        열전효과는 고체 상태의 소재 내에서 열에너지와 전기에너지가 상호 가역적이며 직접적으로 변환되는 현상이다 . 이러한 효과를 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 것이 열전소재이며 여러 열전소재 중에서도 Skutterudite 화합물은 rattling 효과를 통 해 열전도도를 낮춤으로서 열전변환효율을 향상할 수 있으며 특히 중·고온 영역에서 높은 열전특성을 보이기 때문에 열전발전용 소재로 큰 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만 N 형 소재보다 P 형 소재의 특성이 좋지 않아 모듈화 하였을 때 큰 변환효 율을 기대하기 힘들다는 문제점을 가지고 있어 p 형 소재의 연구가 중요하다 최근 C o 대신 Fe 와 Ni 을 이용한 F e Ni 계의 s kutterudite 가 중온 영역에서 높은 열전효율을 가진다는 연구가 보고된 바가 있다 열전효율을 나타내는 지표인 ZT 는 전기전도도 제벡계수 열전도도 세가지의 인자에 의해서 결정되며 각 인자에 공통적으로 캐리어농도가 영향을 미친다 열전도도는 전자에 의한 열전도도와 격자에 의한 열전도도 두가지의 합으로 나타내어지며 전자에 의한 열전도도는 전기 전도도가 높아지면 함께 높아지게 되어 전기전도도와 열전도도를 따로 제어하는 것은 쉽지 않다 현재까지의 skutterudite 연구는 대부분 n 형 소재가 주를 이루었으며 r attler 를 제어하여 열전도도를 낮추는 연구가 대부분을 이루었다 본 연 구에서는 p 형의 skutterudite 를 연구하고자 캐리어 농도를 조절하여 최적화함으로써 열전효율을 높이고자 하였다 . Sb 자리에 전자수가 하나 부족한 Sn 을 도핑 함으로써 p 형의 다수 캐리어인 홀 캐리어 농도에 변화를 주어 열전특성을 측정 하였다. 도핑에 의하여 물질의 상에 변화가 있는지 확인하기위해 XRD 분석을 통하여 상을 확인하였으며 입자의 모양 이나 사이즈 등 미세구조에 끼친 영향을 확인하고자 FE SEM 분석을 하였다 열전성능을 확인하고자 4 단자 측정법을 통하여 전기전도도와 제벡계수를 측정하였고 LFA법을 통하여 열확산도를 측정후 그 값을 통하여 열전도도를 계산하였다. 캐리어농도가 각 인자에 미치는 영향을 확인 하기위해 hall measurement를 통하여 캐리어농도및 이동도를 측정하여 상관관계를 이해하였다. 전기전도도, 제벡계수, 열전도도는 RT~873K 까지 측정하였으며 홀은 상온에서 측정하여 그 경향을 확인코자 하였다. 캐리어농도가 증가함에따라 전기전도도는 증가하였으며 제벡계수는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 열전도도는 Sn이 도핑됨에따라 변화를 보였는데 격자 열전도도는 Sn이 도핑됨에 따라 감소하는 것을 확인 할 수있있다. 결론적으로 캐리어농도를 조절함으로 열전효율을 향상시키는 것이 가능하다는 것을 확인했다. 특성이 가장 우수하였던 조성을 이용하여 Filler 인 Yb의 양을 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1 로 변화를 줌으로 rattler 효과에 의한 열전특성이 p형에서 얼마나 효과가 있는지도 추가적으로 실험을 진행하여 그 특성을 알아보았다. The thermoelectric effect is a technology that converts thermal energy and electrical energy into a solid body. The thermoelectric material is a thermoelectric material that generates electricity using this effect, and the skutterudite compound is a materi al showing high thermoelectric efficiency in the medium and high temperature range due to the rattling effect. However, compared to the n type, the p type has a low property, so the total property decreases when used together. Recently, it has been reporte d that skutterudite using Fe and Ni instead of Co has high thermoelectric efficiency in the medium temperature region. ZT, an indicator of thermoelectric efficiency, is determined by three factors: electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal c onductivity, and the carrier concentration has a common effect on each factor. The thermal conductivity is composed of the sum of the conductivity by electrons and the conductivity by lattice, and the thermal conductivity by electrons increases as the elec trical conductivity increases. Until now, almost studies were about decreas of thermal conductivity using rattling effect of skutterudite. In this study, in order to increase ZT by controlling the carrier concentration that affects the electrical conductiv ity and Seebeck coefficient, the experiment was conducted by changing the concentration of hole carriers by doping Sn at the Sb site. XRD analysis was performed to confirm the phase change due to doping, and the change in the microstructure was confirmed through FEhrough FE--SEM analysis. In order to check the thermoelectric performance, SEM analysis.       • 요한복음에서의 구약인용과 그 기능에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to understand the Quotation of the Old Testament and the Function in the Gospel of John. Up to date there was many studies about the social history of the John's community and John's quotation of the Old Testament. However they don't treat the way the author of the Gospel of John used the Old Testament for his community. To answer the question, this study used sociological, exegetical methods. Unsettled cultural periods makes possible new strategies of action. Specially cultural analysis according to sociologist Robert Wuthnow was the main method. Chapter Ⅱ studied the function of the Scripture in the Qumran Community. The Qumran Community needed certain strategies of action which served to formation and maintenance of the sect. This Chapter involved how the Qumran Community used the Scripture for one's Community. However there were many scrolls at Qumran, so we adopted Pesher Habbakuk(1QpHab) and the Damascus Document(CD) 1-8 and 19-20. Chapter Ⅲ studied the Quotation of the Old Testament and the Function in the Gospel of John. This Chapter used sociological and comparative materials. We found the exegesis of direct scriptural quotation in the Gospel of John. Both of the community used the scripture certain strategies of action which served to formation and maintenance of the sect. In other words the scripture aid to form and maintain themselves successfully. This study concluded by informing hypothesis regarding what the author of the gospel of John used the scripture for his(her) own community intentionally. We suggest that this study may contribute to study the social function of the old Testament in the New Testament in future.

