        제천 청풍문화재 단지의 관광객 선호도에 관한 연구

        This exploratory study surveyed a random sample of 700 tourist. After follow-up procedures were applied, responses rate of 85 percent was achieved. However, useable responses 595 of the 700 questionnaires. The statistical Analysis spss/pc were used for computer analysis of the data and testing. These included analysis of frequency analysis, χ² . The traditional researches were reviewed on the Image attributes of chung pang Culture Festival Park In Chechen from analizing the selected Image attributes by considering these proceeding research are as follow : 1. The common Image attributes based on proceeding on the Image attributes of Chung pang Festival Park depend on commodity, service. 2. The common Image attributes based on proceeding on the Image attributes of Chung pang Festival Park depend on appearance, functionality.

        여행비용법을 이용한 지역축제의 가치추정: 제21회 단양 온달문화축제를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study, the estimated of results the variables affecting the visit demand of the Danyang Ondal Culture Festival using the Travel Cost Method (TCM). In order to purpose the research goal, the study conducted the survey in the venue of the festival and selected the research subjects at random sampleing. If you look at the results of the study, are presented as having relatively more tourists close to women and married visits. In addition, among the four factors that constitute the festival service quality, two factors are influenced by visit demand positive (+) and visitors to Danyang Ondal Culture Festival showed a positive effect on visit demand satisfaction in relation to the event contents and amenities. The economic benefit of tourists visiting the Danyang Ondal Culture Festival is estimated to be 157,978 won. In conclusion, In this study the Danyang Ondal Culture Festival was approached as a value of socio-economic and presented as such, implications for the socio-economic value of the local festival to be gained through the feasibility.

        문화관광축제의 서비스품질과 몰입, 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was investigate to 279 analysis utilization of total 300 visitors of those who had enjoyed “2014 Ondal Cultural Festival”. In order to achieve the research goal, the study conducted the questionnaire in the venue of the festival and selected the research subjects at random. With certain standards to measure the Promotional information, Festival Content and the amenities, Food and souvenirs as in the service quality determined, the study looked into how each of the extracted factors would influence the Flow experience. The study also discussed effects of the Flow experience both on the satisfaction of the festival visitors. According to the results from the analysis, 1) service quality factors (Festival Content, Food and souvenirs) and Flow(engrossment), 2) service quality factors (Promotional information, Festival Content, Food and souvenirs) and Flow(deviation from daily life), 3) service quality factors (Food and souvenirs) and Flow(time transcendence), 4) Flow(engrossment, deviation from daily life) of the festival were confirmed to affect the visitors’ satisfaction. The study also learned that how much the visitors of the festival have been satisfied with the event would have an effect, After all, the study came up with every statistically significant difference in relation to the effects of the service quality on the satisfaction of the visitors in the festival.

        고객특성과 고객 반응시스템이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 외식업체의 고객반응시스템과 고객성과에 대하여 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 연구모형을 개발하고, 구조방정식 모형분석 방법으로 분석하기로 한다. 따라서 외식업체를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지를 통해 고객의 유형을 나누고 이를 바탕으로 한 고객반응시스템(CRS: Customer Response System)은 경쟁자에 대하여 전략적 경쟁우위를 구축하고, 서비스 상품을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 한다. 서울지역 세 곳의 외식업체를 이용한 경험이 있는 고객 134명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 경제적인 욕구를 중요시하는 고객들이 서비스업체의 고객반응시스템에 대하여 보다 유의하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 고객반응시스템이 잘 구축된 경우, 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 고객만족은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 얻을 수 있는 시사점을 살펴보면, 외식업계에서는 고객의 요구와 욕구를 파악하기 위해서 서비스 마인드를 기본으로 한 고객반응시스템은 고객만족과 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 외식업체를 포함한 서비스업에서는 고객지향적인 반응시스템 구축과 관리를 위해서 노력해야 함을 알 수 있다. 또한 외식산업에서 유연한 고객반응시스템 구축은 신서비스 상품개발과 불평고객을 관리하는 최선의 방법이라고 할 수 있다. This study is concerned with investigating the customer response system in the family restaurants, developing a model of research model, and analyzing the structural equation model. Using data from customers in family restaurant, the authors examine the customer's type in visiting customers. In recent years, customer response system(CRS) has been heralded as the next source of building, sustaining, and winning competitive advantage. The results are as follows: customer response system is significantly influenced by economic user's need, and customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by customer response system In addition, customer loyalty is significantly by customer satisfaction The implications of the results on service quality management are discussed Limitations and further research issues are suggested.

