        In this paper, we have manufactured CdS/Cd(Cu)S thin film diodes by chemical bath deposition (CBD) process, and examined the effects of NH₄Cl and TEA. The addition of NH₄Cl remarkably enhanced the film thickness of CdS, however, TEA slightly decreased the film thickness. The thickness of CdS film prepared from the aqueous solution of 0.003 M CdSO₄, 0.00008 M CuSO₄, 1.3 M NH3, 0.03 M SC(NH₂)₂ and 0.0009 M NH₄C1 was 210 ㎚ and resistivity of that was 1.2×10³ Ω㎝. The thin film diode prepared by CBD showed good rectifying characteristics.

        소프트웨어 교육과 연계한 인공지능 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        인공지능은 인간 사회를 변화시키고 미래산업을 이끌어갈 핵심기술이다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 인공지능 교육 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책을 개발하고 있지만 현재 초등학교 교육과정에서 인공지능 교육은 교과나 단원으로 편성되어 있지 않아 학습하기 어려운 상황이다. 초등학교 교육과정에 적용이 가능한 인공지능 수업을 만들기 위해 이 연구에서는 실과 소프트웨어 단원과 연계한 인공지능 이미지 인식 기술 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 프로그램의 효과를 확인하였다. 연구를 위해 초등학교 6학년 2개 반 50명의 학생을 연구 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누었다. 실험집단은 20차시의 소프트웨어 교육과 연계한 인공지능 이미지 인식 기술 교육 프로그램, 통제집단은 20차시의 실과 교과서 단원 지도 내용을 배우는 소프트웨어 교육을 적용하여 컴퓨팅사고력, 융합인재 역량의 향상 정도, 소프트웨어 교육 만족도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 컴퓨팅사고력과 융합인재소양 중 융합 역량에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였고 소프트웨어 교육 만족도 검사 결과도 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 통해 인공지능 교육을 초등학교 교육과정에 적용하는 것이 가능하고 학생들의 학습 역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. Artificial intelligence (AI) software technology is a key innovation that will change human society and lead future industries. Accordingly, the government is developing various educational policies to revitalize artificial intelligence education. However, AI education is not organized as a subject or unit in the current elementary school curriculum, making it difficult to learn. The present study developed an AI image recognition technology education program for elementary school students in connection with a software unit of a practical course subject and aimed to confirm the effectiveness of the program to create an artificial intelligence class that can utilize the curriculum time. For the present analysis, 50 students in two classes of the 6th grade of an elementary school were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was subjected to the AI image recognition technology education program linked with the software education in the 20th session, while the control group underwent the software class using the textbook in the 20th session to analyze the improvement of computing thinking ability, STEAM Literacy and software education satisfaction. Results of the study revealed that the experimental group showed statistically significant differences in computing thinking. Furthermore, the experimental group showed statistically significant differences in the convergence competency of STEAM Literacy compared to the control group. Moreover, the experimental group’s software education satisfaction test result was higher than that of the control group. The hereby interpreted results indicate that it is possible to apply AI education to elementary school curriculum through this program. Furthermore, it might have a positive effect on students' learning competency, as the hereby performed experiment indicates.

        전통 수산발효식품인 식해류의 생리적 기능성 효과 비교

        N/A This study investigated and compared chemical properties and biological activities of four commercial sikhae products (three flat-fish, Pleuronectes herzensteini, Sikhae: product A, B, C; one Alaska pollack, Theragra chalcogramma, Sikhae: product D) and Alaska pollack Sikhae (product E). Total acidity, amino nitrogen, salinity and pH in all products were in ranges of 0.47-1.93 g%, 145.94-204.81 ㎎%, 3.40-4.00% and 4.38-5.55, respectively. All products showed antimicrobial activities against Bacillus ceraus subtilis, B. cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Vihrio parahaemolyticus, except for Salmonella typhimurium. Particularly the activities were more effective with gram positive bacteria than gram negative bacteria. Antioxidative (EDA_(50); 14.20 ㎎/mL) and Fibrinolytic (0.95 plasmin unit/mL) activities of product E were much stronger than commercial Sikhae products (EDA50; 18.87-34.60 ㎎/mL and 0.69-0.85 plasmin unit/mL).

        White organic light emitting diode for lighting application has been studied based on phosphorescence and/or blue fluorescence materials. We have successfully achieved highly efficient white phosphorescent OLED with 46 lm/W using all phosphorescent materials. We also developed hybrid white OLED with combining blue fluorescence materials and green/red phosphorescence materials. When we introduced external light extraction film, the power efficacies reached up to 74 and 43 lm/W. We have also fabricated transparent white OLEDs with cooperating a transparent cathode, and then 24 lm/W of power efficacy has been achieved together with 60% of transparency and over 80 color rendering index (CRI).

      • LLCE법에 의한 천연산 은어의 휘발성 향기성분 분석

        The volatile compounds in natural sweet smelt were analyzed by liquid liquid continuous extraction/gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (LLCE/GC/MS) methods. A total of 64 compounds were detected in sample, and these were mainly composed of lipid oxidative compounds such as aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, acids and hydrocarbons besides terpens and aromatic compounds. Among these, 9-carbon compounds including (E)-2-nonenal, (E,Z)-2,6-nonadienal and (E,Z)-3,6-nonadien-1-ol were suspected to have a key role on odor of natural sweet smelt because these compounds have low odor threshold and water melon-like and melon-like odor, characteristic odor in sweet smelt.
