The optimization of the overhead contact lines according to the increased train speed is to design the low-sag-wire so that the pantograph can follow the vertical fluctuation of the catenary. Main factors for the overhead contact lines design include the span dropper interval movable bracket vertical fluctuation of the catenary tension and wave propagation speed. In this paper a model is proposed to improve the electric railway speed and the speed improvement analysis technology is examined to ensure the stable and reliable electric railway. In addition the effect between pantograph and catenary according to the speed improvement is quantitatively analyzed by using simulation.

Objective : The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Sa-am acupuncture treatment(Sim-seungkyuk) for major symptoms of Hwa-byung.Method : In this randomized, single blind, placebo-controlled study, we compared active acupuncture with sham acupuncture in the treatment for major symptoms of Hwa-byung. likert scale(5 score) for major symptom of Hwa-byung was measured as the 1st evaluative instrument, and STAXI-K, STAI-K, BDI-K and HRV were also measured as the 2nd evaluative instrument at the before treatment and after treatment.Results : 26 volunteers participated in this study by dividing two groups, each 13 persons in trial group and control group at random. In comparison of likert scale for major symptoms, after treatment the total score of likert scale for major symptoms decreased significantly in both group than before treatment. And after treatment, the total score of trial group decreased less than those of control group in comparison between two groups. especially after 2 weeks from all treatment, there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion : We considered that Shim-seungkyuk of Sa-am acupuncture treatment will be not recommended to treatment of Hwa-byung because this study could not prove effect of Shim-seungkyuk treatment for Hwa-byung in spite of preliminary study. This study will be used to provide a fundamental data for development of clinical research as preliminary study of Hwa-byung.
수면다원검사를 적용한 호흡관련 수면장애 한약 치료 3례 증례 보고

Objectives: This case report intended to examine how herbal medicine treatment for breathing-related sleep disorders applied with polysomnography affected the structure of sleep. Methods: From January to November 2019, we retrospectively reviewed the progress records and polysomnography reports of patients who visited Korean medical hospitals in Daejeon and Cheonan. Results: In case 1, the patient complained of daytime sleepiness and snoring and was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea disorder and treated with Ukgan-san-gami. There were significant changes in the polysomnographic parameters, such as sleep efficiency, waking after sleep onset, sleep latency, the total arousal index, and the apnea-hypopnea index after herbal treatment. In case 2, the patient complained of frequent waking after sleep onset, daytime sleepiness, and snoring, and was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea disorder and treated with Yeoldahanso-tang-gami. There were significant changes in the polysomnographic parameters, such as the total arousal index and the apnea-hypopnea index after herbal treatment. In case 3, the patient complained of daytime sleepiness and was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea disorder and treated with Bangpungtongsung-san. There was no significant change in the polysomnographic parameters after herbal treatment. Conclusions: It is meaningful to note that objectively identifying the outcome of treatment for breathing- related sleep disorders is necessary in the clinical practice of Korean medicine.
불면증 변증도구 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 및 심리검사와의 상관성에 대한 초기연구

