        농가소득의 양극화 :

        This study analyzes the income polarization of Korean farm households by different age groups of farm managers and income sources, using the EGR and DER polarization indexes. The data were drawn from the Farm Household Economy Survey for the years 2003-2009. The major findings are as follows: (1) Farm household income has been rapidly trending toward polarization since the mid-2000s; this polarization is most apparent in farm income as compared to non-farm income. (2) With the rising share of nonfarm income out of total household income, the polarization of farm household income became increasingly attributable to that of non-farm income. (3) When decomposed by age of the farm manger, between-group polarization explains three-fourths of the overall polarization; regarding within-group polarization, it was most apparent for farm households whose managers are in their 40s as well as those with mangers aged 70 or over.

      • 유기질 비료 내 음식물류폐기물건조분말의 분광특성분석

        유기농업이란 화학비료와 농약 등의 합성 화학물질을 사용하지 않고 유기물과 자연광물, 미생물 등의 물리적, 미생물적으로 제조된 자재만을 사용하여 농산물을 생산하는 농업을 말한다. 즉, 유기농업을 위해서는 인증된 유기농업자재를 사용하여야 하지만, 최근 음식물류폐기물건조분말이 고품질의 유기질비료로 둔갑된 사건이 발생되었다. 이는 음식물류폐기물건조분말 내 염분의 농도가 2% 이상으로 높아 연작시 토양의 염류 집적화 및 작물의 생육 저해로 이어질 가능성이 있다. 현재 음식물류폐기물건조분말의 혼입여부를 측정하기 위한 방법은 염분의 농도를 측정하는 방법이 적용되어 시행되고 있으나, 현장에서 유기질 비료 내 음식물류 폐기물건조분말의 혼입여부를 신속정확하게 측정할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분광분석기술을 적용하여 음식물폐기물건조분말과 유기질비료의 원재료간의 분광특성을 비교분석하고자 한다. 유기농업자재의 원재료 내 음식물류폐기물건조분말의 정성검출 판별모델을 개발하기 위해 음식물류폐기물건조 분말이 혼입된 시료 102개와 혼입되지 않은 시료 93개의 근적외선 분광스펙트럼 데이터베이스를 이용하였다. 스펙트럼의 전처리에 따른 모델개발의 비교분석을 위해 7가지의 전처리방법을 적용하였고, 부분최소자승법(Partial least square regression)은 최적모델개발에 활용되었다. 모델 개발(Calibration)에는 전체시료의 75%를 이용하여 모델 개발에 사용하였고, 모델 개발에 사용하지 않은 25%의 스펙트럼데이터(Prediction)는 모델의 성능평가를 위해 적용되었다. 음식물류폐기물건조분말이 혼입된 시료를 검출하는 최적 모델은 스펙트럼 전처리기법을 적용하지 않은 기본 스펙트럼을 이용하고, 1000∼2500nm의 전파장을 사용하였을 때 가장 낮은 모델의 SEC 값을 나타내었다. Calibration 결과는 전체시료 146개 중에서 6개를 제외한 140개의 시료를 구분할 수 있었고, 95.9%의 정확도를 나타내었다. 모델 성능평가에서는 사용된 49개 시료중 3개의 시료를 제외한 46개의 시료를 구분함으로써 93.9%의 예측성능을 보여주었다. 이 결과는 근적외선 분광스펙트럼 데이터는 유기농업자재 내 부정혼입되어 있는 음식물류폐기물의 정성검출모델 개발에 적용가능성이 높음을 나타낸다.

        탐색적 자료 분석 및 연관규칙 분석을 활용한 잔류농약 부적합 농업인 유형 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis pattern of nonconforming farmers who is one of the factors of unconformity in residual pesticides. Methods: Pattern analysis of nonconforming farmers were analyzed through convergence of safety data and farmer’s DB data. Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis were used for extracting factors related to unconformity. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the exploratory data analysis, it was found that factors of farmers influencing unconformity in residual pesticides by total 9 factors; sampling time, gender, age, cultivation region, farming career, agricultural start form, type of agriculture, cultivation area, classification of agricultural products. Regarding the association rule analysis, non-conformity association rules were found over the past three years. There was a difference in the pattern of nonconforming farmers depending on the cultivation period. Conclusion: Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis will be useful tools to establish more efficient and economical safety management plan for agricultural products.

