        「류인원기공비(劉仁願紀功碑)」의 해석과 당조의 백제고토 지배방식

        The so-called Monument of Liu-renyuan(劉仁願) is the victory monument which was built around the first year of Linde(麟德) era(664) in order to celebrate and honor Liu-renyuan`s contributions to suppressing Baekje(百濟) revival movement forces after the collapse of Baekje. The Monument of Liu-renyuan can be confirmed only up to Lines 1-21 in the first half of the epigraph in the present, which closely describe Liu-renyuan family`s origin, the pedigree of lineal ancestors, and Liu-renyuan`s career and achievements so that they can be evaluated to have the high value of historical materials. However, the part related to the methods to govern the old territory of Baekje in T`ang(唐) Dynasty has been the most noticeable in the academic circle recently in relation to the Monument of Liu-renyuan. That is, the question is related to whether T`ang Dynasty established Duhufu(都護府) in the old territory of Baekje immediately after the collapse of Baekje. In relation to this question, mixed opinions are presented in preceding studies. On the one hand, based upon the epigraph contents in the Monument of Liu-renyuan, an opinion argues that T`ang Dynasty established Duhufu so as to control five Dudufu(都護府). On the other hand, another opinion points out the possibility of exaggerating and beautifying the achievements of Liu-renyuan due to the character of historical materials as a monument to cast doubts on the reliability of historical materials in the Monument of Liu-renyuan. So, the purpose of this study is to discuss the methods to govern the old territory of Baekje in T`ang Dynasty immediately after the collapse of Baekje through the comparison and contrast with literature historical materials on the basis of the synthetic analysis on the Monument of Liu-renyuan. First of all, this study synthetically examined the actual status of rubbing copies and reading texts in the Monument of Liu-renyuan since the middle of the 17th century, and so presented correct reading texts, and then compared and contrasted the contents of the epigraph with literature historical materials to try to re-interpret the epigraph. In addition, through examining existing related literature historical records on the basis of these reading and annotated translation works, this study confirmed that T`ang Dynasty had established Duhufu and five Dudufu(s) in Baekje regions to try to implement Jimi(羈?) policy toward the old territory of Baekje. However, as Baekje restoration movements occurred even though T`ang Dynasty did not dominated the entire regions in the old territory of Baekje completely, Jimi policy planned by T`ang Dynasty had to face its limitations in the process of its implementation. Thus, as Duhufu established by T`ang Dynasty became in fact null and void, the role of garrison troops(鎭守軍) stationed in the old territory of Baekje had been strengthened gradually to function as the substantial mechanism to rule the old territory of Baekje in T`ang Dynasty although this ruling system had been continued since Baekje reconstruction movement forces were repressed completely in the third year of Longshuo(龍朔) era(663) and so Ungjin Dudufu(熊津都護府) was consolidated.

        Daphnia Magna를 이용한 하수처리장에서의 생태독성 거동 특성

        본 연구는 하수처리장에서의 각 단위공정에 따른 생태독성물질 거동특성을 파악하고 단위공정별유기물질(BOD, SS 및 COD) 및 T-N, T-P농도에 따른 TU(Toxic Unit) 제거효율을 검토하여 앞으로 강화 될 생태독성물질 제어를 위한 기초자료로 활용하는 것이 목적이다. 단위공정별 BOD에 따른 TU 제거효율에서는 BOD 농도가 유입하수에 비해 분뇨 및 연계수에서 7.7% 증가하였으며 이때, TU 값은 4.9% 증가하였다. 입자상 물질 중 SS 및 BOD가 가장 많이 제거되는 1차 침전지에서의 BOD농도는 27.9 % 감소하였으나, TU 값은 7.0% 감소하는데 만족하였다. 이후 생물학정 공정을 거쳐 방류수에서 발생하는 TU값은 100% 제거되었으며, SS 및 COD역시 BOD와 유사한 제거 경향을 나타내었다. 단위공정별 T-N에 따른 TU 변화는 유입하수에 비해 다음 공정인 하수와 분뇨의 연계수에서 T-N 농도는 14.2% 증가하였으며, 이때 TU 값 역시 4.9% 증가하였다. 초기 침전지에서의 T-N농도는 전 공정에 비해 3.6% 감소하였으나, TU 값은 1.2로 전 공정에 비해 7.0% 감소하는 경향을 나타내어 SS, BOD 및 COD 결과와 달리 T-N 제거효율에 비해 TU 제거효율이 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과와 같이 생물학적 반응조(ASA 공법)에서 생태독성물질의 제거가 대부분 이루어졌으며, 이는 미생물에 의한 제거라고 판단되며 이후, 생태독성물질이 미생물 변위 및 변화에 얼마만큼 영향을 끼치는지 연구할 계획이며, 슬러지 내 생태독성물질의 농축현상이 일어나는지를 규명할 것이다. This study is intended to understand the dynamic characteristics of ecological toxicity in sewage treatment plant by unit process and review TU(Toxic Unit) removal efficiency depending on organic material (BOD, SS and COD) and T-N & T-P Concentration, thereby making use of them as basic data in controling ecological toxicity to be further required. TU removal efficiency depending on BOD by unit process was increased by 7.7% BOD concentration for night soil and mixed water comparing to influent sewage while TU was increased by 4.7%. BOD concentration was reduced by 27.9% at primary sedimentation tank where SS and BOD are removed the most among particle materials whereas TU was reduced by 7.0% only. TU in effluent after biological process was removed 100% and similar to SS and BOD. With regard to variation of TU depending on T-N concentration by unit process in sewage and night soil-mixed water was increased by 14.2% T-N concentration compared to influent sewage and TU was also increased by 4.9%. T-N concentration at primary sedimentation tank was reduced by 3.6% from proceeding process while TU was reduced by 7.0%, indicating 1.2 and higher TU removal rate than T-N on the contrary to SS, BOD and COD. As indicated in this study, toxicity was mostly removed in biological reactor (ASA System) which was attributable to removal by microbe and further study on effect of ecological toxicity on displacement and changes to microbe will continue and investigation to identify the concentration of ecological toxicity in sludge will be carried out.