      • 소도구를 활용한 저항운동이 중년여성의 건강체력 및 FMS점수에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 12주간 세라밴드, 짐스틱, 케틀벨을 활용한 소도구 저항운동이 중년여성의 신체조성과 건강체력 및 FMS점수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구에서는 C시 H아파트 단지 내 헬스장에 소속되어 있는 중년여성 20명을 대상으로 소도구 운동군 10명과 통제군 10명으로 구분하여 각 집단에 배정하였다. 대상자들에게는 연구의 취지내용을 충분히 설명한 후 자발적인 참가 동의서를 작성하게 하였다. 운동군은 12주간 소도구 저항운동을 준비운동과 정리운동을 포함한 주 3회 약 60분 실시하였고, 통제군은 자율적인 운동을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 측정 변인으로는 건강체력(근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성, 신체조성) 및 FMS(오버헤드딥스쿼트, 허들스텝, 인라인런지, 어깨가동성, 능동적다리들기, 몸통안정화푸쉬업, 회전안정성)점수로 하였으며, 이 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS ver 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 변수들 간의 상관관계와 평균(M) 및 표준편차(SD)를 분석하였으며, 집단x시기 간 차이를 알아보기 위하여 2(집단)×4(시기)의 two-way ANOVA를 실시하였으며, 유의성이 인정될 경우에는 Bonferroni의 사후검증을 실시하였다. 모든 통계 결과의 유의수준은 α=.05에서 유의한 것으로 판단하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건강체력은 집단 간 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 시기 별 차이는 근력, 심폐지구력, 유연성에서 나타났으며, 시기와 집단에 따른 상호작용효과는 근력, 근지구력, 신체조성에서 나타났다. 둘째, FMS는 집단 간 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 시기 별 차이는 능동적다리들기, 회전안정성에서 나타났으나, 사후분석을 실시한 분석결과 통계적으로 유의한 수준이 나타나지 않았다. 시기와 집단에 따른 상호작용효과는 허들스텝에서 나타났으며, 오버헤드딥스쿼트, 인라인런지, 어깨가동성, 몸통안정화푸시업은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 12주간의 소도구를 활용한 저항운동은 중년여성의 건강체력에는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, FMS점수향상은 허들스텝 항목에서만 유의한 차이를 보였음으로 미비한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 고려되어야 할 문제를 제언하면 이 연구에서는 중년여성에 대한 저항운동에 초점을 두었지만 여러 가지 근기능적 운동 및 유산소성 운동과 같은 프로그램을 이용하여 복합적인 운동프로그램을 구성한 연구가 필요할 것이며, 연구에서 접근한 소도구 이외에도 다양한 소도구들을 활용하고 폭넓은 대상자들을 이용하여 저항운동프로그램의 효과에 대해 후속적으로 진행될 필요가 있다.