        캠핑장 선택속성과 참여 편익, 행동의도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is limited to the campers at Woraksan National Park Dodonjae campsite, located in Chungcheongbak-do Jae-cheon and the questionnaire was distributed to 320 people of campers. the research was held for 1 months from July 2016. among 320 customers, 20 refused to answer and 300 participated in the survey. as the method of survey analysis, the researchers have visited the camping site during the research period, explained the objects of the research, asked th answer in self-assessment method and collected the paper immediately after the survey. with the exception of non-response and dishonest answers, the rest of 292 papers were selected as the object of the research. ibm spss 20.0 was used to analyze the data. the major statistic analysis methods were categorized into frequency, key factors, reliability, multiple regression and the result of the research are as following. The camping site selection attributes were significantly influenced by participation benefit and the relationship between participation benefit and camper’s behavior intention are testified.

      • 호텔 객실시설의 중요 요인에 따른 호텔 선택 영향 연구

        This study was undertaken to find out significant factors that encourage the customers to choice the hotel and to suggest the marketing strategies which can satisfy the customer's needs and increase the customer's visit. The research method to accomplish the purpose of this study carry out the field survey on the customer's choice factors about Room department which based on the document study and previous study. The empirical findings of this study & this thesis try to suggest the following marketing strategies are as follow: First, when customers choose the hotel, women consider room factors importantly than men. so it is necessary to offer special service to satisfy woman. Second, older respondents consider room general factors than younger one. service strategies for old generation should be developed. Third, a professional man & house wife are consider about all factors. it is necessary to offer special room service & design to satisfy house wife. Forth, it is necessary to offer special service & VIP card, DC coupon & Mileage service to satisfy customers. Fifth, weekday guests consider all factors synthetically than weekend guests. various supplement service and event have to open by guest's market segmentation. Sixth, guests who received good image for hotel have impact on effect of word-of-mouth communication which recommends their neighbors. Seventh, it needs to be offered various programs for a passenger. Consequently, the findings of this study intend to establish the efficient and rational marketing strategies and draw customers and scheme out development of hotel industry.

        호텔기업의 공정성이 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        Justice of a human resource management system is know as one of important antecedents of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample of this study consisted of employees from hotel in seoul. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS. The results were as follows; first, distributive justice, procedural justice and interaction justice have significant influence on job satisfaction. Second, first, distributive justice and procedural justice have significant influence but interaction justice has not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. This study contribute to the literature performance dimensionality in service organization, as well as justice theory's application to discretionary performance in the hotel industry. The theoretical and practical implications of this research were discussed and directions for future research were advanced.

        충주 우륵문화축제 이미지와 축제효과 평가 연구

        This paper was focused on evaluating the image and festival effects of Ureuk culture festival in the each viewpoint of tourist and peoples in Choongju area. And this paper was directed by empirical study analysing the questionnaire prepared by tourists visiting to the culture festival and host peoples of opening the festival. The festival images were consisted of six main variables, that is, the information of festival, the experience of festival contents, the amusements, the hospitality, the religious content and the convenience of facilities, and the effects of festival opening were consisted of three variables, that is, the tourism related effect, the economic liability effect and social improvement effect. In the result of empirical analysis of the festival, festival image was mainly affected by the experience of festival contents and the amusements, and was secondly affected by the hospitality and the religious content and in the festival opening effect, there was the relation between the tourism related effect and the social improvement effect.
