        강도 높은 반복 신진 촉진 기법(intensive repetition of a new facilitation technique)을 이용한 치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 및 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of intensive repetition of a new facilitation technique on upper limb function and activities of daily living in patients with stroke. 24 patients with stroke who were admitted to the rehabilitation hospital in Daegu were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=12) receiving intensive repetition of a new facilitation technique and the control group(n=12) receiving the additional conventional occupational therapy. To compare upper limb functions before and after the intervention, Manual Function Test were used, and the Korean Modified Bathel Index was used to compare the activities of daily living. In this study, upper limb function and activities of daily living were significantly improved after treatment intervention in experimental group and control group. There was a significant difference in the upper limb function between the two groups after the intervention(p<.05), but there was no significant difference in the activities of daily living(p>.05).However, in comparison before and after intervention, there was a significant difference in movement of upper limb, hand manipulation, personal hygiene, bathing self, dressing, bowel control, and bladder control only in the experimental group(p<.05), And when the results of the experimental group and the control group were compared after intervention, there were significant differences in hand manipulation, upper limb function, personal hygiene, and dressing. The results of this study suggest that the intensive repetition of a new facilitation technique has a positive effect on upper limb function and activities of daily living in patients with stroke. The intensive repetition of a new facilitation technique could be applied as a useful intervention method for upper limb function and activities of daily living improvement of patients with stroke in occupational therapy. 본 연구는 강도 높은 반복 신진 촉진기법을 이용한 치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 및 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 대구에 소재한 재활병원에 입원한 24명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 강도 높은 반복 신진 촉진기법을 중재 받는 실험군과 추가적으로 기존작업치료를 받는 대조군으로 각각 12명씩 무작위 배분하였다. 치료 중재 전과 후의 상지기능을 비교하기 위해 뇌졸중상지기능검사(MFT)를 사용하였고, 일상생활활동을 비교하기 위해 한국형 수정바델지수(K-MBI)를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과 실험군과 대조군에서 치료 중재 후 상지기능과 일상생활활동이 유의하게 향상되었다. 상지기능은 중재 후 두 그룹에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<.05), 일상생활활동에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 그러나 실험 전ㆍ후 비교에서 실험군에서만 상지기능과 일상생활활동의 하의 항목 중 상지의 운동기능, 손가락조작, 개인위생, 혼자 목욕하기, 옷입고 벗기, 배변조절, 배뇨조절 항목에서 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<.05), 그리고 중재 후 손가락조작, 상지기능, 개인위생과 옷입고 벗기에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 뇌졸중 환자에게 강도 높은 반복 신진 촉진 기법을 적용하였을 때 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 강도 높은 반복 신진 촉진기법 중재는 작업치료에서 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활활동 향상을 위한 유용한 중재 방법으로 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

        1916년 의 제정 배경과 계획적 적용

        The purpose of this study is to identify the context of enactment and the application to the design of <Joseon Government-General Architectural Standard> in 1916. The characteristics of the composition are as follows; First, One-third are general rules of common application, Second, regulations related to cold resistance are set up separately, last, each of the 21 articles was equally divided for schools, hospitals and prisons. The standard reflect the times of the mid-1910s. The Trend of using of the Western Building System in the 1910s, The need for building construction against cold weather, and Actual conditions of renovation, extension and new plans by facility. Furthermore, the fact that various regulations concerning standard design were enacted and used in various Japanese institutions around the 1910s may have influenced the establishment of the standard. Meanwhile, after checking the status of the reflection of the standard on the planning drawings of the government facilities around 1916, it was also found that the plan was carried out in compliance with the provisions of the standard, and that the items already applied before the enactment had been organized into architectural standards.

        The purpose of this study is to classify a purlin support type and its materials of Korean wooden structures and Chinese ones and consider it with the times and regions. There are side connecting bace(Takgak), slanting strut(Chasu), connecting beam(Chagyun), curved connecting beam(Charak), purlin-support(Dori-anchogong) and so on besides a basic beam in the type of purlin support forms have several characteristics in accordance with the times and regions. According to this classification. Structures of Koryo have a connection with structures of Song or Won dynasty in China. Periodic and regional characteristics of Korean wooden structure can be found in the use of curved Chasu or decorated Dori-anchogong.

