        Purposes : The purpose of this study was to measurement the change of cervical and lumbar range of motion according to plantar surface compliance in standing status. Method : The thirty normal adult(15men and 15women) aged between 20 and 35 were assigned to 3 group: first, in bottom piece shoe plantar form not changed the control group, the fore foot which was hard and the rear foot was soft the FHRS Group, the fore foot which was soft and the rear foot was hard the FSRH Group. The cervical and lumbar Range of motion was examined before and after adaptation with corresponding form types Results : This study investigated the change which appears when it will be soft and hard to be. As a result, FHRS group the cervical extension and lumbar flexion increased and the cervical flexion and lumbar extension decreased(p<0.05). In opposition, the FSRH group the cervical flexion and lumbar extension increased and the cervical extension and lumbar flexion decreased(p<0.05).

      • 20대 정상성인에게 6주간 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 동적 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purposes of this study was to determine the effect of plyometric training and agility training on SEBT and dynamic balance of health young. Methods : Thirty healthy subjects in their 20s were randomly assigned to a plyometric exercise group, an agility training group, and a control group; each group had 10 subjects. The training starts first 2set after more 1set 2 weeks. SEBT is measured every two weeks. Results : The results of this research were as followings: (1) After treatment, there were significant SEBT scores differences in both plyometric and agility group compared with pre-treatment(p<0.05). (2) After treatment, there were significant SEBT scores differences in both agility and control group compared with pre-treatment (p<0.05). Conclusion : It was concluded that ployometric training was effective for improving balance than agility and control group. Therefore, further studies are required to investigate the effect of plyometric training for improving balance with sports injury patient.

        흰쥐의 궁둥신경 압궤손상 후 운동훈련이 근육 재생에 미치는 영향에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        말초신경병증에서 운동이 뼈대근육 재생에 미치는 영향에 대해 논란이 많다. 본 연구의 목적은 흰쥐의 궁둥신경에 압궤손상을 준 뒤 일정기간 트레드밀에서 달리기운동을 시켜 운동이 근육재생에 효과가 있는지를 밝힐 목적으로 시행하였다. 1개월(체중 150~180 g)된 수컷 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐의 궁둥신경을 노출시킨 다음 지혈집게로 3분간 압궤손상을 주었다. 각 실험군 별로 하루 60분 씩 주 5회 운동을 시켰으며, 트레드밀의 경사도는 10도, 속도는 20 m/분이었다. 궁둥신경 압궤손상 후 12일(5일간 운동), 19일(10일간 운동), 26일(15일간 운동), 33일(20일간 운동) 및 61일(40일간 운동)에 흰쥐를 희생시켜 장딴지근을 절취하여 냉동절편을 만들었으며 근육섬유에 대한 느린 미오신(slow myosin) 면역조직화학적 염색과 NADH-TR 효소조직화학 염색을 통상적인 절차에 따라 시행하였다. 압궤손상 후 12일째와 19일째에서 실험군의 흰쥐들이 대조군의 흰쥐보다 근육섬유의 위축이 심하였고, 33일째에서 실험군의 흰쥐들은 각진 모양의 근육 섬유들이 관찰되었으며, 61일째에서 정상근육에 가깝게 회복되었으나 대조군의 흰쥐는 그렇지 못했다. 압궤손상 후 26일째 운동군에서 II형 섬유의 중심에서 재신경지배가 되는 것이 관찰되었다. 손상 후 33일째에는 거대한 II형 섬유들이 관찰되었고, 재신경지배근육의 특성이라 할 수 있는 동일 근육섬유 군집현상이 나타났고, 61일째에는 정상근육에 가까운 근육섬유의 조성비를 보였다. 대조군에서는 손상 후 33일째에 거대한 II형 섬유들이 보이기 시작하였으나, 61일째에는 정상근육에 이르지는 못하였다. 이상의 결과로 흰쥐의 궁둥신경에 압궤손상을 준 후 트레드밀을 이용한 달리기 운동은 근육재생에 효과적인 도움을 준다고 생각된다. It is constant controversy that exercise influence muscle regeneration in peripheral neuropathy. The aim of this experiment is to show that treadmill running exercise under well-controlled conditions is to improve of regeneration in rat gastrocnemius muscles after sciatic nerve crushing injury. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (1 month old, weight 150~180 g) were submitted to bouts of exercise on a treadmill up a 10 degrees decline and speed is 20 m/min for 60 min per day and gastrocnemius muscles were analysed at different exercise periods (5, 10, 15, 20 and 40 days) by immunohistochemistry in comparison with injured non-exercised muscles. Rats were sacrificed at 12th (5 days exercise), 19th (10 days exercise), 26th (15 days exercise), 33rd day (20 days exercise), 61st day (40 days exercise) after sciatic nerve crushing injury. It showed that type II myofibers (target fibers) on center area had reinnervation at sciatic nerve crush injury at 26th day in exercise rats, as at 33rd day appeared giant type II myofibers, myofibers grouping observed in regenerative muscle character, component ratio of closed normal muscle showed at 61st day. Giant type II myofibers showed at 33rd day in non-exercise rats, however did not nearly normal muscle at 61st day. Therefore we concluded that treadmill running exercise is able to improve regeneration processes in gastrocnemius muscles after sciatic nerve crushing injury of rats.

