클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 법적 쟁점 -이용자의 법적 리스크와 그 대응방안을 중심으로-

Companies need to examine the probable legal risks prior to diverting to cloud computing system. Expected legal risks are: legal liability due to customer``s personal information leak, matters about committing personal information, governmental authority risks where the server is located, risk of violating right to reproduce concerning the copyright law, and risk of requesting prohibition due to infringement of the patent. Agreements regarding the jurisdiction and governing law also should be included in the contract to avoid unnecessary risks. The most certain way to avoid the expected risks such as above, is to consider those risks when reviewing the contract. When signing the utilization contract, one needs to review the contract and related regulations carefully so the company is completely aware of the provided services, subordinate duty and rights, and dispute resolution procedures. When doing so, the company should take special attention to jurisdiction clause, governing law clause, an exemption provision and liquidated damages provision. Promoting Cloud Computing and Protecting Cloud Computing Users Act in now pending in the National Assembly. When this act comes into effect, the user protecting provisions will support protecting the rights and interests of the cloud computing users.

대 감염병(pandemic) 시대의 예배 형태의 변화와 적응

본 연구는 전 세계적으로 유행하고 있는 코로나-19의 대 감염병(pandemic)이 불러온 여러 변화 중에서 예배 형태의 급격한 변화와 그 적응에 관한 성경적 전망을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 약 2년 전에 발병하여 지금도 계속되고 있는 코로나-19는 일상으로부터 시작하여 경제, 교육, 직장, 그리고 삶의 거의 모든 영역에 거대한 변화를 불러 왔는데, 그중에서도 디지털을 매개로 하는 예배 형태의 변화는 ‘격변’이라고 할 정도의 큰 파장을 불러 왔다. 본 연구에서는 디지털을 매개로 하는 온라인 가상공간에서 드리는 예배 형태의 다양한 변화와 그 변화된 온라인예배의 수용 여부에 관해 예배신학적 관점으로 심도 있게 검토하였다. 또한, 감염병에 관한 성경의 사례들과 14세기 흑사병이 유행하였을 때 교회들의 대처와 반응을 현재 코로나-19시대의 교회들의 감염병에 관한 대처와 반응을 비교하여 분석하였다. 더 나아가, 본 연구에서는 코로나-19의 감염위기가 여전히 상존하는 상황에서 ‘성례전’ 즉, 성찬 예식과 세례식을 수행하는 것이 적절한지에 관한 성경적 관점과 시행 방법론에 관하여 살펴보았다. 포스트모더니즘의 특징을 결정짓는 들뢰즈와 가타리의 ‘리좀’이론을 근거로 하여, 디지털 혁명 시대에 최첨단 I.T.기술이 제공하는 플랫폼이 예배신학에서 가장 중요한 ‘공동체성’을 대신할 수 있는지에 관한 신학적 관점을 제시하였다. This study has attempted not only to explore and identify the change of worship in altered forms that is caused by Covid-19 which has spread on a global scale. but to propose the Biblical perspective on its adjustment as well. Covid-19, which began a little less than two years ago, has still had a great influence on economy, education, jobs, and on every aspect of daily routine. Among those changes, the change of worship forms in intermediary digital means has caused ‘a great stir’ on the Christian’s religious routine. This study has also surveyed both the various altered forms of online service that is carried out in cyberspace, and the adaption to the online forms of worship in the light of a biblical theology of worship. Besides in this study, the Korean church’s reaction and cope with the current Covid-19 is analyzed based on the cases of infectious disease in the history of Old-Testament. In regard to ‘Sacrament’, this study includes analysis of appropriateness on carrying out ‘Holy Communion’ and ‘Baptismal Rite’ in the midst of pandemic situation and the proposal of Biblical perspectives on it. Finally, in accordance with Gilles Deleuze & Felix Guattari’s ‘Rhizome(mass of roots) theory’ that determines post-modernism, the study has also proposed a theological perspective on whether ‘worshiping body in congregation’ of offline service can be replaced by online forms of worship in a cyber platform in this digital age.

본 연구는 육아종합지원센터 상담실 운영 현황을 파악하여 상담실 운영 과정에서 나타나는 문제점을 개선하고, 해결하기 위해 종사자들의 실제적인 요구를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 향후 육아종합지원센터가 효과적이고 전문적인 상담 서비스 제공할 수 있도록 상담실 운영을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 및 서울시에 소재한 육아종합지원센터를 중심으로 상담실 운영 현황에 대한 설문 조사와 육아종합지원센터 상담실 운영 과정의 문제점과 이를 개선하기 위한 요구를 실제적으로 파악할 수 있도록 전문가 집단심층면접(FGI)을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역의 다양한 보육 환경과 수요, 특성을 고려한 양질의 상담 서비스를 제공해야 하며, 육아종합지원센터 간의 유기적인 협력이 필요하다. 둘째, 육아종합지원센터는 영유아와 영유아 자녀를 둔 부모를 복합적으로 지원하는 기관으로써 이용자 입장에서 상담실의 접근성이 용이해야 하며, 이용자와의 신뢰성을 쌓기 위해 체계적이고 전문적인 상담실 운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 상담실을 운영함에 있어 재정적, 행정적, 구조적 지원을 통합적으로 확보해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to determine an activation plan and propose a direction of management counseling room of the support center for childcare, which provides effective and professional counseling and solves problems from the workers’ needs. We surveyed the management status of the counseling room of the support center for childcare in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul and we interviewed experts who are aware of the management process, perception and demand of the center. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to provide high quality counseling services for various child care environments, requirements, and area characteristics and to cooperate systematically with the support center for childcare. Second, as the support center for childcare is an institution for supporting infants, children and their parents, it should easy to use the programs and to operate the counseling centers professionally through user"s trust. Third, we should gain financial, administrative and structural support.