        (Abstract) The purpose of this study is to reorganize the areas of contents of Korean language courses and Korean language courses, which are enhanced with a sense of style that is consistent with the New Litreussian era and multicultural society, by comparing and analyzing the U.S. common core state standards in English and Korea's 2015 revised Korean Language curriculum. Reorganization into a more stylistic curriculum inevitably requires language-speaking functional areas to be central. In order to re-organize the content areas of Korean language and curriculum into the functional areas of language use, the school first looked at the process in Chapter 2, which has changed the Korean language and curriculum, and looked at the significance and limitations of such changes. By looking at the changes in the Korean language and curriculum, we wanted to draw up problems in the Korean language and curriculum that have been revealed in the revised process. Next, Chapter 3 wanted to compare and analyze the U.S. common core state standards in English and the 2015 revised Korean language curriculum. Through this process, we wanted to look at the characteristics of the domestic language curriculum in the U.S. and the characteristics of the domestic language curriculum in Korea, and to re-organize the content areas of the Korean language and curriculum into the functional areas of language use, reflecting the advantages of the common core state standard in the U.S. Chapter 4 looked at knowledge, function, and attitude as contents of Korean language education to re-organize the Korean language and curriculum, and also found out what the contents of education in the Korean language department should be as a language education. Then, the government set up the principle of re-organization of the curriculum, and attempted to develop the Korean language and curriculum that has enhanced literacy by reorganizing it into language-enabled areas suitable for the fourth industrial era and multicultural society. The school started out from the agony of what Korean language education should be, what should be taught in Korean language education, and what future Korean language education should be like in future society. In spite of 10 revisions to the Korean language curriculum so far, the institute judged that it did not become a Korean language curriculum with a full language education. Therefore, we wanted to analyze the characteristics of the common core state standard of English in the U.S. which shows the original appearance of language education, and to reflect its advantages, as the basis for the re-organization of the Korean language and the contents of the curriculum. I hope that the Korean language course and the curriculum will be of the essence as a language education, and that the main school will be of little help.

      • 생태계 위기에 대한 기독교적 대응방안 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is an attempt to explore the ecological crisis originated from the development of science and technology, and to explicate its theological implications. Some scholars claim that Christianity is responsible for current ecological crisis because of its biblical mandate toward nature, "rule and conquer it." Defending Christian view of nature, this thesis attempts to reinterpret genuine Christian worldview on the basis of ecosystem and suggest theological solution of ecological crisis. This thesis is consist of six part. In the first chapter, the aims, scope and method of this thesis are delineated. Also recent discussions of eco-theologists are introduced. For example, Mattew Fox accepted nature as sanctified sign. This is original goodness which is the basic relation to connect matters with other matters. MacDaniel distinguished Green grace with Red grace. Green grace means all nature which includes human life. But Green Grace is not satisfactory making perfect human life. So we need Red grace. Red grace makes human beings more human. Human beings can't live only by nature which is consists of sky, air, mountains, animals, and plants etc. Red grace fills the inner emptiness of human beings with God's grace: it is a gift from God. There are many eco-theologists who follows this line of discussion. The second chapter deals with the biblical understanding of life, christian view of nature, and the present condition of ecosystem's crisis. It is not correct to juxtapose nature from God's creation. Nature is God's creation and has natural right of God's creation as human beings have. Human beings and nature give and take each other. This is God's providence. In the third chapter, the thesis introduces a critical assessments which blames Christianity for the present condition of ecosystem's crisis. For example, Lynn White asserts that christian thought has caused present condition of ecosystem's crisis. And it is followed by a response to the blame, which regards christian view of nature is one of many different causes to make ecosystem's crisis. The fourth chapter explicates an ecological theology. This chapter introduces an eco-theology which indicates that God attaches importance to ecosystem. The eco-theology claims a balance between development and conservation. In the fifth chapter, the summary and some suggestions have been prented. .Christianity concerns not only spiritual salvation but also the preservation of ecosystem. Because God became a human being, Jesus Christ for the salvation of human beings, God does not ignore our sufferings and our environments. The study attempts to show that Christian gospel must protect ecosystem's crisis and must be responsible for the solution of the crisis.

