요양보호사의 서비스지향성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 서비스품질의 매개효과를 중심으로 노인요양서비스 지향성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대구 경북 소재 노인서비스 기관 132개에서 근무하는 요양보호사와 이들로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 노인이용자를 대상으로 하였고, 총 320부를 탐색적 요인분석과 회귀분석을 살펴보았고, 매개효과는 PROCESS 매크로를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 서비스지향성이 서비스 만족의 선행변수임이 검증되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질이 서비스 지향성과 서비스만족에서 매개효과를 나타내었다. 요양보호사의 서비스지향성이 높아질수록 서비스 품질은 높아지고 이는 노인들의 서비스 만족을 더욱 높일 수 있다. 이에 노인요양보호사들이 서비스를 제공하는 데 있어서 본인들이 지향하는 바를 잘 아는 것이 중요하며, 노인복지기관에서는 요양보호사들이 현장에 적용할 수 있는 교육과 보상 등이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of elderly care service orientation on service satisfaction, on the mediating effect of service quality. To verify this, caregivers working at 132 senior service organizations in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and elderly users receiving services were targeted. Exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were examined for a total of 320 copies, and the mediating effect was PROCESS macro. was analyzed using As a result of the study, first, it was verified that service orientation is a leading variable of service satisfaction. Second, service quality showed mediating effect on service orientation and service satisfaction. The higher the service orientation of the caregivers, the higher the service quality, which can further increase the service satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, it is important for elderly care providers to know what they are aiming for in providing services, and senior welfare institutions need education and compensation that can be applied to caregivers in the field.

재가노인서비스 기관의 사회적가치지향성이 이용자만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 재가 노인 서비스 기관이 지닌 사회적 가치지향성의 차원이 이용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대구 경북 재가노인서비스 기관 148개에서 서비스를 받고 있는 이용자를 대상으로 하였고, 총 660부를 본 연구의 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과 사회적 가치지향성의 하위요인인 비전, 규범, 신뢰는 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재가노인서비스 기관이 사회적 가치를 지향하려는 노력이 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과를 통해 재가 노인 서비스 기관이 추구하는 사회적가치지향성과 이용자 만족도의 관계를 규명하였고, 이로써 사회복지서비스 제고를 위한 방안으로 서비스 기관의 사회적가치지향성에 대한 관심이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the dimension of social value orientation of home care service institutions on users satisfaction. To verify this, users receiving services from 148 home care service organizations in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were targeted, and a total of 660 copies were used as the final analysis data for this study. As a result of the study, it was found that the sub-factors of social value orientation, such as vision, norms, and trust, have an effect on user satisfaction. It was found that the efforts of home care service organizations to pursue social value are an important variable that affects user satisfaction. Through this result, the relationship between the social value orientation and user satisfaction pursued by the elderly service institutions at home is identified, and as a result, interest in the social value orientation of the service institution is required as a way to improve social welfare services.

不整脈에 대한 東醫寶鑑의 판단기준 硏究

Objective : In Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑), like a slow pulse with irregular intervals(結脈), an abrupt pulse(促脈) and a slow and weak pulse with regular intervals(代脈), an uneven pulse(濇脈) is written as a kind of arrhythmia. Such a recognition differs from the present one. In this study, I try to seize the meaning and deliberate whether those expressions are appropriate. Method : 1. Collect and compare the materials of the above four pulses among documentary records of feeling the pulse for diagnosis. 2. Grasp the aspect and trend of changes. 3. Reason whether records in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) are proper or not. Result & Conclusions : Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) written “like a slow pulse with irregular intervals(結脈), an abrupt pulse(促脈) and a slow and weak pulse with regular intervals(代脈), an uneven pulse(濇脈) is written as a kind of arrhythmia”. It is not ‘an uneven pulse(濇脈)’ is written about irregularity of pulse, but ‘an uneven pulse(濇脈)’ is written about irregularity of the sense able to be felt on the fingertip.

아무르 불가사리(Asterias amurensis)의 관족으로부터 신경성 펩타이드의 분리 및 정제

Two neuropeptides were purified from the acidified tube feet extract of the starfish Asterias amurensis by C18 re- versed phase and size-exclusion high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The tube feet extract and the purified peptides (AST-I and AST-II) showed potent contractile activity on dorsal retractor muscle (DRM) of the starfish Asterina pectinifera and intestine (smooth muscle) of the panther puffer Takifugu pardalis. Treatment of the purified peptides with dithiothreitol (DTT) for 60 min at 37°C significantly altered their retention times, suggesting that these compounds contained disulfide bonds. The molecular weights of AST-I and AST-II were determined to be 2064.2 Da and 6137.2 Da, respectively, by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of book-reading activities on the reading comprehension of children in multicultural families. The participants of the study were three elementary students from multicultural families. In the experiment, a multi-baseline design across participants was used to measure the improvement of reading comprehension during the book-reading activity program. The results of this study were as follows. First, book-reading activities improved the reading comprehension of children in multicultural families. Although there was a difference among individuals, three children advanced a great deal in reading comprehension after the reading period and the advances have continued after the study.

운전자 선호를 고려한 주차장 선택 알고리즘

전국의 자동차 등록대수는 1,640만대를 넘어서고 있다. 또한 도로연장 현황의 경우 2000년 이래로 연평균 2.35%로 증가하고 있으나 자동차 등록대수는 연평균 4.71%로 도로연장에 비하여 2배의 증가율을 보이고 있다. 전국의 자동차 등록대수 중 승용차는 연평균 5.59%가 증가하고 화물차의 경우에는 약 3.26% 증가와 승합차의 경우에는 3.99% 감소를 보이고 있어 승용차가 타 자동차에 비하여 눈에 띄는 증가현황을 보이고 있다. 하지만 승용차 중에서 대략 48%가 수도권에 집중되어 있다. 이처럼 도심의 승용차 수가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 개정된 주차장법 시행규칙의 제 7조 2항을 보게 되면, 자동차 통행이 혼잡한 상업지역이나 상업화된 준주거지역, 교통 혼잡관리구역으로 도시철도 등의 대중교통수단 이동이 편리한 지역에서는 부설 주차장 설치를 제한 할 수 있다고 제시되어 있다.

Petiolus Nelumbinis, branches of lotus leaf or lotus flower is a traditional oriental herbal medicine widely used for treating a superheat or disorder of qi flow. Although there are many clinical results and literature study, it has been rarely conducted to evaluate the immuno-biological activity. The present study was conducted to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of PNM (Petiolus Nelumbinis MeOH extract) in vitro. To determine cytotoxic concentration of PNM, the cells were treated with PNM for 24 h after LPS addition, and the cell viability was tested by MTT assay. Both of dosages (30 and 100 ${\mu}g/ml$) of PNM had no cytotoxicity. In these concentrations, PNM significantly reduced the elevated levels of NO and $PGE_2$ by LPS. These inhibitory effects of PNM were due to the reduced expressions of iNOS and COX-2 protein. TNF-$\alpha$, IL-1$\beta$ and IL-6 are frequently encountered pro-inflammatory cytokines, and LPS plays a key role in inducing to the massive production of these cytokines. Thus, we next determined the levels of these cytokines. Although PNM had no significant inhibitory effect on the production of TNF-$\alpha$, the elevated levels of IL-1$\beta$ and IL-6 by LPS were dose-dependently reduced in PNM-treated groups. These results demonstrate that PNM has anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines, NO and $PGE_2$ in LPS-activated macrophage. Moreover, the reduction of NO and $PGE_2$ levels was due to the inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 protein expression by PNM.
