본 연구는 우리나라 도시철도들의 수송효율성을 분석하여, 수익성 측면에 있어서의 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 정책방향을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라 도시철도들의 상대적 효율성을 측정하고, 효율성이 부족한 도시철도 노선에 대해 구조적인 문제가 존재하는지를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 전국 공공기관이 운영하는 17개 도시철도 노선이며, 자료포락분석기법(DEA)으로 노선별 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과로부터 규모의 경제성을 도출하고, 외부요인으로서 무임 손실비용과 운임제도에 따른 운수수입에의 영향정도를 파악하였다. 이 때 분석을 위한 변수로는 다중회귀분석을 통해 도출된 차량수, 운행횟수 두 생산요소를 투입하여 운수수익을 산출하는 형태로 상정하였다. 마지막으로 자료포락분석기법으로 도출된 효율성값을 다차원척도법(MDS)에 적용하여 전국 도시철도에 대한 수익성 측면의 효율성 향상방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze transport efficiency of each of the 17 urban railway lines being operated by national public agencies using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and to seek strategies for improving efficiency of the urban railway system. The study identified the economies of scale derived from these values of efficiency and examined the effects on cost for free ride loss and profit of transport by the fare system as the external factor. At the time, Transport profits are estimated by two production factors such as the number of vehicles and service frequency derived from multiple regression. Finally, the measures to improve the efficiency were presented in terms of profitability in the national urban railway line by applying the values of efficiency derived from DEA to multidimensional scaling (MDS).

As our society is becoming an aging society, there is an increasing number of the elderly. Recently, mobility handicapped like the elderly and the disable take part in many social activities. It is required public transportation systems for them. Already, the traffic policy for mobility handicapped including pregnant woman and child, has been established in many cities. Particularly, the convenience of mobility for the handicapped in the urban rail stations is depend on a pedestrian facilities like escalators and elevators. The pedestrian facilities have been built in urban rail stations without rules for mobility handicapped. To make the more convenient and more safe stations, the more study about mobility handicapped and non-mobility handicapped is needed. This paper preferentially discusses the pedestrian facilities with other convenience facilities in urban rail stations. This paper explains also their preference, relative satisfaction and importance for the convenience facilities including the a pedestrian facilities in urban rail stations and makes clear the difference between both groups.

본 연구는 우리나라 공공기관이 운영하는 대도시의 도시철도 노선에 대하여 비용 비효율성의 정도를 도출하고, 이러한 비효율성의 발생 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 도시철도 노선을 노동, 동력, 유지보수의 세 가지 생산요소를 투입하여 열차-km의 산출물을 생산하는 형태로 상정하고, 확률적 비용변경 접근법을 이용한 초월대수 함수형태의 가변비용함수모형을 설정하였다. 확률적 비용변경 접근법을 적용한 도시철도 노선의 운영비용 비효율성 분석 결과, 노선 전체의 6년간 절감가능 비용은 약 6,672억원으로 추정되었으며, 비효율성이 높은 상위 5개 노선은 부산1호선, 대구1호선, 대전1호선, 광주1호선, 대구2호선으로 파악되었다. 비효율의 발생원인은 노동과 유지보수 요소에 기인하며, 본 연구의 결과를 활용하면, 도시철도 운영에 있어서의 인력 및 유지보수 비용 절감을 위한 대책의 우선순위와 구체적인 방안 모색에 있어 참고가 가능할 것이라 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to estimate the degree of cost inefficiency for the urban railway lines of a metropolitan city operated by public institutions in Korea and identify the causes of this inefficiency. To this end, we assume that the urban railway lines produce the output of train-km by putting three production factors of labor, electric power and maintenance and set the variable cost function model with the translog function to make a stochastic cost frontier analysis. Based on estimated result, we conclude that the cost savings for 6 years of all lines are about 6,672 hundred million won and top five lines with high inefficiency are Busan Line1, Daegu Line1, Daejeon Line1, Gwangju Line1, and Daegu Line2. The causes of inefficiency are attributable to labor and maintenance factors. The results of this study can be useful in case of finding the priorities of measures and specific plans for reducing labor and maintenance costs in the urban railway operation.

Method : Through "Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu" text translation, we will try to categorize two ways : classifying 1) The first volume of Chapter 1, Pictures 2) The second volume divided into four parts, Chapter 2, Viscera Disease and Chapter 3, Viscera metastasize and Chapter 4, Viscera and Bowel each for metastasize, explained. Result : In consideration against Disease symptom classification, Medicine classification, processing of medicinals examine. Viscera Disease symptom each wind pattern(風證), qi pattern(氣證), heat pattern(熱證), cold pattern(冷證), deficiency pattern(虛證) was classified as. Same method were explained as Viscera into Viscera, as Viscera into Bowel. Viscera Disease also not mentioned in the Bowel Disease symptoms were found to be viewed. Conclusion : These results explain "HuatuoXuanmenNeizhaotu" were really diverse and various.
