본고에서는 저전력 단말이 infra 없이 device-to-device 로 주변 기기를 탐색하여 ad hoc으로 네트워크를 구성할 수 있는 피어 인지 통신용 (Peer Aware Communication: PAC) PHY와 MAC 개발을 목표로 하는 IEEE 802.15 Task Group 8의 표준화 동향을 소개하였다. IEEE 802.15 TG8은 2016년 6월 첫번째 Working Group Letter Ballot을 끝냈으며, RevCom 승인은 2017년 7월을 목표로 하고 있다.

다문화교육을 위한 스포츠교육 이론의 적용 가능성 탐색

한국 사회는 국내 체류 외국인 증가와 함께 다문화교육의 중요성이 점차 증대하고 있다. 본 연구는 다문화 교육 중 체육교과에서의 교수학습에 기반이 될 수 있는 이론을 모색하고 이를 현장에 적용 할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색 및 제안하였다. 본 연구는 다문화교육을 위한 스포츠교육적 국내외 이론 탐색, 체육교과에서의 다문화교육을 위한 교수학습 방법 개발, 개발된 프로그램을 다문화학교에 적용하여 실행 가능성 탐색, 종합적 수정·보안으로 실질적 적용 가능성 제안 단계로 진행되었다. 다문화교육을 위한 스포츠교육 이론은 스포츠교육의 의의, 관점, 개념, 목표, 내용, 교수학습 방법, 평가를 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 체육교과에서 다문화교육을 실현하기 위하여 다문화가정 자녀 중심으로 목표 및 주제, 내용, 교수학습 방법, 평가로 구분하여 구체적이고 실질적인 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시되는 다문화 관련 스포츠교육 이론과 현장적용에 대한 제안은 체육교과의 역할 확장 및 체육교사의 다문화 관련 전문성 확보에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 또한 스포츠교육학 분야에서 다문화교육이라는 새로운 연구 영역으로서 연구범위 및 주제 확대에 이론적 기초를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 한국의 미래 사회의 주역이 될 수 있는 다문화가정 청소년들의 긍정적 정체성 함양을 위한 체육교과 및 방과 후 체육활동에 매우 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. As Korean society has experienced increasing numbers of foreign migrants, multicultural education has recently gained greater significance in Korea. The current study explores theory for teaching-learning methods in physical education among multicultural education and then applies and suggests its values in the field. In doing so, the study deals with development of teaching-learning method, application of that method and identification of its relevance in the field, and then suggestions of workable method through comprehensive revision. For the theory of sportpedagogy, the study focuses on the implication of sportpedagogy, views, concepts, goals, contents, teaching-learning methods, and evaluations. To achieve multicultural education in physical education, the study divides goals, topics, teaching methods, and evaluation based on youths with multicultural background and then provides specific and workable suggestions. The findings and suggestions in the study are expected to contribute to role expansion of physical education and competence of physical education teacher. Furthermore, it would contribute to theoretical base for research scope and expansion of related topics in multicultural education. The study can also be used for physical education and after-school sport program for improvement of self-identity of youths with multicultural background.

