        대회용 태권체조 구매자의 선택속성 탐색

        본 연구는 태권도장 관장이 대회용 태권체조 작품 구매 시 중요하게 고려하는 선택속성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 사례연구 방법을 사용하여 연구 참여자 6명에게 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, Creswell(2015)의 나선형 분석방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석결과 음악, 수련생, 작품 특성, 대회평가 기준, 제작자 능력, 가격요인이 도출되었다. 연구결과 음악은 다양하고 차별화된 장르와, 수련대상이 선호하는 음악 위주로 제작하여야 할 것이며, 수련대상의 표현력, 수준 등을 고려하여 알맞은 주제의 작품을 선택하여야 할 것이다. 작품은 다양한 장르로 포인트가 될 수 있는 안무가 가미된 태권도 동작이나 댄스 등의 동작 비율 구성이 조화롭고 창의적인 작품에 대해 고려해야 할 것이며, 구매자 목적에 맞게 작품의 길이를 조절하여 대회 규정 위주로 작품 구성을 해야 할 것이다. 제작자는 지도능력 및 대회 현장에서 지도했던 경험과 구매자와의 소통이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 작품 가격은 저렴하면서 적당한 가격을 제시해야 할 것이며, 소수의 구매자를 위한 특별가격 혹은 지도 기간에 따라 가격을 산출해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to explore the selection attributes that the director of a taekwondo gym places importance on when purchasing a work of taekwon gymnastics for the competition. We conducted in-depth interviews with 6 participants using qualitative case study techniques, and analyzed data using Creswell's (2015) spiral analysis method. The data analysis results show music, trainees, characteristics of the work, criteria for evaluating the competition, producer competence, and price factors. As a result of the research, music should be produced around diverse and differentiated genres and music preferred by the trainees, and the appropriate theme should be selected considering the expressiveness and level of the trainees. The work should be considered creative works that harmonize the movement ratio of Taekwondo movements and dance, and the length of the work should be adjusted according to the purpose of the buyer, and the construction of the work should be based on the regulations of the competition. The manufacturer should ensure smooth communication with the buyer, including coaching ability and experience at the convention site. Prices will be affordable and affordable, and prices will need to be calculated based on special prices or mentoring periods for a small number of buyers.

        밀폐공간에서 비말 가림막 높이에 따른 감염성 비말 공기전파 차단능력 평가

        Although the installation of droplet protection screen (DPS) is known to prevent droplet transmission, there is still a lack of knowledge in effectiveness of DPS installation to block the airborne transmission. In this study, the prevention ability of DPS against airborne transmission was evaluated according to the DPS height. When the DPS was not installed, the maximum concentration of PM1.0 at the location opposite to infected person was 35% of that at the infected person location. When the DPS was installed, the DPS effectively prevented the airborne transmission, consequently approximately 7% of generated particles were measured at the opposite location from particle generation position (infected person location). The prevention ability of DPS increased with DPS height, the maximum prevention efficiency of 95.1% was obtained when the DPS height was 900mm. Moreover, the speed of airborne transmission was delayed by installation of DPS, and the delay time increased with DPS height.

      • 보건용 마스크 초미세먼지 제거 성능 평가 및 재사용 연구

        In this study, performance (particle removal efficiency and breathing resistance) of several commercially available face masks (electrostatic filter masks (KF80 certified), a nanofiber filter mask (KF80 certified), and an uncertified mask) with their filter structure and composition were evaluated. Also, effects of relative humidity (RH) of incoming air, water and alcohol exposure, and reusability on performance of face masks were examined. Monodisperse and polydisperse sodium chloride particles were used as test aerosols. Except the uncertified mask filter, PM<sub>2.5</sub> removal efficiency was found to be higher than 90%, and the nanofiber filter mask had the highest quality factor due to the low pressure drop and high removal efficiency (nanofibers were arranged in a densely packed pore structure and contained a significant amount of fluorine in addition to carbon and oxygen). In the case of the KF80 certified mask, the removal efficiency was little affected when the RH of incoming air increased. When the mask filters were soaked in water, the removal efficiency of mask filters was degraded. In particular, the uncertified mask filter showed the highest removal efficiency degradation (26%). When the mask was soaked in alcohol, the removal efficiency also decreased with the greater degree than the water soaking case. The nanofiber mask filter showed the strongest resistance to alcohol exposure among tested mask filters. During evaluation of reusability of masks in real life, the removal efficiency of certified mask filter was less than 4% for 5 consecutive days (2 hours per day), while the removal efficiency of uncertified mask filter significantly decreased by 30% after 5 days.

        상부요로 요로상피암에서 Heat Shock Protein 27와 Cellular FLICE-like Inhibitory Protein의 발현

        Purpose: We investigated the expressions of Heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and Cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein (c-FLIP) with urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract. Materials and Methods: The expressions of HSP27 and c-FLIP were quantified immunohistochemically form sixty one patients who underwent nephroureterectomy for urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract and 10 patient’s normal ureteral tissues who underwent nephrectomy. The overall percentage of cancer cells showing staining (0% to 100%) was indicated by visual scoring. Specimens were graded from 0 to +3 intensity representing the range of staining area, for which below 1% is 0 grade, 1-10% is+1 grade, 10-50% is +2 grade, over 50% is +3 grade. Results: HSP27 positive reaction was seen in 10 of 10 cases (100%) with a normal ureter, 59 of 61 cases (96.7%) with urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract. The mean HSP27 reaction scores were 2.67 with low grade, 2.27 with high grade (p=0.045). HSP27 expression was not statistically significant according to stage and lymph node metastasis. c-FLIP positive reaction was seen in 0 of 10 cases (0%) with normal ureter, 57 of 61 cases (93.4%) with urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract. c-FLIP expression was not statistically significant according to grade, stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: This study suggests that the expression of HSP27 is reduced and the expression of c-FLIP is increased in patients with urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract. If these data are confirmed, HSP27 and c-FLIP may be usable as prognostic marker of urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract.
