융합기술 개발을 위한 중소기업 간 협업모형 제안

기술변화의 속도가 빨라지고, 기술이 고도화함에 따라 산업 간 기술융합이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 이는 자원과 역량이 부족한 중소기업에 있어서는 더욱 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 기술융합과 관련하여 많은 기존 연구들이 이루어졌으나, 실제 기술융합과 밀접한 관련이 있는 기업 레벨에서의 연구는 상대적으로 부족하였던 것이 사실이며, 기술융합을 위한 중소기업 간 협력을 지원할 수 있는 현실적인 방법론에 대한 연구도 상대적으로 부족하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 실증분석에 기반하여 중소기업의 협력현황을 분석하고, 이를 반영하여 중소기업 간 협업모형을 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과는 중소기업 간 협력을 지원할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study derived implications regarding competition policy to establish a reasonable spectrum allocation draft of a 3.7 GHz spectrum band by indepth analysis of 5G spectrum auctions. The following general features were identified by examining auctions of three countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Denmark, were completed in 2021. First, securing the minimum bandwidth that is essential for service competition was guaranteed by applying the spectrum cap. Second, a continuous spectrum band was allocated to all mobile network operators. Third, certain requirements were implemented to encourage the expansion of 5G service coverage. The spectrum cap that was implemented in Korea during the most recent spectrum auction was ineffective regarding competition policy. Additionally, it is anticipated that the allocation of 3.7-4.0 GHz spectrum will considerably impact market competition because the continuity of spectrum band is different among mobile service operators. Therefore, it is time to discuss promoting the 5G service competition in Korea by revising related laws.

국내 중소기업의 기술기회 발굴 활동 현황 연구

With the rapid change in technology, it is important to create business opportunities from technology. Many leading companies have tried to improve their competence from capturing those opportunities, which is called TOD (Technology Opportunity Discovery) activities in this research, by identifying emerging technologies or assessing economic and market potential of technologies. Academics have also been interested in the TOD activities but most of the previous studies have focused on developing methodologies or guidelines for TOD. Little effort was given to understanding the current status of TOD activities, which is indispensible to develop effective methodologies for TOD. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the current states of TOD activities, particularly focusing on SMEs, which are the main actors of national innovation system. For the purpose of investigation, firstly, TOD process was defined, and then, based on the process, three main activities of TOD, which include identifying the motivation of TOD, collecting information for TOD, and analyzing the collected information activities for TOD, were examined using a survey method. Finally, the analysis results were used to understand the SMEs' needs and difficulties on TOD activities. Research findings are expected to provide useful information for the future studies on TOD and also can be used to develop a policy for SMEs. 기술변화 속도가 빨라지고 기술의 융복합화가 진행되면서 기술기회 발굴활동에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 산업계에서는 보유기술의 미래 성공가능성을 평가하거나 시장니즈를 만족시키기 위한 주요기술을 도출하여 이를 기술전략 수립에 반영하고자 하는 노력을 지속하고 있으며, 학계에서도 최근 기술기회 발굴에 대한 연구들이 일부 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 높은 관심에도 불구하고 기존 연구들은 주로 기술기회 발굴 방법론 제시에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 실제 기술기회 발굴 활동이 어떻게 수행되고 있는지를 분석하기 위한 분석 틀 혹은 결과에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 보다 효과적이고 현실적인 방법론을 제시하기 위해 현황에 대한 이해는 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 중소기업들을 대상으로 이들의 기술기회 발굴 현황을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 중소기업의 기술기회 발굴 프로세스를 정의하였고, 이를 토대로 기술기회 발굴 동인, 기술기회 발굴을 위한 정보수집과 정보분석 활동에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사 결과는 t-test 등으로 분석하여 기술기회 발굴활동에 있어 중소기업의 애로사항과 니즈를 도출하기 위해 활용되었다. 본 연구결과는 중소기업의 기술기회 발굴 활동의 현황을 이해하고 중소기업형 기술기회 발굴 방법론을 개발하는 등의 추후 연구에서 기초자료로 활용되거나 중소기업 관련 정책수립에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