독일의 승마교육 분석을 통한 우리나라의 승마교육 방향 탐색

본 연구는 승마 강국인 독일의 학교 승마교육 사례 분석을 통해서 학교스포츠로서의 승마교육 도입을 위한 기초자료 및 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 실행하였다. 연구 핵심 내용으로는 독일의 주수준 승마교육 편성체계, 단위 학교 승마교육 편 성체계, 학교 승마교육 내용 및 교수법, 학교 승마수업 교수자의 역량, 학교 승마교육 운영 체계를 다루었다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 학교 승마교육에 기여할 수 있으며 분석의 가치가 있다고 판단되는 독일만의 독특한 학교 승마교육 사례들을 선정 하여 복합적 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과에 대한 논의 및 시사점을 바탕으로 얻은 결론으로는 학교 승마교육 실천을 위해서 체육과 내용 반영 및 광역지자체의 자율성 강화, 학교 승마교육 간의 유기적 관계 형성 및 지역 승마장과 연계, 학교 승마교육을 위한 교재 개발 및 지도자 양성, 승마 관련 기관의 학교 승마교육 지원 및 안전한 승마교육환경 조성을 도출하였다. 마지막으로는 한국마사회와 대한승마 협회의 적극적 역할 수행, 초·중등별 교재 개발, 학교와 승마시설의 연계 강화, 승마 에 대한 홍보 및 인식 개선을 제언하였다. This study aims to present basic information and implications for the introduction of horse riding education as a school sport through the case analysis of school horse riding education in Germany. The main contents of the study were the state level horse riding education system in Germany, the system of horse riding education at the different level of schools, the contents of the school horse riding education, the competence of the school horse riding class teacher, and the operation of school horse riding education. This study conducted a mixed case analysis by choosing cases of horse riding education in Germany, which can contribute to Korean school riding education and is considered to be worthy of analysis. It concluded that it is necessary to reflect the content of physical education department and strengthen autonomy of metropolitan government for the practice of school horse riding education, to organize close relation with school horse riding education and link with local horse riding entities, to develop teaching materials and to train teachers for school horse riding training, and finally strengthen education support and safe riding education environment. It further suggested the active role of Korean Racing Authority and Korea Equestrian Federation, development of textbooks for elementary and secondary school, strengthening linkage between school and equestrian facilities, and improving publicity and awareness about horse riding.

생활체육지도자의 다문화가정 생활체육교실 운영에 대한 스포츠교육적 탐색

This paper studies multicultural sport-for all program in the p erspective of sportpedagogy. To achieve this goal, this paper employs qualitative approach based on in-depth interview, expert meeting, and review of diverse documents. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten sport-for all instructors and two office members. With regard to ten sport-for all instructors, this study found three points. First, sport-for all instructors perceive multiculture as mix of diverse culture or culture of immi grants (or foreign residents). Second, they also perceive multicultural education as Korean culture education for immigrants. Third, they also address the need of multicultural sport-for-all program pertaining to culture education and healthy life of immigrants. In the context of multicultural sport-for-all program, the findings suggest that the goal of program is to enhance condition of body and mind, and development of relationship. Furthermore, the content of education is implemented in the environment of lack of cooperative system and inferior field facilities. In sum up, this study provides three policy suggestions for bet ter multicultural sport-for-all program: (1) Development of sport program which fits lifestyle and conditions of local immigrants; (2) Expansion of study of education contents and sportpedagogy in line with different target groups of immigrants; and (3) Provision of specialized financial assistance and facilities.

다문화 역량 함양을 위한 학교체육 실천 탐색

본 연구는 학생들의 다문화 역량 함양 위한 학교체육 실천 방법 제공을 목적으로 실행하였다. 연구 방법은 문헌 조사와 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 문헌 조사는 다문화사회와 다문화 역량, 다문화 스포츠교육 개념, 다문화 역량중심 스포츠교육 목표, 다문화 역량중심 스포츠교육 내용에 대하여 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 델파이 조사는 2017년 5월 8일부터 6월 30일 사이에 실시하였으며, 학생들의 다문화 역량, 다문화 역량 함양을 위한 학교체육활동 유형 및 적합성, 다문화 역량 함양을 위한 학교체육 활동 내용을 중점적으로 다루었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로, ‘학생들의 다문화 역량 함양을 위한 학교체육 실천 방안’을 제안하였다. 실천 비전과 실천 목표를 제시하였으며, 핵심 과제로는 다름을 인정하고 배려하는 학교 환경 조성, 협력과 배려로 건강한 공동체 형성, 스포츠맨십과 스포츠가치 함양, 국제적 스포츠지식 함양을 제안하였다. 학생들의 다문화 역량은 크게 ‘지적 역량’, ‘방법적 역량’, ‘사회적 역량’, ‘인성적 역량’으로 범주화하여 제시하였다. 실천 영역으로서, 단위 학교 다문화 체육활동 편성 및 내용에 대하여 구체적으로 도출하였다. This study explored the possibilities of sports education for multicultural competence, which is one of the competencies required in future, and presented the theoretical framework. And then, it aimed to provide students with a way to cultivate multicultural competence in school sport. The research method was literature review and Delphi survey. That is, conceptual analysis of multicultural competence, analysis of previous research on sports education related to multiculturalism, and literature study for deriving theories of multicultural sports education were conducted. Based on this literature analysis and Delphi survey results, I proposed a school physical education practice plan to cultivate multicultural competence of students. As a core part of this study, this study proposed a school sport practice plan for fostering multicultural competence of students . As a vision of practice, this study set up cultivating global talents in the multicultural age . The goal of the program was to improve international sports awareness, raise multicultural competencies, and raise awareness of global citizenship. The core task that this study proposed was to establish a school environment that acknowledged and considered differences, to form a healthy community through cooperation and consideration, to cultivate sportsmanship and sports value, and to improve international sports knowledge. The multicultural competencies of students are categorized by cognitive competence, methodical competence, social competence, and human personality competence. 체육계열학과 진로교육과 전문성 강화 방안 탐색

