        유아의 성별에 따른 기질, 정서조절, 그리고 어머니의 언어통제가 문제행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 유아의 성에 따라 유아의 기질, 어머니의 언어통제, 유아의 정서조절이 유아의 외현화?내면화 문제행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 조사대상은 만 3~5세 유아의 어머니 341명이며, 수집된 자료는 제안된 이론적 모델을 검증하기 위해서 AMOS 5.0을 이용한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남아의 외현화 문제행동에는 활동성 기질이 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 적응성 기질은 정서조절을 통해, 반응성 기질은 어머니의 언어통제를 통해 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남아의 내면화 문제행동에는 적응성 기질이 직접적인 영향을 미치었고, 반응성 기질은 어머니의 언어통제를 통해, 적응성 기질은 정서조절을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 여아의 적응성과 반응성 기질은 어머니의 언어통제와 정서조절을 통해 외현화 문제행동에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 여아의 활동성 기질은 어머니의 언어통제를 통해 간접적 영향을 미치는 동시에 외현화 문제행동에 직접적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 여아의 적응성, 반응성, 활동성 기질이 어머니의 언어통제를 통해 여아의 내면화 문제행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤고, 적응성 기질은 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine how young children`s temperament, maternal speech control, and children`s emotional regulation interacted each other and how an effect on problem behaviors, and to search for the program that can reduce young children`s problem behaviors. The subjects of this study were 341 mothers whose children aged from 3 to 5 were attending 2 public kindergartens and 3 private kindergartens which were located in Chungju city and Chungbuk province. The results were as follows: This study revealed that the first important determinant of boys being externalized problem behaviors was boys being emotional regulation and that of boys being internalized problem behaviors was adaptive temperament. And, this study revealed that the first important determinant of girls being externalized problem behaviors was girls being active temperament and the second important determinant was maternal imperative verbal control and the most important determinant of girls being internalized problem behaviors was adaptive temperament.

        북한산 국립공원 주변지역 사육견의 광견병 항체 분포조사

        This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence rate for rabies antibody (PRRA) of dogs near the Pukhansan National Park and in some other districts in Seoul Metropolitan city. From April to July 2000, a total of 414 serum samples were taken from dogs for breeding (92), pet dogs (62), and unclaimed/stray dogs (62). Rabies virus antibodies were detected by neutralizing peroxidase-linked assay (NPLA). Of 414 sera tested, 145 (35%) were positive to rabies virus antibody. PRRA in Pukhansan National Park area and in the other districts of Seoul city were 34.8% and 35.4%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate between these two districts. PRRA in pet dogs, unclaimed/stray dogs, and dogs for breeding were 39.5%, 35%, and 27.2% respectively. PRRA in dogs from residential areas, apartments, animal hospitals, and farms were 32.5%, 60%, 35.3%, and 26.7% respectively. Especially, the dogs reared in apartments had a significantly higher seroprevalence (60%) than those in residential or farm areas. PRRA in less than 1 year, 1~<2 years, 2~<3 years, and over 3 years old dogs were 14.7%, 40.4%, 38.4%, and 53% respectively, and overall 35% in the dog population. In addition, we found that dogs less than 1 year of age had lower antibody prevalence than those over 1 year of age. It was concluded that enhancement of vaccination is important in the prevention of the rabies, and that rabies vaccines should not be less supplied than the population of the dog.

        21세기 과학적 소양 평가기준 개발 및 교과서 내용 분석에의 적용

        본 연구는 21세기 과학적 소양을 탐색하기 위한 평가 기준을 개발하고, 이를 교과서 내용 분석에 적용하였다. 21세기 과학적 소양의 하위 영역으로 과학적 사고습관(habits of mind), 과학에서의 가치관(character and value), 과학 본성의 이해(science as human endeavor)를 설정하고, 각 하위 영역에 대한 평가 요소와 평가 기준을 개발하였다. 개발된 평가 기준은 21세기 과학적 소양이 교육 상황에서 실제 실현되고 있는가를 확인할 수 있는 지표이다. 개발된 평가 도구를 사용하여 2009 개정 교육과정에 기반을 둔 과학 교과서 내용에서 21세기 과학적 소양의 3개 영역에 관련 된 내용이 포함되어 있음을 확인하였다. 이 중 과학적 사고 습관에 관련된 내용이 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였으며 과학에서의 가치관과 과학본성의 이해에 관련 된 내용은 상대적으로 부족한 것을 알 수 있었다. 개발된 21세기 과학적 소양 평가 기준은 교과서 내용 분석 외에도 교실 수업 평가, 교사 평가, 교수-학습 자료의 평가에 활용하여 현장 과학 수업 실행에 대한 실질적인 이해를 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. We developed 21st century scientific literacy assessment instrument and applied it to explore the contents of seven Korean science textbooks. The 21st century scientific literacy assessment instrument involved three dimensions (habits of mind, character and values, science as human endeavor). Each dimension consists of three sub-dimensions. Five science education experts assessed the content of textbook using criteria. We discussed issues in which the examiners responses did not match and reached an agreement on initial disagreement. As a result, we found that most Korean textbook contained contents on habits of mind, especially, communication, collaboration, and information management. We also found that most materials lacked information about character and values and science as human endeavor. Based on the result, we suggest that researchers and science educators need to consider all dimensions of the 21st century scientific literacy when they develop curriculum and teaching materials. In addition, the rubric for 21st century scientific literacy can be adopted as an assessment tool for examining curriculum, teaching materials.

