평형구조를 이용한 지표투과레이다용 2 GHz 대역 고효율 펄스발생기

본 논문에서는 지표투과레이다용 2 GHz 대역 고효율 펄스발생기의 설계 및 측정결과에 대하여 기술하였다. 기존의 분산증폭기 기반 펄스 발생기의 입출력 정합특성을 개선하기 위해 $90^{\circ}$ 하이브리드 커플러를 이용한 평형 구조를 응용해 설계하였다. 설계된 펄스발생기는 PCB 공정을 이용하여 제작하였다. 펄스 발생기는 5 V 전원 공급 장치에서 약 1 mA 전류를 소모하며, 27.6 %의 전력 효율을 가진다. 출력 전압 진폭은 100 MHz의 PRF(Pulse Repetition Frequency: 펄스 반복 주파수)에서 $3.7V_{pp}$이다. 펄스의 폭은 약 2 ns이며 1.7~2.6 GHz의 동작 주파수에서 입출력 반사손실은 10 dB 이상이다. This paper presents a 2 GHz pulse generator in balanced configuration for ground penetrating radar(GPR). In order to improve the input and output matching, the pulse generator is designed in balanced configuration with $90^{\circ}$ hybrid couplers. The designed pulse generator was fabricated using PCB process. The fabricated pulse generator draws 1 mA current from a 5 V power supply with 27.6 % efficiency. The measured output voltage swing is $3.7V_{pp}$ at 100 MHz pulse repetition frequency(PRF). The pulse width is 2 ns and the input and output return loss is more than 10 dB at the operating frequency of 1.7~2.6 GHz.

국어학 : ≪구어 사전≫ 편찬의 원리와 실제 -표제어 선정을 중심으로

≪구어 사전≫의 ``구어``는 ``문어``에 상대적인 개념으로 존재하며 구어는 생성되는 기제에 따라 음운론적인 것, 형태론적인 것, 통사론적인 것, 의미론적인 것으로 나눌 수 있다. 음운론적인 변이형이 가장 많은데 이들은 다시 자음이 변화하는 것과 모음이 변화하는 것으로 나눌 수 있다. 자음이 변화하는 대표적인 경우가 어두 자음이 된소리화하는 것이고 자음이 덧나는 경우도 종종 나타난다. 구어 중에서는 문어와 구별되는 형태, 통사, 의미적인 특징을 가지고 있는 것들이 있다. 구어에 대해서는 좀 더 많은 논의가 이루어지고 충실한 ≪구어 사전≫이 편찬될 필요가 있다. Spoken language`` that is a relative concept compred to written language. And it divided into phonological, morphological, syntactic, sematic one according to mechanisms that generate. Phonological variation type have two sub-variations, one is concerned with consonants and the other vowels. Among the form of spoken language have distinctive syntactic and semantic feature that compared to written language. There should be wider discussion of spoken language and the compilation of the spoken language dictionary.

국어사전의 문법적 해석

국어사전은 일정한 규범과 문법의 내용을 제공하는 기능도 담당하고 있다. 특히 규범적인 기준을 제시하고 있는 ``규범 사전``에는 언어생활의 준거가 되는 표기와 문법의 기준이 상세하게 제시되어 있으며 국어사전이 지닌 개방성, 공공성으로 실제 언어생활에서 지침으로 폭넓게 활용되고 있다. 규범 사전에는 어문 규범 및 학교 문법, 기술 문법의 내용이 반영되어 있지만 정서법이나 문법 전문서와는 달리 사전의 특성상 특정한 내용에 대한 관점이나 태도 등을 명확하게 표시되는 것은 아니다. 모든 문법 용어를 제시하고 설명하기 때문에 사전에서 제시하는 관점이 무엇인지 명확하지 않은 경우가 많다. 그렇지만 구체적인 문법 요소를 제시할 수 있고 각 요소의 의미와 용법을 상세하게 보여 준다는 점에서 문법을 탐구하는 방법으로 문법서와 국어사전을 상호 보완적으로 이용하는 방법을 논의할 필요가 있다. Korean dictionaries also provide us the certain rules and substances of grammar, which is different from it`s original role. Especially ‘standard dictionary’, which contains a prescriptive standard in it`s content, has a concrete standard of orthography and grammar in it, which becomes a base in language life. Because of the standard dictionary`s openness and publicness, it is being used as a guideline widely in real language life. Even the contents of language standard, school grammar and discriptive grammar are written in standard dictionary, it doesn`t contain a viewpoint or attitude towards certain content because of the dictionary`s characteristic, as contrasted with orthorgraphy and grammar books. Because it shows and describes every single grammatical term, standard dictionary usually doesn`t have a clear viewpoint suggested by itself. Nevertheless, considering that it can suggest a concrete grammatical respect and it`s meaning with usage, we need to discuss about how to use grammar books with Korean dictionary in mutually complementary way as a method to study grammars.

