        실측자료 기반 함정 RCS 측정 및 산란점 분석 연구

        In order to set up radar cross section(RCS) reduction factors for a target, the scattering point position of the target should be identified through inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) image analysis. For this purpose, ISAR image focusing is important. Maritime ship is non-linear maneuvering in the sea, however, which blur the ISAR image. To solve this problem, translational and rotational motion compensation are essential to form focused ISAR image. In this paper, hourglass and ISAR image analysis are performed on the collected data in the sea instead of using the prediction software tool, which takes much time and cost to make computer-aided design(CAD) model of the ship.

        레이더 전자보호 성능시험을 위한 송.수신 간섭신호 제거 기법

        Jamming simulator has developed for the purpose of the test and evaluation on the electronic protection capabilities of the tracking radar onboard ship. This simulator has the capabilities to generate and radiate the jamming signals against the radar as well as those to receive, analyze and identify the radar signals at a real sea environment. The limited space of ship superstructure has led to the serious distortion caused by the ring around phenomenon that some sidelobes of the jamming beams were coming back to the receiving antenna. In this paper, we have proposed the methods to eliminate the ring around. First, we have inserted the groove metal screen between transmitting and receiving antennas. Second, we have used the PRI(Pulse Repetition Interval) tracking loop to control the switching timing of the input radar and the output jamming signal. Finally, we have demonstrated the performance and effectiveness of the proposed methods through the sea trial.

        各国媒体教育政策的比较研究

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of media education and to compare media education policy of Korea with leading countries like British, Canada and the U.S.A. The thesis of media education has been emphasized with the development of media technologies for growing the abilities to understand and use the media exactly in everyday life of child and youth. In many countries including Korea, media education programs about newspaper, broadcasting, advertising, films etc. have been attempted in school, society and at home. Especially media education in British, Canada and the U.S.A. is very successful from various points of view and gives us many advices. Above all things media education within school is the most important. Therefore this study suggested alternative ideas for media education policy in Korea as follows emphasizing of understanding a concept media literacy for child and youth, organizing of its curriculum and learning methods, cultivating their special teachers, developing various materials and training facilities about media, and building up the evaluation system gradually in school environment.

        노인 구강건강의 역학적 특징과 중요성

        Evidence shows oral health is essential for preventing general frailty and increasing healthy life expectancy. In this study, the oral health of the elderly over sixty-five years old was examined through representative indicators selected in the 5th National Health Plan(HP2030). Data from the 5th (2010-2012), 6th (2013-2015), 7th (2016-2018), and 8th (2019) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys were used. The subjects were aged sixty-five years or older, and the percentage of having twenty or more natural teeth, the complaint rate of chewing discomfort, the rate of brushing right after lunch, and the rate of oral examination were calculated by year. The percentage of people aged sixty-five or older with twenty or more teeth increased from 45.8% in 2010 to 56.3% in 2019. Also, the complaint rate of chewing discomfort decreased from 44.3% in 2010 to 37.0% in 2019. The practice rate of tooth brushing right after lunch increased from 24.6% in 2010 to 34.5% in 2019. Meanwhile, the oral examination rate increased from 12.2% in 2010 to 28.1% in 2019. The level of oral health of Korean elderly over 65 is improving. Nevertheless, almost half of all older adults do not have 20 or more natural teeth. Also, the degree of discomfort experienced in chewing did not decrease significantly. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to improve the oral health problems of the elderly.

        함정 탑재 안테나의 복사패턴 측정기법 연구

        It is important to test and evaluate the variation degree of ship-mounted antenna radiated power with respect to all directions in order to use more effectively antennas that installed on naval ships. The naval ship has various sensors for navigation, communication and electronic warfare, etc. And the performance of these sensors extremely depends on the various characteristics of antenna system to transmit and receive electromagnetic wave. The radiated power pattern of the antenna differs from all aspect angles of the ship because of complex superstructures. It is important to know the weak point(direction) of antenna radiation for appropriate operation. Therefore, the ARP(Antenna Radiation Pattern) of shipboard antennas is measured for the all aspect angles. The results of ARP measurement are utilized as reference for antenna arrangement of newly-built same class warship. This study also describes the development results for the ARP measurement technique, software design and test procedures to measure the radiation pattern of communication equipment antennas using the fixed test site.

        퍼지논리를 이용한 자기 주도적 학습 능력과 시험 능력 평가 방법

        본 논문에서는 학습자 스스로가 학습 능력을 조절하고 학습 능력과 시험 능력을 객관적으로 판단할 수 있는 자기 주도적 학습 능력 및 시험 능력 평가 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 자기 주도적 학습 능력 및 시험 능력 평가 방법은 삼각형 타입의 소속 함수와 퍼지 논리를 이용하여 학습 능력과 시험 능력의 소속도를 계산하고 각각에 대해 퍼지 등급도를 부여하였다. 학습 능력의 소속도와 시험 능력의 소속도에 대해서 퍼지 관계의 연산 및 합성에 의해 최종 소속도를 계산하고 퍼지 등급도를 결정하여 삭습자가 학습 능력의 소속도와 시험 능력의 소속도 및 최종 퍼지 등급도를 분석하여 스스로 학습을 조정할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 제안된 연구 내용을 인터넷 정보 검색사 필기 과목에 적용하여 구현하였다. In this thesis, We propose the self-directed learning and test-performing abilities assessment method to evaluate the learning and the test-performing abilities in which learners can not only control their own learning abilities for themselves, but also judge objectively learning and test-performing abilities. This method shows the membership degree of learning and test-performing abilities by using both the triangle-type membership function and the fuzzy logic. In addition, it gives the fuzzy grades to each item. The final membership degrees are calculated and the fuzzy grades are decided by the operation and composition of fuzzy relations on the membership degrees of learning and test-performing abilities. In this method, which is applicable to a writing subject for information searchers, learners are asked to analyse the membership degrees of the learning and test-performing abilities and the final fuzzy grades and to adjust a learning process for themselves.