        HCG 에 의하여 억제된 ATP 유도 인간 난소 황체화 과립막세포의 세포자멸사에 관한 연구

        N/A Objective: To determine the effects of hCG on extracellular ATP induced apoptosis in cultured human luteinized granulosa cells (hLGCs) Methods: The addition of various concentrations of ATP (0,0.1,0.25,0.5,0.75mM)and5IuhCG to luteinized granulosa cells obtained during in vitro fertilization ovum pickup procedures. After culture for 24 hours, purinoceptor activity and functional changes in mitochondria were measured by patch clamp, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy. Results: Calcium imaging with fura-2 revealed that ATP elevated [Ca 2+]i by mobilizing intracellularly stored Ca 2+. A patch clamp study showed that ATP exerted its effect by initially binding to the P2Y type purinoceptor, as evidenced by the ATP-evoked outward Ca 2+ -activated K +current. Probing mitochondria with JC-1, a mitochondrial transmembrane potential-sensitive dye, revealed that ATP induced mitochondrial depolarization in a concentration-dependent manner. A quantitative flow cytometric analysis with Annexin V showed that apoptotic cells were increased in number in proportion to the concentration of ATP, having 18.57% of apoptotic cell populations in the presence of 0.75mM ATP compared to 7.88%in the control. Moreover, treatments with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) at 5 IU reversed both the ATP-induced mitochondrial depolarization and apoptosis (18.57 vs 6.32%). Conclusion: Taken together, these results indicate, first, extracellular ATP recognized by the P2Y type purinoceptor on h-LGCs increases the intracellular Ca2+ . Second, the increased intracellular Ca2+ triggers the apoptotic cascade by acting at least, in part, on mitochondria. Third, hCG reverses the ATP-induced apoptosis, raising a possible clinical implication of hCG in the treatment of degeneration of granulosa cells such as follicular atresia.

        유색미 안토시아닌계 및 탄닌계색소의 추출법

        This experiment was conducted to establish the efficient extraction condition for anthocyanin and tannin pigments contained in rice bran of adored noes. Efficiency of the pigment extraction was maximum when the concentration of mixed solvent of methanol(3) : ethanul(7) was 70%. In purple rice(anthocyanin pigment), $quot;Kilimheugmi$quot;, 80% ethanol containing 0.5% magic acid showed the highest extraction efficiency and stability with a maximum absorbance wavelength(λ_(max)) at 538 ㎚. In red rice(tannin pigment). $quot;Jagwangdo$quot;. 80% ethanol containing 0.01% citric acid showed the highest extraction efficiency and stability with a maximum absorbance wavelength(λ_(max)) at 456 ㎚. The relative optical density of the pigments increased until the solvent temperature was reacted at 70℃, but drastically decreased over at 90℃ due to color change. The higher amount of the pigment was extracted from the longer shaking time of the solvent. Ten minutes was enough for the grinding time of rice bran in solvent. Supernatant of the pigment extractives after one day storage at 4℃ in Clark chamber revealed higher optical density than the filtration of the pigment extractives.

        서울지역 어린이 놀이터 모래에서 개 선충류 충란 조사

        To demonstrate the prevalence of Toxocara spp. eggs in public playgrounds in Seoul city, sand samples collected from March to October in 2000 were examined. Of 1,812 sand samples from 302 playgrounds surveyed, Toxocara canis eggs were detected in 38 sands from 22 place(7.3%). Sand samples in public parks were more contaminated (10%) with the eggs than those in apartment complex area(7.1%) and in residential area(6.8%). Toxocara canis eggs were mostly found in sands in the spring and autumn but were not found in summer. To prevent the comtamination of Toxocara spp. eggs in the public places, the control of dogs and cats wandered do out there will be needed.