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the instrument on pattern identification for insomnia (PIT-Insomnia) and verify the correlation between PIT-Insomnia and psychological tests. Methods: Two evaluators examined the pattern identification of the participants who met insomnia disorder diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and took the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score over 15 once manually and twice using the PIT-Insomnia to measure the inter-rater and test-retest reliability. We also conducted the following surveys: the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Korean version of Beck’s depression inventory (K-BDI), the Korean version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-K), the Korean Symptom checklist- 95 (KSCL-95), and the EuroQol-5 dimension (EQ-5D), to measure concurrent validity and correlation between the PTI-Insomnia and psychological tests. Results: 1. The test-retest reliability analysis of the pattern identification results showed moderate agreement, and test-retest reliability analysis of each pattern identification score showed agreements from poor to moderate. 2. The inter-rater reliability analysis of the pattern identification results via manual showed slight agreement, when analysis was performed with calibration, the inter-rater reliability analysis of the pattern identification results via manual showed fair agreement. 3. The concordance analysis between results via manual and the PIT-Insomnia showed poor agreement, when the analysis was performed with calibration, concordance analysis showed fair agreement. 4. The concordance analysis between the PIT-Insomnia and the PSQI showed positive linear correlation. 5. The concordance analysis between the PIT-Insomnia and the PSQI, K-BDI, STAI-K, KSCL-95, and EQ-5D showed that non-interaction between the heart and kidney have positive linear correlation with the K-BDI, anxiety item of KSCL-95, dual deficiency of the heart-spleen have positive linear correlation with somatization item of KSCL-95, paranoia item of KSCL-95, heart deficiency with timidity have positive linear correlation with stress vulnerability item of KSCL-95, parania item of KSCL-95, phlegm-fire harassing the heart have positive linear correlation with K-BDI, paranoia item of KSCL-95, depressed liver qi transforming into fire have positive linear correlation with the anxiety item of KSCL-95, parania item of KSCL-95, all pattern identification have negative linear correlation with EQ-5D. Conclusions: The PIT-Insomnia has moderate agreement of reliability and reflects the severity of insomnia since it has some concurrent validity with the PSQI. There are some correlations between the PTI-Insomnia with specific psychological tests, so we could suggest it can be used appropriately in the clinical situation.
해안가 가드레일 부착형 Light IoT의 컬러기반 VTASC변조의 적용성 검토 연구

※ 해안가에는 해안가의 교통 주체인 차량 또는 연안 선박, 사람들의 안전 운행, 통행을 위하여 다양한 형태의 가드레일이 설치되어 있음 ※ 이러한 해안가 가드레일에는 빛을 반사하는 반사체와 더불어 빛을 발생시킬 수 있는 Light things(소재들)을 부시킬 수 있음 ※ 본 연구에서는 이러한 해안가 가드레일의 Light things들에 통신과 인터넷 기능을 부여하는 Light IoT 기능을 부여하는 구조를 가정하여 검토함 ※ 특히 해안가 가드레일 부착형 Light IoT의 경우 LED소자의 컬러 제어기능과 IoT용 통신 기능의 결합을 통하여 다양한 컬러 광원으로 배합되어 송출가능함 ※ 한편, 가드레일 부착형 컬러 정보는 눈에 잘 띄는 특성으로 인해서 안전제고용 신호원으로 사용됨과 동시에 컬러 기반 광무선 송신 신호로 활용가능함 ※ 본 연구에서는 저자가 IEEE802.12.7r1의 OWC국제표준용 변조기법으로 제시했던 VTASC변복조기법을 이용하여 해안가 가드레일에 부착가능한 Light IoT의 컬러를 이용한 데이터 수신방안에 대하여 검토하였음 ※ 특히, 해안가 가드레일의 Light IoT 신호가 가질수 있는 가변적인 투명도, 진폭, 형태, 컬러의 인위적인 가변 기능과 매칭되는 변조기법과 이에대한 데이터 복원 기법에 대한 구조를 제시하고 확인하였음

Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a standard tool of pattern identification, which will be applied to clinical research, for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method: The items and structure of the instrument were based on a review of the published literature in China and Korea. The advisory committee on this study included 11 kidney-endocrine professors of the Korean Medical Colleges Division and 4 Korean medicine doctors who had a doctor's degree in the Kidney-Endocrine Division. The advisory committee was questioned regarding pattern identification importance, symptom weight, treatment importance, changes in the symptoms, rare changes in the symptoms, and frequency of prescriptions regarding benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results: The Korean instrument of pattern identification was completed; it was composed of four questions for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Conclusion: We sincerely look forward to improving the instrument through the continuous clinical studies.
장 경간 철도교량(L=40M)의 Precom Beam 적용사례 연구

The 4th Bridge of Do-Kok which will be made in the third section part of work, called Chung-Ang Railroad Line(Deok-So~Won-ju) is planed that the roadbed newly established is higher than the existing roadbed. So people in Pal-Dang Li demand downward settlement of the roadbed newly established because of a prospect of The Han-River. Because of the claim, there were two conferences to analyze the field condition, terms of works and economical efficiency regarding design modification(downward settlement of design elevation(70cm), the minimum span length(40m) and height from the bottom of the slab to ground(5m). Through such conferences, it is possible to apply The Precom Beam to The 4th Bridge of Do-Kok in our construction field after investigating structural safety.
