IPA를 이용한 백화점 식품관의 VMD 구성요소에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to produce VMD(visual merchandising) components specialized for food court in the department store, and to offer marketing implications for launching VMD strategy. This study was done with in-depth interviews of experts and with a questionnaire survey and internet survey of department food court customers. The result shows that ‘VMD factors of dining experience in the department store were composed of convenience, trust, harmony, aesthetic impression, and attractiveness. The results of the IPA analysis show that items scoring high on importance but not on satisfaction were attractiveness of showcase presentation, sufficient space between tables and chairs, and sufficient passage width. This study shows that the differentiated VMD strategy of food court in the department store has significant from an integrated marketing perspective. 본 연구에서는 백화점 식품관에 특화된 VMD구성요소를 밝혀내고 중요도-수행도 분석을 통해 VMD 구성요소 전략 전개 시 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 전문가 심층면접을 실시하여 백화점 식품관 VMD구성요소 23개를 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 백화점 식품관 방문고객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증분석이 이루어졌다. 총 311부의 설문지를 수거하고 최종 288부의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 23개의 VMD구성요소 중 요인 적재치가 낮은 항목 2개를 제외하고 21개의 항목을 요인분석 하여 편리성, 신뢰성, 조화성, 심미성, 매력성의 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였다. 이 중 가장 중요도가 높은 항목은 ‘위생 및 안전에 대한 신뢰감’, ‘종업원의 태도와 언행이 주는 신뢰감’ 등이었고, 수행도가 높은 항목은 ‘매장의 색채의 전체적인 조화로움’, ‘바닥, 벽, 천정, 집기 등의 인테리어의 전체적 조화로움’ 등으로 나타났으나 전반적으로 중요도에 비해 수행도가 유의하게 낮은 점수를 보였다. IPA 매트릭스 분석 결과, 소비자들이 중요하다고 여기는 반면 낮은 만족도를 보이고 있어 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 요소는 ‘테이블 간 간격 및 좌석간의 충분한 간격과 통로의 폭’, ‘쇼케이스의 연출’ 등이었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 백화점 식품관의 차별화된 통합적 마케팅 커뮤니케이션을 위한 VMD를 전략적으로 구현할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, Hanbok is showing its potential as a new Hallyu content amid the wave of the new Hallyu, so it was intended to present a new hanbok design with a modern sense that has no sense of difference in modern people's lives and is carried out regardless of the times. The new hanbok design used overlapping, a traditional Korean aesthetic consciousness and a technique of modern fashion. The design method was to select seven traditional and four modern clothes to intuitively select lines created by overlapping silhouettes and details, and to complete the intuitive overlapping design using black, white, blue, and red, excluding yellow reflected on transparent fabric among the five colors. The first new hanbok design was designed through the penetration of liquid wrinkles and Western coats, and it was presented to play a functional role such as helping and identifying traditional clothes through modern techniques overlapping collars, and a design that reveals transparency and body beauty was completed through materials. The second new hanbok design is a top in the form of Danryeong, expressed by utilizing the ambiguity of hanbok, and pleated pants from the Three Kingdoms period with a silk belt. A design that reflects the duality of exposure and concealment and a sense of space was completed. The third new hanbok design is a bolero jacket that overlaps a jang-ot and a yung-bock in the case of the top. The sleeves and length are traditionally designed, and the facing collar of the jangot is designed in a way that overlaps with a convertible collar. By overlapping the skirts and making the material transparent, it was completed so that you can feel the sense of transparency, duality, and space.
체류 지점 식별을 통한 POI 기반 사용자 이동 경로 분석 기법

In order to provide a personalized location-based service, a technology for extracting point of interest(POI) from user trajectories is required. However, existing studies have a problem in that they only extract POI as location information and cannot know the semantic information of the actual place they stayed. This paper proposes a method for identifying the stay point from the user trajectory and analyzing the user route based on the POI. This paper applies DBSCAN algorithm to the user trajectory of the user collected from mobile device and the point where the user stayed is identified. After that, a POI candidate list is generated for accurate POI extraction and a route composed of business name based POI is derived through the reverse geocoder service of the Open API. As a result of analyzing the user’s actual trajectory for evaluation, the proposed method was evaluated with a precision of 92.08% and a recall of 96.21%.