국어 순화 정책의 의미와 공공성

국어 순화는 순화 대상어, 순화 방식, 순화어에 대한 새로운 시도와 방법론적 반성을 통해 이루어져 왔다. 여기에 덧붙여 국어 순화의 적용 영역을 공공 부문에 집중함으로써 ‘공공성’을 극대화하는 방안을 새로운 대안으로 제시할 수 있다. 공공 영역의 언어 사용에 대해 국어 순화의 역량을 집중하는 것은 순화 대상어, 순화 방식, 순화어에 대한 대안 마련에 이어 순화어가 사용되는 영역에 대한 논의를 본격화한다는 의미를 지니고 있다. 공공 분야의 언어는 국어 순화의 정당성과 실효성을 실현할 수 있는 환경이라고 평가할 수 있다. 쉽고 소통성 높은 언어를 실현하려는 순화의 목표는 국어 순화의 정당성을 보장하고 생산자와 수혜자가 분명하다는 점은 순화의 실효성을 높여 준다. 공공 언어를 제안할 때 국어 순화의 기준을 선제적으로 적용하는 것은 순화어가 유통되고 정착될 확률을 획기적으로 높여줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다. The efforts for the purification of the Korean language have been made through new attempts and methodological reflection on the subject language, the way it is purified, and the refined words In addition, a new alternative can be proposed to maximize “publicity” from a new perspective on purifying the Korean language. Focusing on the capability of purifying the Korean language in the use of language in the public domain means that discussions on areas where pure language is used will take place in earnest following the preparation for the possible alternatives to the subject, the method of purifying language, and the refined words. Language in the public sector can be evaluated as an environment that can realize the legitimacy and effectiveness of Korean language purification. The goal of purification to realize an easy and highly communicative language ensures the legitimacy of the purification of the Korean language and the clearness of producers and beneficiaries enhances the effectiveness of the purification efforts. Preemptive application of the standard of purifying the Korean language in proposing public language can be expected to dramatically increase the probability that the purified language will be distributed and settled.

국어 준말의 규범적 분석

국어의 준말을 규범적인 관점에서 논의하기 위해서 지금까지 국어의 준말을 다루었던 어문 규정을 중심으로 준말 처리의 기준과 실제 사례 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 “표준말 모음”에서 제시된 세부적인 준말의 목록이 현재의 국어사전에서 준말의 범위를 확정하고 제시하는 기준으로 작용하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 “표준말 모음”의 규범적인 기준 또한 현재에도 규범으로 작용하고 있었는데 `준말` 항목에 수록된 100여 항목 가운데 90여 항목의 규범적인 판단이 현재에도 동일하다는 것이 근거라고 할 수 있다. 국어의 준말을 분석하는 방법으로는 “한글 맞춤법 통일안”, “표준말모음”, “한글 맞춤법”, “표준어 규정” 등에서 규범적으로 준말이 처리되는 구체적인 사례가 무엇인지 조사하였으며 그동안의 규범에서 준말과 관련되어 제시된 제약 조건에는 무엇이 있고 그것을 어떤 관점에서 해석해야 하는지에 대해서도 논의하였다. 구체적으로는 준말에 나타나는 활용 제약, 복수 표준어 `이에요/이어요`의 활용, 서술격 조사의 축약 및 탈락 현상에 대한 규범적인 해석이 제시되었다. In order to discuss the abbreviation of the Korean language from a normative point of view, we have analyzed the standards and practical cases of the Korean language abbreviation based on the grammar rules that deal with the terminology of the Korean language so far. As a result, it was confirmed that the list of detailed sentences presented in the “Pyojunmal moeum” serves as a criterion for determining and presenting the range of sentences in the current Korean dictionary. In addition, the normative standard of “Pyojunmal moeum” is still functioning as norm, and it can be said that the normative judgment of 90 items out of 100 items in As a method of analyzing the semantics of the Korean language, we investigated the specific cases where the semantics are handled in the normative manner in “Hangeul machumbeop tongilan”, “Hangeul machumbeop”, “Pyojuneo Gyujeong”. We also discussed what constraints are presented in relation to the semantics and from what perspective it should be interpreted. Specifically, there is a prescriptive interpretation of the application constraints appearing at the end of the sentence, the use of the plural standard word “이에요/이어요”, and the abbreviation and dropout of the descriptive research.