      • 4절 기구 합성문제에 대한 다구찌 기법의 응용

        기구합성문제를 해결하기 위하여 일반적인 최적화기법이 널리 적용된다. 하지만 기구해석은 소수의 상용프로그램에 국한되어 있기 때문에 최적화기법을 적용하는 것은 어려움이 따르게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 기구최적설계에는 2-3가지 프로그램을 연동하여 사용해야 하는 번거로움이 따른다. 이러한 경우에 더욱 더 최적화기법을 대신하기 위하여 다구찌 기법 또는 실험계획법을 사용하게 된다. 사실상 4절 기구와 6절 기구의 평면기구합성에 다구찌 기법을 적용을 시도한 몇몇의 문헌이 보고된 바 있다. 실험계획법은 실험횟수를 줄이기 위하여 근사치의 의존하기 때문에 실험횟수를 줄인 부분조합의 직교배열을 사용할 경우 최적조합추정에 있어서 오차가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기구합성문제를 안전하게 해결하기 위한 조건을 4절 기구의 함수발생기를 3변수 최적설계문제로 구성한다. 최적조합추정의 실패확률을 유용한 직교배열 집단에서 부분조합인 L4 직교배열표가 실제 최적조합추정에 실패하는 횟수로 정의한다. 실패확률은 수준상자크기와 함수관계로 나타난다. 본 연구의 결과에서 함수발생장치의 경우 상자크기에 따라 실패확률이 최대 35%로 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 경로발생장치는 실패확률이 최대 80%로 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 예제를 통하여 최적화된 구조적 오차 추정의 평균을 포함한 여러 분석결과와 비교해본 바 본 연구는 기구합 성문제에 실험계획법의 적용은 잘못된 결과를 얻을 수도 있다는 것을 입증할 수있었다. For kinematic synthesis problems, optimization techniques are widely applied in general. However, when we depend on some generalized software for the analysis of mechanism, it is not easy to apply optimization technique. We may need third software that combines the two software. In such a case, we can consider the Taguchi method, or Design of Experiment more preciously, as a substitute for the optimization method. In actual, several attempts were reported in the literatures that apply Taguchi method for the synthesis of planar mechanisms, including four-bar and six-bar. Because DOE basically depends on an approximation to reduce the number of experiments, error can be included in, for example, estimating the optimal level from reduced set of experiments. In the present paper, we tried to see if the DOE can be safely applied for the mechanism synthesis problem. For a function generation problem of four-bar with three design parameters, we checked if the L4 array can estimate the optimal parameter level correctly. The fail-rate is defined as the probability that L4 failed to predict true optimal level correctly. The fail-rate is calculated as a function of the box size. As a result it was found that the maximum fail-rate can be as high as 35% depending on the box size in function generator problem and 80% depending on the box size in path generator problem. Other indices are compared, including the average error in estimating the optimum structural error. The present paper demonstrates, through an example problem, that application of DOE for the mechanism synthesis problems can give an erroneous result.

      • 휠체어장애인 온라인 남성정장 맞춤시스템 유저인터페이스(UI) 개발

        The demand for business suits by disabled in wheelchair involved in economic activities has recently increased. Therefore, an online suit-customizing system that considers the special accessibility needs of disabled in wheelchair should be developed. this study aims to develop such a user interface an online customizing system for men`s suits specialized for disabled in wheelchair. A six-step approach was used in this study: (1) literature review for the development of a testing tool for web usability; (2) heuristic testing with five web specialists; (3) selection of suit style option on the basis of researching existing systems, discomfort, and the design preferences of 200 disabled in wheelchair; (4) development of a user interface prototype on the basis of suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test and suit style options; (5) usability testing of the user interface prototype by 10 men in wheelchair with disabilities; and (6) development of the actual user interface on the basis of suggestions for improvement from the usability test. Consequently, 29 evaluation items were developed with the six evaluation criteria of interactivity, attractiveness, accessibility, error prevention, informativeness, and consistency. The interface of Company S had high ratings on interactivity, accessibility, informativeness, and consistency in the heuristic test results. and on the basis of suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test, user interface prototype developed in this study had higher ratings on all evaluation criteria than that developed by Company S and Company L. This online user interface for customizing men`s suits provides better usability to disabled in wheelchair than existing online interfaces aimed at both non-disabled and disabled persons. Therefore, this study can contribute to the commercialization of an online customizing system for men`s suits specializing in serving disabled in wheelchair.
