 mg $Cd^{2+}$/g dw and 0.496, respectively. These results showed that the polymer of Z. ramigera l15SLR could be used as an effective metal adsorbate.

Since 2015, Euro-NCAP and C-NCAP have enhanced regulation on submarine of rear female passenger. This submarine regulation is a big obstacle to achieve the highest level crash performance. So the objective of this study is to develop new technical way to protect rear female passenger against submarine. In this study, we figured out how design factors of seatbelt affect submarine of rear female passenger by sled test. And we verified that rear passenger submarine can be improved by increasing intersection angle of seatbelt anchor and rotation amount of seatbelt buckle. Based on these results, this paper proposes a new invention of seatbelt buckle and anchor that can improve rear passenger submarine. One is seatbelt buckle that can be detached from stopper to prevent rotation and the other is seatbelt anchor that can be changed the structure so as to incline forward during crash. Finally we proved that submarine of rear female passenger can be improved by the effectiveness of new inventions.
심근 좌상 환자에서 Tc - MIBI - Heart SPECT 의 유용성

Purpose: This study analyzed the value of 9 9 mTc - MIBI SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) in the diagnosis of myocardial contusion after blunt chest trauma . Methods: We evaluated 24 patients with cardiac contusions after blunt chest trauma who were diagnosed by clinical symptoms, chest x-ray, electrocardiogram(ECG), and Creatine phospho-kinase(CPK). 9 9 m Tc-MIBI SPECT was performed within 48 hours along with the above tests prospectively . Results: 1. Among the 24 patients, 14 patients were finally diagnosed as having a myocardial contusion by means of ECG, echocardiography, 9 9 mTc-MIBI SPECT, and cardiac enzyme. 2. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 9 9 mT c -MIBI SPECT were 46.7%, 66.7%, and 54.2%, respectively. The same results for initial ECG were 46.6%, 88.9%, and 62.5%. 3. For those who had positive findings in 9 9 mTc - MIBI SPECT, average hospital stay was 14.5 days and abnormal electrocardiogram was found in 90.0%. However, for those who had negative findings, average hospital stay was 11.2 days and abnormal electrocardiogram was found in 35.7%. Conclusion: 99 mTc-MIBI SPECT is not a definite modality in diagnosing myocardial contusion, but can be useful in diagnosing and determining the need for hospitalization after cardiac contusion.

This paper investigated an optimal belt path for minimizing maximum chest deflection of THOR-M50 dummy. To understand structural characteristics of the thorax region, a series of thorax compression tests were performed. Based on the test results, an optimal belt path, which path through the mid-point of the upper IR-TRACC was suggested. The optimal belt path, then, was verified through belt pull tests. Since the belt pull experiment was performed under a simplified static condition, the validity of the optimum belt path need to be verified under dynamic loading conditions such as sled or vehicle crash tests.