        교각운동에서 다리의 위치에 따른목폄근의 활성도에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE:This study aims to determine the optimal knee joint angle and hip joint angle for minimizing the cervical muscle tension and maximizing the muscle activity of the trunk during the bridging exercise for trunk stabilization. METHODS:The bridging exercise in this study included seven forms of exercise: having a knee joint flexion angle of 120°, 90°, 60°, 45° and hip joint abduction angle of 15°, 10°, 5°. The posture of the bridging exercise was as follows. To prevent the increase of hyper lumbar lordosis during the bridging exercise, the exercise was practiced after maintaining the lumbar neutral position through the pelvic posterior tilting exercise. RESULTS:The abduction angles did not result in statistically significant effects on the cervical erector, external oblique, rectus abdominis and erector spinae muscles. However, in relation to the knee joint angles, during the bridging exercise, statistically significant RESULTS were exhibited. CONCLUSION:The knee joint angle affected the muscle activity of the neck muscle. The greater the knee joint angle, the lower the load placed on the neck muscle. In contrast, the load increased as the knee joint angle decreased. In addition, the muscle activity of the neck muscle and trunk muscle increased as the knee joint angle decreased.

        계단오르기 동안 가방의 무게와 가방메기 형태가 안쪽빗넓은근과 가쪽넓은근의 근활성도비에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cross bag weight and carrying bag position type on vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis muscle activity ratio during step up. Method : Twenty healthy subjects participated in this study. subjects randomized performed step up with bag weight less than 15%, more than 15% of totalbody weight and without bag and carrying bag position ipsilateral and contralateral. muscle activity was measured with surface electromyography. One-way analysis of variance with repeated measures was used with a significance level of 0.05 Result : The results of this study were as follows: 1. The muscle activity ratio decreased significantly ipsilateral bag position more than 15% of body weight(p<.05). Also, the muscle activity ratio increased significantly contra lateral bag position more than 15% of body weight(p<.05). Conclusion : In conclusion, it was found that applied carrying bag position with weight on VMO,VL muscle activity ratio during step up down. Therefore carrying bag position can be used to selective activate vastus medialis oblique muscle in subjects with patellofemoral pain syndrome.

