The Performance of QPSK signaling is investigated via computer simulation over nonlinear digital satellite channel. Because of the complicated nonlinear system environments under which this QPSK modulation systems must operate, it becomes practically impossible to evaluate their performance purely by mathematical analysis. Therefore, a computer simulation approach is employed using software channel modeling. In this paper, the distortions caused from the satellite channel, such as the non-linearity of the traveling wave tube amplifier, signal distortions of the input and output filters, has been considered. The performance of these modulation techniques in terms of bit error rate versus energy per information bit over as a function of various system parameters.

D.H. Lawrence pursued the relationship between mother and daughter exclusively in the The Rainbow. The novel is as important a contribution to the study of the mother-daughter relationship as Sons and Lovers is to an examination of the mother-son relationship. The purpose of this paper is to examine The Rainbow's central theme of Ursula's maturity in terms of the mother-daughter relationship. Lawrence's goal was always the perfection of the individual. He was primarily concerned with the potential in relationships between man and woman. But in his fiction, he was also capable of responding sensitively to the special problems that women face together-in growing up, in working, in marriage, as mothers. He showed particular insight into the relationship between mother and daughter. In The Rainbow, Lydia's influence on Anna and Anna's influence on Ursula show how mothers and daughters interact, sometimes negatively but more often positively, in a variety of ways. In short. this novel is Lawrence's best work based on the mother-daughter relationship.
Quasi-optimal LDPC 반복 복호 기법에 관한 연구

LDPC codes can be iteratively decoded using BP type algorithm that may be classified as optimal, sub-optimal, and quasi-optimal decoding. The sum-product algorithm(SPA) performs a optimal decoding and the sub-optimal decoding is performed by MSA(min-sum algorithm). The sum-product algorithm has the optimal decoding performance at the price of an increased complexity. The min-sum algorithm has less complexity while shows the performance loss with respect to SPA.In this paper, several of the leading approaches for quasi-optimal decoding of LDPC codes were collected and their performance was examined from algorithmic points of view. A quasi-optimal decoding should perform very close to the SPA method, while preserving the main features of the MSA scheme, that is low complexity and independence with respect to noise variance estimation errors.