        보강된 이음부가 적용된 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 아치의 단면 강도 평가

        In the previous study, the structural performance of proposed precast concrete arch with reinforced joint was evaluated by structural experiment. In this paper, finite element analysis considering both material and contact nonlinearity was carried out on the specimens of the previous study. Based on the result of analysis and experiment, friction coefficient between concrete blocks was determined. To evaluate the strength of sectional member, elastic analysis was carried out on the arch using linear elastic analysis program. The section force was compared with the nominal strength of arch section. It was concluded that the maximum load of all the specimens exceed the nominal strength of arch section. Those results of the strength evaluation were similar to the results of structural experiments. Therefore, it is concluded that the elastic analysis and ultimate strength model can effectively evaluate the strength for the proposed precast concrete arch composed of concrete blocks and reinforced joint in design. 선행연구에서 제안된 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 아치의 구조성능이 실험적으로 평가되었다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대하여 재료 및 접촉 비선형을 고려한 유한요소해석을 수행하였으며, 실험결과와 비교하여 콘크리트 블록 간의 마찰계수를 결정하였다. 아치부재 단면의 강도를 평가하기 위해 탄성해석으로 단면력을 산정하여 이를 단면의 공칭강도와 비교하였다. 모든 실험체에서 평가된 최대 하중은 부재단면의 공칭강도를 상회하였으며, 실험과 유사한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 탄성해석과 단면의 극한강도모델에 의한 방법은 설계시 콘크리트 블록과 보강된 이음부로 구성된 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 아치의 단면 강도를 효과적으로 평가할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        원심성형 철근콘크리트 말뚝 이음부의 보강 효과

        The construction of foundation piles for buildings and bridges is changing from pile driving to an injected precast pile method. The goal is to minimize environmental damage, noise pollution, and complaints from neighboring residents. However, it is necessary to develop economic piles that are optimized for precasting by a centrifugal method in terms of both the material and structural system. A reinforced joint method is proposed for reinforced concrete piles (RC piles) manufactured by centrifugal casting. A previous study concluded that the structural performance of the current joint system for RC piles could be improved by using a reinforced joint composed of extended circular band plates and studs. In this study, the structural performance of such a joint was validated experimentally by bending and shear strength measurements. The proposed joint reinforcement method showed adequate structural performance in terms of bending and shear strength. The overall load-deflection behavior is close to that of a structure without joints, so it is expected that the behavior and performance of the design can be reliably reflected in site structures. 최근 건축과 토목 구조물 기초에 적용되는 말뚝의 시공법은 환경 훼손, 소음 공해, 그리고 주위 민원을 최소화하기 위해 항타공법에서 매입공법 위주로 변화하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이러한 시공방법의 변화로 인해 기존의 항타공법으로 사용되었던 말뚝 대신, 재료 및 구조적인 시스템 측면에서 보다 최적화되고 경제적인 매입용 말뚝의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 매입용 말뚝인 원심성형 철근콘크리트 말뚝의 보강된 이음방법을 제안하였다. 이전의 연구에서는 원심성형 철근콘크리트 말뚝에 대해 연장된 원형띠판과 스터드로 구성된 이음 보강방법이 기존 이음방법의 구조성능을 개선 시킬 수 있을 것으로 검토되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 이음방법의 구조성능을 말뚝의 휨과 전단 강도 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 이 제안된 이음방법은 설계에서 요구되는 휨과 전단 강도에 대해 충분한 성능을 보인 것으로 실험에서 나타났다. 또한, 전반적인 하중-처짐 거동이 이음부가 없는 일체형 구조에 근접하므로 설계에서 예상하는 거동과 성능이 안정적으로 현장 구조물에 반영될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • 치형수정된 기어쌍의 치합전달오차 모델링

        In the gear manufacturing, tooth modification is usually applied for the prevention of tooth impact during the loading. In contrary, tooth profile error causes amplifying the whine noise which is cumbersome to reduce in the automobile gear box. So optimum quantity of the modifications must be obtained for the good performance in the vibrational sense. In this paper, a formulation to define the tooth curve by considering the profile manufacturing error and loading deformation of the gear tooth is suggested and the transmission error and loading deformation of the gear tooth is suggested and the transmission error with modified tooth in the gear system is evaluated. A pair of gear set is mathematically modelled. The equivalent excitation in the gear vibratonal model is formulated. For the experimental evaluaton on the derived transmission error function, a simple geared system is set up in which the gears are designed to give pre-designed tooth profile modification and manufactured by CNC Wire Cutting Machine. Under slow speed operaton, the transmission error of the gear pair is measured by using two rotational laser vibrometers, compared with the calculated one of which the result shows good agreement.

        Lipid A as a Drug Target and Therapeutic Molecule

        In this review, lipid A, from its discovery to recent findings, is presented as a drug target and therapeutic molecule. First, the biosynthetic pathway for lipid A, the Raetz pathway, serves as a good drug target for antibiotic development. Several assay methods used to screen for inhibitors of lipid A synthesis will be presented, and some of the promising lead compounds will be described. Second, utilization of lipid A biosynthetic pathways by various bacterial species can generate modified lipid A molecules with therapeutic value.