오늘날 사회의 분업화와 전문화는 개개인의 사회적 기능과 역할의 특성화를 요구하고 있으며, 이로 인해 체육전문인의 역할 확대 및 전문성 역시 요구되고 있다. 그러나 체육 관련학과 전공생들의 낮은 취업률, 전공에 대한 정체성과 전문성 인식의 저하, 불안정한 고용시장 등으로 인해서 체육전공자들의 경쟁력과 전문성 강화에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전문적 역량을 갖춘 체육전문인 양성과 체육전공의 입지를 확고히 할 수 있는 체육계열학과 진로교육과 전문성 강화 방안을 모색하여 제언하는 것을 목적으로 실행되었다. 이를 위해서 우선 기존의 관련 문헌 및 자료를 분석하여 체육계열학 진로와 전문성 관련요인과 현황을 양성교육과정, 진로와 자격제도, 체육관련 직업의 수요와 공급, 재교육과정, 근무여건중심으로 파악하였다. 이를 근거로 진로교육과 전문성 강화 방안으로서 체육전문인 교육과 진로교육 강화, 체육관련 취업현장의 확보 및 확대, 체육학 하위 학문 간의 연구공동체 형성, 스포츠 전문직에 따른 표준화된 교육과정과 진로교육 개발을 구체적으로 제언하였다. 체육계열학과 진로교육과 전문성 강화에 대한 노력은 체육학과의 입지와 중요성 확보 그리고 체육전문인의 지위강화를 위해 매우 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방안들이 체육전문인 양성 강화뿐만 아니라 체육학의 학문성과 전문성 구축에 기여하길 바란다. As society gets more specialized and professionalized, individuals need to build up specialization in their social functions and roles. In the same vein, sport professionals need to expand their roles and professionalism in their areas. However, as students in majoring in Sports experience low employment rate, identity problems and unstable job markets, it gets more significant for sports related majors to improve competency and specialized capacity for students. Given this background, this study examines and suggests the way to educate students with professionalism and competency. To achieve that purpose, this study focused on education programs, career program and qualification standards, demand and supply, re-education curriculum, job environment as primary factors for enhanced professionalism in sports related majors. This study suggests for four strategies as follows: 1) it needs to enhance current education curriculum and career education to make sport professionals; 2) it needs to expand job markets for students who major in sports; 3) it needs to build up research and education communities among sport related sub-disciplines; and 4) it needs to devise standardized sport studies curriculum and career education based on sport job markets. In sum, it is highly important to make more efforts for strengthening career education in sports related departments and professionalism of students in order to advancing status of sport departments and sport professionals. This study hopes to contribute to enhancing education for sport professionals as well as advancing scholarship and professionalism in sport.

The purpose of the research is to analyze condition of the multicultural education through sport in Korea and develop an multicultural movement education practice model that can be effectuated in schools and communities. In addition to literature and internet review, this study conducted expert meeting. This study develop a multicultural movement education model for a practical use in schools and communities along with substantial education goals, education contents, teaching objectives and guidelines for use in the instructing fields. Traditional games, new sports, and multicuturally modified sports have been recommended as effective education programs. Along with the development of the practice model, precise plans has been proposed as a guide to activating the multicultural movement education. With Korea rapidly transforming into a multicultural society, the first research on the multicultural movement education has met the needs of the transforming society, along with provided a starting point for the continuous future related research.

독일 스포츠 다문화 교육의 운영 현황 탐색
