        공과대학생들의 학습양식을 고려한 수학 교수-학습 모형 개발 및적용

        본 연구는 공과대학생들의 수학 학습 능력 향상을 위한 효과적인 교수-학습 모형을 개발하고 활용 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 교수-학습과정에서 중요한 변인으로 작용하는 학생들의 학습양식과 수학학습태도를조사하여 둘 사이의 연관성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 연구대상자들은 의존적이고 참여적인 성향이 강한 것으로 파악되었기 때문에, 이런 성향의 학습자들이 능동적이고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 교수-학습 모형을 개발하기 위해 노력하였다. 개발된 교수-학습 모형을 한 학기 공업수학 강좌에 적용한 후 학생들의 반응을 조사한 결과, 이 모형은 공과대학생들이 메타인지적으로 자기 학습과정을 진단하고 조정하는 능력을 향상시켜 자기주도적으로 학습하는데 도움이될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 학생들이 수업에 적극적으로 참여하고 수학 학습에 긍정적인 태도를 갖게 하는데도 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. The purpose of this research is to develop an effective teaching-learning model and suggest efficient methods for improving the learning abilities in mathematics of the students of engineering college. For this purpose, we examined their learning styles and learning attitudes toward Mathematics, which are important factors in teaching-learning process,and analyzed the relation between them. As a result, we found that participants had a disposition of being dependent and highly participating, so we made an effort to develop a teaching-learning model which can make the students active and highly involved in. After applying the developed teaching-learning model to Engineering Mathematics class for one semester, we conducted survey of the participants` responses. In conclusion, we found that this model is very helpful for Engineering students to utilize a self-directed learning by diagnosing and adjusting their learning process in Meta-cognitive way. Also, it is confirmed that this model has a considerable influence in which students can actively participate in class and have positive attitude to Mathematics learning.

        특수학교 중,고등학교 창의적 체험활동 지도서의 내용,체계 개발 및 타당성 검토

        본 연구는 특수학교 기본교육과정의 중·고등학교 창의적 체험활동을 위한 교사용지도서를 개발하는데 있어서, 창의적 체험활동의 내용 타당화를 목적으로 실시되었다. 교육과정을 개발하는데 있어서 실제 교육현장인 학교와 지역사회의 요구를 조사하고 반영하는 것은 교과내용의 타당도와 적용 가능성을 높이기 위한 중요한 절차 중의 하나로 반드시 실시되어야 한다. 본 연구는 창의적 체험활동의 교육과정과 교과서가 아직 개발되지 않은 상황에서, 국가차원에서 교사용지도서를 먼저 만들게 되어, 내용타당성을 확보하기 위한 조사연구를 실시하게 된 것이다. 창의적 체험활동 교육 내용과 관련된 선행 연구 분석 및 전문가 집중 협의를 통하여 교과 교육내용의 타당성을 살펴보았으며, 또한 특수학교 교사들을 대상으로 세목의 타당성을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0를 사용하여 교사 변인별에 따른 기술통계(평균, 표준편차)와 변량분석을 실시하였고 지도서 영역별 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 내용타당도 비율인 CRV를 실시하여 각 영역별에 따른 집필세목의 타당성에 대해 기술하였다. 마지막으로 중·고등 창의적 체험활동 지도서에 대한 현장 특수교사의 폐쇄형 질문에 대한 응답과 그에 대한 실제적인 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to secure the validity of creative experiential activity contents reflecting the field of educational needs in the process of development of a teachers` teaching manual for middle and highschool`s creative experiential activity. For this purpose, a quantitative study including survey and qualitative study was used for this study. For survey questions, 30 special education teachers were participated, and also for qualitative approach an analysis of discussion records and documentary opinions including researchers, council members and field reviewers were used for qualitative approach. The results showed that the validity of teachers` manual of creative experiential activity contents and forms developed in 2013 for middle and high school students was tested as valid. Results of this study suggests expansion of life-centered functional approach to increase independent daily living skills such as interpersonal skills, self-direction skills, social adaptive skills and leisure skills for development of special education curriculum and teachers` teaching manuals.