        Recently, train control system is adopting computer system replacing mechanical system and its software is taking more responsibility than ever. Train control system software is a safety-critical embedded software with realtime and high reliability requirements. In this paper, we propose a safety assessment method for the train control system software. We review characteristics of train control system software and analyze related international software safety standards to derive requirements for safety assessment. Testing tools used for embedded software are surveyed to find a feasible safety assessment architecture. The proposed safety assessment method is to use safety activity results generated during development processes and feed them to the runtime embedded software testing tool.

      • 신선농산물 중 LC-MS/MS를 이용한 Azocyclotin 및 Cyhexatin의 잔류농약 분석법

        Azocyclotin and cyhexatin are widely used to control of mites on fruits and vegetables. Each Country has a different residue definition of pesticide. Regulatory authorities need to choose which residue(s) will be used for dietary risk assessment and setting and enforcing MRLs. In most countries, including Korea, U.S.A and Japan, have a residue definition of these compounds is established for the sum of residues of azocyclotin and cyhexatin calculated as cyhexatin. We developed the method for these compound to vitalization of our agricultural products export. Korea’s major exporting countries are U.S.A, Japan, Hongkong and so on. These countries enforce Positive list system or Zero tolerance by technical barriers to trade. To safely export, the quantitative limit of the method must meet the 10 μg/kg level. A method for azocyclotin and cyhexatin has been developed using the modified-QuEChERS method with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) in 5 agricultural commodities (Apple, Paprika. Pear, Strawberry, and Tomato). To validate developed method, all commodities spiked with two concentration levels of 10 and 100 μg/kg. The recoveries were within 70 ~ 120% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 20% and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of methods were below 10 μg/kg, and the correlation coefficient (R<sup>2</sup>) of matrix-matched standards were > 0.99. The recoveries, LOQ, and repeatability achieved, meet the needs of tolerance level monitoring of these pesticides in the agricultural export product.

        Fluopyram의 전작물 유래 및 나지조건 토양잔류성에 기초한 알타리무의 식물식재후방기간

        BACKGROUND: Pesticide uptake by a rotational crop after being used for the primary crop is a potential cause of violation against the pesticide law if the pesticide is not registered in the secondary crop. This study was conducted to investigate the plant back interval (PBI) of fluopyram for the rotational cultivation of radish. METHODS AND RESULTS: Two experimental approaches were performed the evaluation of residues in radish cultivated successively in soil 16 days after treated with fluopyram onto pepper plant (T1) and in radish cultivated in bare soil treated with fluopyram at PBI 30 and PBI 60 days (T2). A modified QuEChERS method coupled with LC/MS/MS analysis showed good linearity of matrixmatched standard calibration of fluopyram with the coefficient values of determination greater than 0.995. Recovery values at levels of 0.01, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.25 mg/kg ranged from average 84.9 to 117.6% with RSD less than 10%. Fluopyram residues in radish harvested from T1 and T2 were found as levels less than maximum residue limit. CONCLUSION: This study suggests 20~30 days as the PBI of fluopyram for the rotational cultivation of radish in the greenhouse soil treated with fluopyram used for pepper as the primary crop.

      • GC-MS/MS를 이용한 Bifenazate diazene의 잔류농약 분석법 개발

        We developed the method for Bifenazate diazene for vitalization of export of domestic agricultural products. Korea’s major exporting countries are U.S.A, Japan, Hongkong and so on. These countries enforce Positive list system or Zero tolerance as one of technical barriers in trade. Residue definition of Bifenazate in Korea is the only bifenazate. But residue definition for bifenazate in several countries is bifenazate as the sum of bifenazate and its metabolite, bifenazate diazine. So this should be taken into account when analyzed. Our multiresidue method has been using mass spectrometry, and bifenazate was analyzed by the multiresidue method with GC-MS/MS in our previous study. To efficiently analyze bifenazate and its metabolite at once, we used the multiresidue method with GC-MS/MS. In the step of QuEChERS extraction added an analytes protectant(AP), Bifenazate diazine is converted to bifenazate. A method for Bifenazate diazine has been developed using the QuEChERS EN method with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) in 5 agricultural commodities (Apple, Paprika. Pear, Strawberry, and Tomato). To validate the method developed, all commodities were spiked with two concentration levels of 10 and 100 μg/kg. The recoveries were within 70~120% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 10%, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of methods was below 10 μg/kg, and the correlation coefficients (R2) of matrix-matched standards were > 0.99.