        노동법상 근로자에 대한 직무발명보상제도의 법이론상 문제점

        발명이란, 자연법칙을 이용한 기술적 사상의 창작으로서 고도한 것을 말한다. 이러한 발명은 발명자 개인의 창의적 노력의 산물이다. 종래 발명이 주로 순수한 개인이 창의적 활동을 통하여 발명을 하는 경우였는데, 근래에는 이와 달리 기업과 같은 조직의 구성원으로서 상호간의 협조와 협력을 바탕으로 한 발명이 주된 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이때 종업원의 지위는 고용이나 기타 다른 다양한 노동력 활용계약형식을 통해서 인정될 수 있다. 여기에는 물론 가장 전형적인 노동력 활용 방식으로서 근로계약이 포함된다. 오늘날은 근로자의 노동력이 매우 개성적이며, 창의적일 수 있다. 이른바 고도의 연구업무에 종사하는 근로자의 경우도 흔히 발견된다. 직무발명의 문제가 단지 특허법이나 발명진흥법과 같은 지적재산권법의 체계 내에서만 고려되어서는 안 되는 이유가 여기에 있다. 왜냐하면 근로자는 다른 노동력 제공형태와는 달리 고도의 사회적 보호필요성이 법칙으로 인정되어야 하기 때문이다. 이러한 노동법적 이념을 고려할 때, 직무발명관련 규율에 있어 '종업원 등’의 일원화된 개념 표지는 타당하지 않다. 또한 직무발명보상제도의 핵심적 의의는 근로자의 발명을 고취하면서도, 동시에 기업의 연구투자의욕을 높이는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 요구되는 것이 바로 직무발명에 따른 정당한 보상이 전제되어야 함은 물론이다. 과연 노동현실에서 이러한 노사간 이익조화적 보상제도를 어떻게 마련하는가는 국가 경제적으로도 매우 중요한 의미를 가진다. 이와 관련하여 우리 노동법은 근참법을 통해 노사협의회를 통한 협의대상으로 정하여 놓고 있을 뿐이다. 현실적으로 노사협의회를 통한 협의는 다분히 상징적 의미를 가질 뿐, 실질적 근로조건 향상에 기여하지 못한다. 왜냐하면 노사협의제도가 대립된 당사자 관계를 전제하는 것이 아니라, 협력적 관계를 전제하는 것이고, 그 협의의 법적 효과에 대하여 별도의 규정을 두지 않음으로써 사실상 실질적 의미를 갖지 못하는 한계가 있기 때문이다. 우리 노동현실에서 그대로 나타나, 많은 경우 사용자의 취업규칙이나 개별적 합의를 통해 보상이 이루어지고 있음을 본다. 노사는 계약적 대등성을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 합의로부터 정당한 보상을 담보하기는 어렵다.

      • 교합력 비대칭률과 중간 목갈비근 근육 두께의 비대칭률 상관관계

        Purpose: This study aimed to examine the correlation between the asymmetric ratio of occlusal force of the temporomandibular joint and the thickness of the middle scalene muscle. Methods: The study measured the occlusal force of the right and left temporomandibular joints in 30 subjects (12 males and 18 females). Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to examine the effect of occlusal force on the asymmetric ratio of the thickness of their middle scalene muscles by measuring the force using ultrasound after the break. Results: The correlation between the asymmetric ratio of occlusal force and muscle thickness is 0.41, according to Pearson's correlation coefficient. Therefore, the result shows a moderate correlation with the asymmetric ratio of the temporomandibular joint depending on differences in the thickness of the middle scalene muscle. Conclusion: Based on the above results, the asymmetric ratio of occlusal force was found to correlate with the thickness of the middle scalene muscle. Thus, therapeutic intervention is required for the middle scalene muscle in the case of temporomandibular joint disorder.

      • 만성요통환자에서 족저 접촉면의 경도에 따른 요추전만도의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the change of lordosis according to plantar surface compliance in patients with chronic low back pain. Thirty patients with chronic low back pain aged between 20 and 40 were assigned to 3 groups: control group, experimental groups (FHRS group, FSRH group). The lordosis was examined before and after adaptation with corresponding foam types. The results were as follows : 1. As the result of comparing lordosis before and after test of the control group which any change did not exist in plantar surface compliance, there was not a significant difference(p>0.05). 2. As the result of comparing lordosis before and after test of the FHRS group which forefoot part of plantar surface is hard and rear foot part is soft, there was the significant increase(p<0.05). 3. As the result of comparing lordosis before and after test of the FSRH group which forefoot part of plantar surface is soft and rear foot part is hard, there was the significant decrease(p<0.05). 4. As the result of comparing lordosis of the FHRS group and FSRH group, there was not a significant difference before test(p>0.05). But, there was a significant difference after test(p<0.05).

        We need to study about lower extremity alignment because the structure dictates the function of lower extremity. Through lower extremity alignment assessment in static posture, we recognize abnormal structural conditions which could affect dynamic motion such as gait. To evaluate of lower extremity alignment provide so many useful information, but method of measurement is so limited. Therefore, this review will assist understanding for measurement of lower extremity alignment in static posture. From now on study about the objective measurement method must be achieved much more in physical therapy.