      • Effects of antioxidants on the neuronal cell death

        증추신경흥분꼭로 낭용피고 있는 methamphetamine(METH)은 doparnine 신경세포에서 dopandne유리를 증가시킴으로서 흥분작움, 약물의존성 등의 효과를 나타낼 뿐 아니라, dopamine 신경계에 작용하여 세포손상을 유도한다. dopamine 신경세포주인 CATH.a 세포배양을 이용한 지난해의 in uifro 연구결과 MEH에 의한 신경세포사는 apoptosis에 의한 것으로 산화성 스트레스가 관여하며, MEHfl의해 세폰밖으로 유리틴 dopamine의 산화에 의한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 실험에서는 항산화 효능을 가진 것으로 알려져 있는 물질 중 인삼의 성븐 중 하나인 ginsenos펀e Rbl, 록차의 성분인 opjgallocatechin g패ate 및 selenium, aminoguanidine과 JV-acetyl cysteine이 METH과 6-hy강oxydopamine(6-·OHDA)에 의한 신경세포독성에 보호효과를 가지는지 여부에 대하여 살펴보았다. ginsenoside Rbl의 전처치레 의하여 6-0딘DA 및 METH 투여에 의한 도파민 신경세포손상이 유의성 있게 감소되었듬을 착인하고, 녹차의 성분 중 하나인 (-)eP구allocatechin 토allate 처리에 의하여 금-OHDA에 의한 도_파민 신경세포손상이 통계적으로 유의성 있게 감소되었음을 착인하였다. iNO즈 inhibitor인 aminoguanidine이 UfETH 투여에 의한 신경세포손상을 감소시킨 결과를 얻어, METH에 의한 신경세포독성을 」:1해하는 ginsenoside Rbl의 효과가 nitric oxide 기전과 관련이 있는지 여부를 살펴럴았다. 그러나 끄nsenoside Rbl 투여가 UfETH에 의하여 증가되는 NO 유리 및 iNO를 발현 증가를 억제하지는 않f=것으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는, 도파민신경세포에 대한 MEH 및 6-OHDA의 손상효과를 확인하고, finsenoside Rbl, catechins, selenium 등 천연물 유래성분과 aminoguanidine,rf-acetylcystelne이 이들 신경세포손상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 기전을 검토함으로써 도파민신경 기능장애 및 보호 기전연구의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The methamphetamine(METH) Is commonly abused for its rewarding effects, which are thought to result from dopamine release in the nucleus accumbens, and is amonoaminergic toxi(:ant that destroys dopamine terminals in uivo. Previous study from ourlaboratory showed dopamine-dependent oxidative stress was the initial event of METH-inducedneurotoxicity, by using an in uifro model of immortaEzed neuronal cetl tine, CATH.a(CNSadrenergic tyrosine hydroxylase(THf expressing). In the present study, effects of possibleantioxidants, ginsenoside Rbl, epigallocatechin 2allate, selenillm, ardnoguanidine and N-acetylcysteine were exarfed whether they have protective effort from neurotoxicity induced byafETH or 6-OHDA. Pretreatment of ginsenoside Rbl significantly reduced neurotoxicity inducedby METH and 6-OHDA. Epigallocatechin gallate also sigaificantly reduced 6-OHDA inducedneurotoldcy, whereas it did not show protective effect from TvfETH-induced toxicity in CATH.acelT- Pretreatment of aminoguanidine, a specific iNOS inhibitor, decreased cytotoxicity inducedby METH. Ginsenoside Rbl, however, Od not show any difference in METH-induced increasein iNOS nor it did affect nftric oxide release. Aminoguanidine itself also did not affect ftricoxide release nor a10s induction induced by afETH. These results suggest possible role ofginsenoside Rbl..3hd epigallocatechin gallate in protectiHg dopandnergic neurotoxicity induced byMETH or 6-OHDA and that more investigations should be done to claffy the involvement ofnitric oxide as a possible mechanism of ginsenoside Rbl against bfETH-induced nevrotoxirity.

        국소용 후발의약품의 생물학적동등성시험을 위한 가이드라인

        A new medical system of separation of dispensary from medical practice was started in 2000 in Korea. To expand bioequivalence-proven drug products and to ensure the credibility of the therapeutic equivalence of generic drug are hot issues in Korea. The KFDA also has a plan to revise the pharmaceutical affairs law that bioequivalence reports of all the generic prescription drugs should be submitted to the KFDA in the application for drug approval. Therefore, it becomes more necessary to develop bioequivalence-demonstrating methods for specific preparations such as topical drug products. There are some differences between US and Japanese guidances of bioequivalence studies of generic drug products for topical use. In this paper, we examined the recently published Japanese guideline, Guideline for Bioequivalence Studies of Generic Products For Topical Uses, and Q&A of the guideline, which will be references to make a guidance on bioequivalence studies of topical drug products in Korea.

        생체이용률에 미치는 음식물의 영향 및 식후 생물학적 동등성시험

        A new medical system was started in Korea in 2000 and pharmaceutical affairs law was revised in 2001. According to the revised law, generic substitution is permitted only to the drug products which are proven to be bioequivalent to the reference listed drugs. To expand the list of bioequivalence-proven drug products and to ensure the credibility of the therapeutic equivalence of generic drug are the hot issues in Korea. Also, the KFDA has a plan to revise the pharmaceutical affairs law that bioequivalence reports of all the generic prescription drug products should be submitted to the KFDA for drug approval after July in 2004. Therefore, it is increasing the necessity to develop the bioequivalence-demonstrating methods for specific drug substances and preparations which require to conduct food-effect bioavailability or bioequivalence study. There are some differences between US and Japanese guidances of food-effect bioavailability and bioequivalence studies. In this paper, we examined the recently published US guidance about food-effect study and it will be a reference to make our own guidance about food-effect bioavailability and bioequivalence guidances in Korea.

        국소 피부용 부신피질 스테로이드제제의 생물학적동등성시험 가이던스 : Topical Dermatologic Corticosteroids In Vivo Bioequivalence

It will be obligatory to submit bioequivalence reports for getting licenses of all generic prescription drugs in the near future. Like other countries such as US and Japan, the KFDA also has a plan to re-evaluate the already approved drugs by bioequivalence studies. Therefore, it becomes more necessary to develop bioequivalence-demonstrating methods for specific preparations such as topical drug products among already approved drug products. There are some differences between US and Japanese guidances of bioequivalence studies of generic drug products for topical use. The information on Japanese guidance and the guidance's Q&As is already provided in our previous paper. In this paper. we examined the US guideline published in 1995 and compared with the Japanese guideline. which will give a useful information to make a guidance on bioequivalence studies of topical drug products in Korea.

        광학활성의약품 개발과정에서의 입체화학적 문제

        Numerous drugs are chiral because they possess one or more chiral centers. Enantiomers may differ in their pharmacokinetic, pharmacological and toxicological properties. However, the significance of stereochemistry of drugs in their therapeutic uses has received relatively little attention until recently. The US FDA issued a guideline on stereoisomeric drugs in 1992, and the European agency describes tests for new drug substances which are optically active in an ICH(International Conference of Harmonization) guideline. According to the guidance, enantiomers may differ in their pharmacokinetic. pharmacological and toxicological properties. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the recently published Canadian guidance, stereochemical issues in chiral drug development, which will be references to make a guidance on stereochemical issues in chiral drug development in Korea.