치과적 외상이 있는 소아청소년 입원환자의 치과 협진 의뢰

The purpose of this research is analyzing present condition, and pursuing developmental direction of consultation to department of dentistry for medical inpatient with dental trauma. This research conducted a retrospective analysis of consultation to department of dentistry for medical inpatient at Wonju Severance Christian Hospital from March 2011 to February 2017. This research analyzed chief complaint and dental diagnosis, referring department, time of consultation after dental trauma, relation between hospitalization period and time of consultation after dental trauma, relation between dental trauma and admission in the medical department due to trauma, cause and age of dental trauma occurrence, treatment of dental trauma, and revisiting rate of inpatient with dental trauma after discharge. Among all the chief complaint and dental diagnosis, dental trauma was the highest. Among all the referring departments, departments of surgery were the highest. In relation to being delayed of consultation term after dental trauma, it turned out that there’s pretty high mutual relation between the hospitalization period and the consultation term after dental trauma, and the hospitalization period had the quantitative influence on the consultation term. Statistically, dental trauma and admission in the medical department due to trauma had significant relations. In case of those patients due to car accidents, they had dental trauma without exception. Statistically, patient’s group with dental trauma in hospital room was younger than patient’s group with dental trauma in non-hospital room. Statistically, dental trauma and treatment in hospitalization had no significant relations, and dental trauma and revisiting department of dentistry after discharge had no significant relations. For the child and adolescent inpatients hospitalized for car accidents, there is high possibility of accompanying dental trauma, and dental consultations can be delayed. For the young child inpatients, the possibility of dental trauma occurrence in hospital room is high. Moreover, treatments during hospitalization and revisiting department of pediatric dentistry after discharge are not performed well for inpatients with dental trauma. Regarding these results, it can be an alternative that improving of consultation system, dedicated workforce placement and having dental facilities and equipment in the hospital ward, education to medical doctor and dentist, communication between medical doctor and dentist. This research can be used as a study material of medical and dental departments, and it’s expected to be committed to developing of consultations to department of dentistry for child and adolescent inpatients with dental trauma. 본 연구의 목적은 치과적 외상이 있는 소아청소년 입원환자의 치과 협진 의뢰에 대한 본원의 현황을 분석하고 발전 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이에 2011년 3월부터 2017년 2월까지 6년간 원주세브란스기독병원 의과에 입원한 소아청소년 환자의 치과 협진 의뢰에 대한 후향적 분석을 하였다. 조사 항목으로 협진 의뢰 주소와 치과적 진단명, 협진 의뢰과, 치과적 외상 후 협진 의뢰 시기, 입원 기간과 치과적외상 후 협진 의뢰 시기의 관계, 외상으로 의과에 입원하는 것과 치과적 외상 발생의 관계, 치과적 외상의 원인과 발생 나이, 치과적 외상에 대한 치료, 치과적 외상 환자의 퇴원 후 치과 외래 재내원 등이 있었다. 협진 의뢰 주소와 치과적 진단명에서 치과적 외상이 차지하는 비율이 가장 높았고, 협진 의뢰과는 외과 계열의 진료과가 가장 높은비율을 보였다. 입원 기간과 치과적 외상 후 협진 의뢰 시기는 양의 상관 관계를 보였다. 외상을 이유로 의과에 입원하는 것과 치과적외상 발생은 통계적으로 유의하게 연관이 있었고, 교통 사고로 인해 의과에 입원한 환자의 경우 100% 치과적 외상이 동반되었다. 입원실에서 발생한 치과적 외상 환자의 나이는 유의하게 적었다. 치과적 외상과 입원 중 치료, 치과적 외상과 퇴원 후 치과 외래 재내원은 각각 통계적으로 유의한 연관이 없었다. 교통 사고에 의해 의과에 입원한 소아청소년 환자에 대해서 치과적 외상이 동반될 가능성이 크고, 치과 협진 의뢰 시기가 지연될 수있다. 어린 소아 환자의 경우 입원실에서 치과적 외상의 발생 가능성이 크다. 또한, 치과적 외상 환자의 입원 중 치료와 퇴원 후 치과외래 재내원이 잘 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이와 같은 결과들에 대해 협진 의뢰 체계의 개선, 입원 병동 내 전담 인력 배치와 치과 시설및 장비 구비, 의과 주치의에 대한 교육, 주치의 간의 원활한 의사소통 등이 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 의과와 치과의 교육 및 연구자료로 활용되어 치과적 외상이 있는 소아청소년 입원환자의 치과 협진 의뢰에 관한 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

제품-서비스 통합 시스템을 위한 기술 로드맵 활용 현황 분석

최근 들어 서비스의 중요성이 부각되고 경제에서 서비스산업이 차지하는 비중이 계속해서 증가함에 따라, 제품 개발단계부터 제품과 서비스를 동시에 고려할 수 있는 개념인 제품-서비스 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 제품-서비스 통합 시스템의 유형화나 사례 연구 등 에 치우친 경우가 많았으며, 시스템 기획 시제품과 서비스의 통합 기획을 위한 연구는 부족했던 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품-서비스 통합 시스템의 기획을 돕기 위한 기술 로드맵 유형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 가장 먼저 기존의 제품-서비스 통합 시스템 로드맵 작성 사례를 조사하여 이에 대한 유형화를 실시한 뒤, 각 유형에 따라 적용분야, 작성목적, 작성 방법론, 제품-서비스 시스템 유형의 측면에서 어떠한 특징을 가지는지 분석하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과는 추후 제품-서비스 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 로드맵 작성에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
